Fun visit! ”
Overall a good stay. Clean room, small pool but waterfall was a novelty and the light at night made night swimming fun for the kids. Enjoyed the jacuzzi. Front desk staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Breakfast wasn’t anything spectacular, but decent. Convenient to airport. We’d stay again!

No AC in the hallways, dirty floors, musty smell”
My stay was ok, nothing to write home about. I had to ask the front desk for my room to be serviced. I stayed 4 nights and my room was serviced once. All they did was change the bed sheets, give me new towels and emptied the garbages. Didnt sweep or mop the bathroom, didnt vacuum the room or wipe anything down including not cleaning the toilet, I didnt even get another laundry bag to use or coffee packet. The breakfast was the same every morning. A couple choices for juice and cereal, blueberry muffins, plain bagels, and biscuits with sausage gravy. Theres a waffle maker there also. The coffee was really watered down. I got a chance to use the hot tub and to my surprise, it seemed like anyone off the street can just come in and out and use it whenever they want also. There is a washer and dryer for guests to use its $2 to wash and $2 to dry. The elevator was extremely slow; rather dirty and the walls and doors needed to be wiped down, the floors could use a good sweeping and mop. The carpeting in the hallway were musty with stains and who knows when the last time they were vacuumed.

I didn’t spend much time in the room due to activities but did not get sound rest at night due to the strong smell of cigarettes. I had a non-smoking room. The AC was also very loud & the digital numbers were not clear so I could not tell what temp it was set to. It was ok for my short stay but would not recommend if you planned to spend a considerable amount of time in the actual hotel room

It was nice but staff did not know what she was doing. She even said I would not be able to check in if she couldn't get the system to work. Then she said it was only her second day. When I suggested she contact someone for help she said she felt intimidated.

The motel was clean and staff friendly enough. However several items in the room were broken or not functioning. The main TV was not working and could not be fixed until maintenance man came in on Monday. Inroom coffee maker was missing parts (corrected). We arrived Friday night but there was no housekeeping services until Sunday. Toilet was not functioning correctly-had to keep removing the tank cover to jiggle the float to get the tank to fill. Light in bedroom area kept flickering on and off

Room was clean. Bed, sheets, bathroom, all very clean. TV remotes were terrible. They barely worked. Other than the remotes, everything at this hotel was excellent.

Wasn’t what I expected ”
This hotel did not meet my expectations of a Radisson property. Even though the place is clean and the staff was nice comfort is very important. The bed is like sleeping on a slab of cement. I mean rock hard. Toss and turned all night and woke up with aching hips, I’m a side sleeper. Can’t comment on breakfast, heading down soon. Hopefully it’s good.

I had to have my room changed twice due to them being unclean and smelling like smoke. I also found dried up shaving cream and hair stubble on the shower curtain. Cleanliness is a must, especially now.

The hotel overall was OK. The place was clean. However, you have to tell the staff daily that you want your room cleaned and when they clean, it's not done very well. Also after it was cleaned, our room keys no longer worked and we had to get them reprogramed. The ice machine on 3rd floor wasn't working. The breakfast selection was quite poor.
