Had the best three days ever. We were only in Buenos Aires for three days and relied on the team for recommendations and arrangements. From picking us up in the airport, booking a small guided tour, best tango show and exchanging dollars at a competitive rate, there is nothing negative I have to stay. Thank you so much! I should also say that the breakfast service and choice was fresh. Also the rooms are spacious (ours was huge) and relaxing.

The hotel is well located to enjoy the town’s attractions and the great local food. We simply loved the amazing view of the Avenida 9 de Julio. The room was modern and very impressive, with large windows and comfortable bed and linen. The kitchen was useless but looking good. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff was very helpful, spoke English, charged our cellphones and did their very best to make us feel awesome.

location is great, the busy and famous florida street is only a few staps away. florida metro station (they call it subte) is nearby. staffs are nice though only one person (patricio) speaks decent english he only works day shift. others are friendly, though language barrier can be quite a challenge. nice spread of continental breakfast buffet. clean rooms and bathrooms. tv reception is not so good, not very clear. wireless internet is not free, about ars per day or so, and the connection is quite bad at upper floors. saw people sitting in front of elevators or at the lobby with their notebooks to the lobby to get better connection.

Hotel was great, huge comfortable bed, breakfast included eggs and fresh fruit. The parking situation needs to be improved. We were directed to park in the car park next door. Normally in Buenos Aires, they take your keys and park the car for you. Not here. We were told there were reserved spaces for Dazzler guests on the ground floor and on the 3rd basement. They were all taken. After driving round 4 levels of parking, after a long journey, I gave up and the staff freed up a space by the entrance, saying that they'd been watching us on the cameras and that there were spaces. There are any number of car parks in Palermo, the Dazzler should use a different one. On another note, Agoda needs to make it clear that VAT is not included in the stated price, and charge VAT when charging the guests's card. It's a bit of a shock to have paid $100 and then have to pay a further $20 on arrival, after driving round a parking garage for 20 minutes. Of course, none of this is Dazzler's fault.

Nice hotel, clean, bathroom was modern. We paid a lot, 2 hundred American, probably because we booked last minute during high season - probably not worth that, but what can you do during high season. Good location right in downtown, maybe 15min from tourist info. Good wifi throughout. Tip = Unrelated to hotel, go do the penguin tour to that Island, best tour we've ever done!

Okay value for money. But overall bad design, LED lights over bed are extremely striking but if you off the LED, the room becomes too dark. Bath room a little too small whereas room itself have decent space and design. Air condition cannot be controlled and the room becomes very warm during winter time. I had to open the windows but you can hear noises due to echo from the streets. You can expect a lot of passerby due to the location. Hotel breakfast was very basic. Nice decor and theme in the hotel but when it comes to food - really too basic. Wifi extremely slow if you need wifi all the time, you may want to reconsider. I get constantly frustrated by the slow wifi. Some staff spoke English but definitely not all. The only 5 stars I would give will be the location - which is extremely good.

My friends and I stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. Upon arrival, the excellent service which extended throughout the entire stay was on offer. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable (their beds are the kind where you'll wake up wanting to spend more time in) with nice boutique hotel decor. Location is fantastic (in the Palermo area) where restaurants / bars and shops are within walking distance. The highlight of our stay is definitely the exceptional staff at front desk who double up like your personal concierge (giving recommendations on things to do, booking tours, making dinner reservations, etc.) all with smiles and warmth. Breakfast is delicious, a good spread with eggs prepared your way al a minute. It was my birthday on our last day and the breakfast team presented a cupcake for me and because we were rushing out, they packed it very nicely into a paper bag with "happy birthday" and a smiley face written on it! What a nice touch! There was even a birthday gift from reception (special thanks to the amazing Claudio and this team). A thoroughly happy stay, thanks Mine!

It's a heaven you step into at the Azur Real out of the city after a good full day of sightseeing, walking, touring, exploring ... The staff across areas of the hotel, every one of them, is so lovely & genuine, kindly extending themselves to make things easy & comfortable for the guest. ... The breakfast room which is the restaurant for the remainder of the day is very appealing. Lunch & dinner menu is very good, and the breakfast spread is perfect. I stayed a week and loved the peace & quiet of the Azur Real. Only 17 rooms here. I consider returning to Córdoba largely for another Azur Real Hotel experience, and to explore more. Córdoba offers a lot and is easy to navigate.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights on our trip to El Calafate. The hotel is located a bit out of town so you will need a car to access it or use taxis for transport. However, I think it is worth it. The hotel is located on a hill and you have great views to the lake. The garden is beautiful and well maintained too. We really liked our room! Bed was really comfortable, toilet was on the larger side with a bath tub. The hotel has a small restaurant and they will cook for you. But they were also very kind to give me cutlery and sell me a bottle of wine when we had takeaway in the breakfast area. Big thanks for this as it really helped us! I would consider rebooking this hotel.

I'm going to miss the Bulnes Eco Suites hotel. We stayed here several times in the last month as we traveled around Argentina. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and all the staff are friendly and efficient. The location is great, one block off of Av. Santa Fe in the Palermo district with good shopping, restaurant,and transit all nearby. The breakfast is served at the cafe nextdoor,and you will feel part of the real neighborhood that surrounds you. The small kitchenette in the room is very workable and just right for enjoying coffee, snacks etc on the balcony in each room. I wish I could pack the rooms , hotel, and staff in my suitcase and take them with me on my next trip!

whilst this may not be the most stylish or fancy hotel in el calafate, it is a good bet for the traveller who wants a comfortable stay in a modern hotel very close to the shops. rooms are spacious and service is simple and professional including a nice 'turn-down' service with free chocolates... there's a spa too (and massage service) but we didn't have time for these as we were busy exploring glaciers and riding horses! all in all, i'd recommend this hotel - it was an excellent choice.

It was good until check out. They staff was giving me an additional bill for adjustment on room rate due to the USD fluctuation. I paid one month in advance, in local currency, and upon check out I was told because my roommate was in USD I had to pay for additional fee. I asked why that is so, was told it is done in all hotels in Argentina. Small amount but I was upset. I asked if the room rates they charge guests ar ein USD or loal currency, which they said was in loal currency, so I asked why they need to do an adjustment, and if I paid in advance, should they be paying me interest instead. Bad policy.

We stayed five nights at the hotel. It is a lovely decorated hotel and the rooms are nicely themed and spacious, the beds comfortable and showers are hot. The location is great for getting around the City. Breakfast was simple. It had a lovely rooftop terrace which was great to sit back and relax, and listen to the activity of the city. We used the gym it was small but had everything you need. The staff were lovely and very helpful

This boutique hotel is neither too small nor too large. Staff is friendly and personable. Design is well thought through and elegant. I booked 2 rooms, one of which got upgraded to a suite. Standard rooms are rather smallish, but the suite was ideal. Though small, the rooftop terrace is pleasant in the heat of summer. The hotel's location in Palermo is ideal, within walking distance of numerous restaurants, bars and shops.

The hotel is very clean, modern and spacious and in a excellent location. The building itself is beautiful and some of the original features have been maintained, such as the pretty tiling in the bar area. The restaurant is on the lower ground floor, where an excellent buffet breakfast is served; at other times an a la carte menu is offered, and the restaurant is noted for its excellent dinners. Staff at the front desk are helpful, service with a smile.
