This hotel is perfectly placed for an easy 30 min walk along the sea front to the old town. The rooms are well presented and the staff very warm and helpful. We had breakfast which was very tasty and the staff were able to cook individual (vegan) options. The revolving bar is also a perfect way to end the day! In addition we arranged sightseeing via the hotel and our d...

I am not usually one who writes recommendations about hotel but the Teatro Boutique Hotel in Baku has to be the exception, Searching he various Web Sites Agoda flashed up the Teatro - a Cosy Boutique hotel with all the comfort of home except for the dog wanting a walk and the wife wanting to go shopping. As the most expensive hotel in the city -as well as - located inside the iconic Flame Towers Baku - you would think that it doesn't get any better than that! You would be wrong! For starters - the staff were exceptional and the breakfast buffet among the best. However - not only that's as good as it gets - it's all downhill from there. The room was quite dated with w...

Great stay at this hotel, definitely recommended. One of the best locations in Baku not exactly in the centre were its always busy with traffic but 2 mins drive away. Special thanks to Kenan and other reception staff for their help and great service. Will stay again :)

I had a problem. I booked room with agoda 4 rooms for three nights and paid online all the charges were paid tax also but at the time of check out on fourth day hotel said to pay city tax per person per day around 1.60 Mannat. They charged me total 30 Mannat but it was not mentioned on agoda. If this has to be charged agoda must inform to its customers while booking. H...

The hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful, the location was very convenient for getting around and many activities. If we were to travel to Azerbaijan again, we would definitely stay there again!

A/C is not working properly. It is just like a fan. Isolation of wall is terrible! I got shocked when I hear everything which is spoken in my neighbour’s room. I travel every month since 4 years and never experienced bad quality isolation like that before. Trust me it was terrible. Even their breath is hearable. Furniture is old. Breakfast is not good for 4 star hot...

The hotel is located at prime location, whereby transport and food is easily accessible. I must say the staff is very friendly, provides best possible advice on travelling and things to do in city. Don’t miss out this hotel with no complains for cleanliness or breakfast. Everything’s perfectly perfect! :)

I stayed at this hotel on two separate reservations, separated by a trip to Armenia in-between them. Both times, everything was great. The breakfast buffet is simple but what's there is really good. The room was clean and the staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. The "worst" (and it wasn't really all that bad) thing was the location, but even tha...

The hotel is absolutely great. Staffs are all amazing right from back office, front desk, restaurant waiters, cleaners. They are friendly and always eager to help you. Large classic rooms which are cleaned properly everyday. Has a good restaurant, sports pub. My room was overlooking the park which was soothing. Overall a top class experience in Baku.

Equipped with lift and locating right next to Fountain Square park, this hotel is more than I can ask for. There is an abundant of restaurants nearby and all accessible by foot. I walked so much when staying there as there is so much to explore. This hotel is near to the Old City and is a little walk of about 1km to the boulevard Bul-var. Metro stations are within wal...

My son and I had our first short visit to Baku which we enjoyed enormously. Our flight out with Wizz Air meant we needed to check in at about 0430. We therefore needed somewhere near the airport. The villa was absolutely perfect for our needs. Rabhana ; who is a real gentleman, took us himself to the airport at a very reasonable price . We were on the top floor which...

This place is a small heaven. Remote location but why would you want to go out? You find everything there and to my surprise restaurant and drinks prices were economical! Very green and very nice! Staff is so helpful and so professionally trained that I felt actually happy staying there. Thanks for making my trip memorable. I recommend to stay here instead of city cent...

It wasn't until I saw other mid-range to lower-end hotels in Baku that I came to appreciate the Safran Hotel. Windows were drafty, some tiles in the bathroom were cracked, and breakfast buffet had no fresh fruit, but overall the Safran delivered: good-sized rooms, comfortable mattress, squeaky clean room, bathroom and common areas, friendly staff eager to help (the sou...

I really enjoyed my stay in Baku. Hotel is about 5 Min walk from the metro. every day it became shorter as you will find shortcuts. Staff were friendly and I appreciated the fact that they tried to communicate in English. Definitely stay here again. The room is very old - needs a serious revamp. carpets are not great as it has hair all over but one could see that i...

I stayed at The East Legend Panorama Hotel on my last day in Baku. It is an small upscale property located in a quiet neighborhood away from the city center but is a short walk to the Boulevard. The front desk staff, Farida and Ayden, were very friendly and helpful. The check in and check out process was straightforward and swift, and the staff are alert to serve. They...

A great location. Tucked away in the mountains it has a fantastic view of the Caucuses . Sheki is a 30 minutes-smooth drive away. We enjoyed the drive to Sheki, Kis and Qakh all in one day. This place has the kindest staff we have come across. They were so accommodating and understanding from the minute we drove in. Special thanks to Iqbaal who madebsure we had everyth...

Excellent property at good location. Staff very helpful and we didn't seem to have any language issue because of the English speaking staff. Intention is always to relax and help their guests in whatever way they can. They even allowed to use their kitchen when we wanted to have some Indian dish and later they learned from us and prepared for us.

Aside from location (right in the heart of Old Town) this hotel has generally disappointed me. Service was pretty poor to point that in the hotel without a lift one can't find a bell boy to help with bags on the stairs. Shower is really bad, clogged up to a point of not draining at all. Owner must do something and very soon.

Highly recommended. Both Azar and Anar speak English well. Anar was very helpful in arranging a tour for us. He knew a lot of tour operators who can take us to places. He was monitoring our tour so we knew that we were safe. Azar was also very helpful. He was well versed in English and advised the places we can visit and how to get there. He prepared a lovely breakfast...

It's an amazing hotel Mr Anar is really helpful and always welcoming with his smile, the rooms are good in size, clean and have all the required stuff available. The hotel is hardly 2 mins walk from nizami street and a super market as also nearby. The old area can be easily covered by walk from hotel. It's in the center for all the attractions. The breakfast is very go...

I remember when I booked this reading a lot of super positive reviews about this hotel. They are all very much accurate. It's a wonderful little hotel right in the heart of the Old City of Baku. best location to stay in Baku. we have stayed in multiple properties around Baku and I have to say even the 5 star hotels we stayed is no match to this. exceptional location in Baku old town, close to almost everything, including good restaurants, sights and beach area. excellent customer service, you could buy a sim card in hotel and use Uber.. street and airport ...

If you do not want to be in the middle of the city but want the best value for money then this is the place to be. Good restaurant, outdoor pool, grassed outdoor area for kids to play and a great seaview from all room. Just make sure you have your own car for transport purposes.

Excellent Boutique Hotel - Run professionally with very friendly and helpful staff. Staff went that extra mile to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Nice Rooms -Great Chef and good Menu - I love the 'Special Soup' and Pizza Special. I'll be back.......

I came across this hotel accidentally after a lot of research, as I was looking for hotels within the old town. But finding this hotel was the best thing that could’ve happened to me. Everything with this hotel was better than expected. People working in the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is good like a 15 mins walking from city center, they don't have gym or pool, anyway staff are good and they are professional even if had little problem with my immigration but they managed to sort it out with a little cost over what is shouldn't be paying, they only thing that i really didn't like is they will charge you money for every visitor that you'l...

The hotel staff at the reception welcome us very warmly give us big room on top floor with excellent view of Creek spa facilities Good Breakfast was excellent only one complaint at night we ask for water & they supply after 30 min overall Good experience recommended to other hope we stay again

We stayed at Sheki Palace for 1 night on our way from Baku to Tbilisi. The hotel is fairly central, close to the Khan Palace (around a 10 min walk) and the town centre (around a 20-25 min walk). The hotel was clean, staff were nice and breakfast selection was good, all for a reasonable price. If i visited Sheki again i would stay here again

Clean, good staff, not the best location but acceptable as they offer shuttle bus to city center. We had issues with the noise from the windows as they were not air tight and there are strong winds in Baku making really loud noise. Our room had plastic tape on the window frames to try and seal them however useless in front of strong Baku winds.

İt is really nice hotel. Staff is really helpful. They have a problem with agoda. İ couldn’t do my check in until I call agoda.com customer service. Instead of rejecting my booking, they would firstly let...

It was an amazing stay in Qafqaz Riverside Resort Hotel, Gabala. The cottage was kept clean, warm and cozy. Its worth to mention the hospitality of the staff, especially “The gabala restaurant “staff. They were so nice, viz. Cebrail. He was serving us in every possible way to make it to the best service. Moreover, last but not least the Spa personnel were so accommoda...

Cleanliness, the brand new furniture quality, the room is spacious and the lovely view. Everybody tries to be very friendly. It is perfect for the ski lovers as it’s walking distance for the ski tracks and the hotel has its own ski rental store and the team there are extremely friendly. My kids loved the pool. The restaurant is top quality, although a bit pricey.
