Easy to book, friendly front desk”
Just north, and slightly east of the intersection of the 202 loop and I-10. No Chandler turn off if traveling north. No signs to front of hotel, kind of hidden. No staff, and very few guests wearing masks. Scant breakfast--bagels/waffles & coffee (no tea). Clean room and bathroom. Very convenient for me--south Phoenix.

Bad door!”
We were given a room with a bad door lock, which the front desk was aware of when they gave us the room. The key card would click, but the door would not open. I was told I had to push the handle by one person, pull it by another, insert the card one way by another and another way by still another. Nothing worked. Time and again I had to get someone to fiddle with the door until it would open. We were there for a family funeral, and this certainly didn't help. On our LAST day we were offered a change of room. I'm truly sorry, but at this time I could not recommend the hotel to anyone. Apparently, from a conversation with another guest, our room was not the only one with such a problem.

Your staff was amazing, however, the pillows were flat and the thermostat would not hold the set temperature. I was expecting more updated facilities based on the photos. I may have moved if your staff didn’t work so hard to make our stay the best. Thank you!

Staff was horrible ”
It kinda of sets a mood when the check in clearly is a jerk!! Doesn’t explain how he’s going to hold a separate charge of $60 which made it look like we had two separate rooms on our bank statement. The breakfast was skimpy mostly because it was not stocked or kept up with throughout the breakfast times. Out of coffee at 8:45 am no bowls for cereal fruit gone. Eggs gone. No milk. It was very sad to half to keep asking for each thing. Nice bed quiet place. Had elevator inspections at 10:30 am. Which made it unopperational on and off all morning. And inspector was very rude tell a 74 year old to take the stair. The low cost did not make up for the rude staff. Here’s a suggestion. Don’t work in the customer service industry is you don’t like people

Worst Experience EVER!!!”
Let’s start with the facilities the pictures posted are deceiving. The rooms are disgusting outdated and dirty. The bedding and towels smelled. Avoid this place at all cost. The hall ways had a foul odor which penetrated the room. AC unit was loud and old. We requested an additional pillow and extra sheet well they didn’t even fold the sheet it was pulled out of the dryer bunched up and brought up just like that. The shower tub was stained with rust
