Best hotels & accommodations in Bangladesh

The staff were wonderful and really took care of me--from the driver who picked me up at the airport, to the breakfast and dinner staff, to the very helpful staff at the desk. As a woman traveling alone, I felt so comfortable and safe traveling around Chittagong. The staff was also so helpful telling me how to get to museums and other sites, and where to get the best...

Radisson is locally known as the best hotel in Dhaka and lives upto its name. we found the staff very helpful and obliging. the rooms were spacious and the amenities adequate for a five star hotel. there are ample facilities and space around the complex that one does not need to leave.

We had an amazing time to spend our holidays in this resort. The staffs, room quality, service levels, facilities, amenities were all really a 5 star level. The only suggestion was to incorporate more items in the room service menu which was an issue as we didn't wanted to have repeated items for meals. Overall it was a great experience!

We booked this hotel because it's new building. However, when we arrive, found we need to stay in their old building becaus we book the suite. Although it's disappointed, we honour to our booking and stay in the old building. However, the swim pool is small surrounding by other tall building, gym room is small. No matter how, the main problem is the maintenance of th...

Stayed here for my first visit to Bangladesh. The room is smaller than I expected with bathroom that imho too big instead. However, it's still quite comfy and the food is really nice. Staffs are okay too. Just one thing that ruined my whole trip. I decided to get a massage since they said we got 50% discount. First I chose a package. However, the therapist was confuse...

Of all our stays in Dhaka, this small but wonderful hotel stole our heart. The service was outstanding and everything was impeccably clean. The bed rivaled the softness and comfort of a luxury hotel and we got the best sleep we have ever had in Bangladesh. Everyone was very accommodating. Look forward to staying again soon.

This Hotel has jst opened 3 months ago and so there is even still some work going on. The Hotel is located jst 10 min away from the Airport which for a City like Dhaka is ver important. Very good Business Hotel with brand new nicley decorated rroms. If the Hotel will not raise the room rates, i can say it is very good vaue for the Money.

My overall stay at Hotel Orchard Suites was nothing less than stellar. From the airport pickup to checkout, I had an amazing experience with Orchard. The hotel staff has amazing team chemistry and are extremely friendly and attentive. They all seem to enjoy working there and the daily "good mornings" and "how's your stay?" goes a long way. The rooms are comfortable and...

Sorry to say that the Westin Dhaki hotel charging a very expensive price but the hotel is just a fair 5-star hotel. It is in a building without a garden for you to walk. I understand it is already one of the best hotel in Dhaki. There is a restaurant in the top floor. The spaghetti and pizza are very good. The room is comfortable. The staffs are nice.

I really really enjoyed my stay at Richmond hotel. The staff there are very friendly and their service is flexible (I fell sick on my last day, they let me stay in the room for 6 more hours without charging me; They also helped a lot with the bus ticket booking, thanks!) The room is very spacious and clean, shower is good. Downstairs there is a George's cafe, the foo...

Like all of Bangladesh, the people hear are helpful, friendly and can't do enough to help. The hotel rooms are comfortable and pleasant and we enjoyed our stay. Id recommend the staff offer fresh coffee at breakfast as it seemed to be the only thing missing from a delicious buffet breakfast. Would also recommend providing cushions for the sunbeds, especially as they ar...

I really enjoyed my stay at hotel 71.Dhaka is a very congested and chaotic city, so this hotel became my reprieve from the hustle and bustle outside. The staff at this hotel try very hard to make your stay pleasant, all staff members from reception staff to restaurant staff to the security outside are all very welcoming. The rooms represent good value for money when ...

i found this hotel to be conveniently located, near but not too near the downtown area. this hotel is located in a side street and next to a park. dhaka is a challenge in terms of teeming population, dusty/smokey , strangling traffic. the lake castle was a welcome respite from all the mayhem.

This is my third time staying at hotel sarina. Room is big and comfortable. Blackout happens but I think it is quite common in Dhaka. But always the backup generator kicks in less than 30 seconds so no problem with that. Best part of the hotel is the food options. They have 4 restaurants with plenty of options. Their Elite club serves pretty decent thai food now. Inter...

PROS: - Offer (one way) free airport transfer - Really friendly staff, clean rooms and nice modern facilities. - Every day there was a small selection of cakes waiting for me on my return to the room - Breakfast selection was fine CONS / Feedback: - Website was down and took a couple of days to get a response to a message sent via their facebook page. I ende...

Wonderful place to stay. Staffs were were the best, polite and professional. Very clean. It has a best breakfast buffet, even better than Radission Blue. Price is out of the world Best for the money. You can’t get a better deal than this in where in the world. I wish them all the best.

Nice, new, boutique hotel about 6km from airport. They have a daily hotel shuttle to the airport, in fact. My room was small, but nice use of space, with a little settee/couch, work desk, comfy bed. Wi-Fi worked great. They have a little cafe on ground floor open 24/7, as well as a nice restaurant on 1st floor. The staff performance was excellent and professional. I'...

Their partner Agoda / Booking messed up the booking which resulted in an overbooked rooms situation .. we booked 3 rooms for 5 nights .. and reach the hotel only to be told no rooms.. have to relocate to another room of Similar standards / facilities .. for the inconvenience which is through no fault of ours ... we were moved to another hotel and given ‘discount’ ...

Could highly recommend hotel and staff. Very professionell, outstanding service from front desk, room very clean and comfortable. Every penny is worth. I travel a lot in Asia, and you can compare hotel, room and staff with European standard. Well done. Thank you.

Overall the stay was good. That said the hotel looks tired and an investment into a refurbishment program is overdue, but then again, that seems to be the challenge of most owners in Bangladesh not wiling to invest to keep the hotel in the position it was in when it opened, let alone to move with the times.

The best thing about this hotel is cleanliness and everyone's behavior. From reception to restaurant staffs every one is so welcoming and eager to help. The food was good. Only thing bothered my is the room size. I was travelling solo so I opted for a single bed room ( which could be shard by two person easily). I would suggest everyone to go for double room which is ...

I am very pleased to express my fully excellent appreciation for all the so kind services when I have been hosted by Nagar Valley Hotel. With any hesitation, I will recommend it to other overall colleagues and specially those from my technical group to attend it as soon as they will be in Dhaka. Many thanks to Agoda and to the whole sympathetic Nagar staff. My very bes...

Long beach hotel almost after 3 years, rooms and services are as usual. Hotel still have some of the old employees and made my stay feel like home away from home. Got the room for a winter cleansing by the beach. Breakfast buffet with good variety of breakfast dishes, desserts and refreshments. Have kebabs and bbq, and good lunch-dinner menu choices. Nice swimming pool...

My booking for 1 night with BB I extended for more 2 nights but they didn't offer any discount they sailing room more then less of my booking price. On booking they didn't mension any AC or Non AC Room when I asked for AC room they increased almost 70% more the room rent. Staff are not helpful.I paid for 1 night I didn't stay for full checked out evening 7PM I reques...

Conveniently located for transport to other cities. Staff are obliging. Good value for money. However big question marks over the surroundings which are dirty, smelly and dispiriting. If they could do anything about sprucing the surrounding area up the hotel would be a very desirable shelter indeed.

1. Location : Situated at Dhaka City Centre but its actually quite far from the main attraction like Lalbagh Fort, Dhaka New Markert, Ahsan Manzil, Parliament Building and Bashundhara City Mall (in radius 5km). You have to take trishaw to the main attraction (not really in walking distance). From Dhaka Airport can take intercity train to Kamalapur Station (about 2km fr...

The first thing I didn't like after arriving the hotel they were trying to allot me a triple bed room, though I had booked a quadruple room with Agoda. On my denial to take that room they give us a quadruple room. Setting our stuffs in the room we discovered the shower system of bathroom was out of order. They took more than one hour to fix it up, but being failed the...

Not in the best location, but OK. Shower like a waterfall and plenty of hot water. Air conditioning good. Restaurant good in the evenings, breakfast not brilliant but adequate. I generally had a couple of boiled eggs and toast and marmalade. There were various local dishes available, but mostly spicy, which I love, but not for breakfast!

this hotel is wonderful, like an oasis. the room very clean, and bathroom large and with tub big enough for two people. personal touches, like home. i was impressed by the nice cotton spreads on the large bed, that were changed every day, not like some hotels even 4/5 star that use the same ug spread for who knows how many guests. it was like being in your own bed...

It was really a pleasant stay for me in this nice hotel for three nights along with my family members. The rooms are spacious, neat and clean and the panorama from the windows of the apartment is truly excellent as it is situated on 10th floor of the building. The stuffs are very cooperative, friendly and amicable in behaviour. The reception guys are very helpful,smili...

This is a small hotel with rather small rooms. Not a very good experience. AC very noisy and electricity safety is lacking. I stayed there for four days and had rather good service from the staff. They helped arrange transport around the city and also to the airport. The last car arranged by them was very old though. Breakfast was very limited but that is quite normal ...

Our stay was brief but that is the purpose of our staying there to insure that we would be in good time for our flight out of Dhaka the next day, traffic being what it is in Dhaka it would have taken 10 times longer to get to the airport than it was from the Garden Residence The staff were all very helpful and accommodating, the restaurant served good food both breakfa...

So, I had received an email from the hotel asking me when I would arrive at the airport so they could pick me up, but I couldn't find the driver and ended up walking over the footbridge to cross the main road and then getting a rickshaw (which the hotel paid for). The owner was extremely helpful with the other things I had to do - provided a car to take me back to the...

We chose queen suite for us and it was quite spacious for two adults and our 3 sons (7+5+1.5). In my opinion some Thai and Chinese food items were really delicious specially mixed masala fried rice, special Thai soup and fried chicken. A swimming pool was available there and water quality was good. But it had no heating facility, so the water felt really cold even at 1...

This is my second time at Royal Park, and I again thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The staff are the most attentive and kind out of any place I have ever stayed - so if you prefer not to interact with hotel staff, this is not the place for you. The food is quality, the facilities are good enough for a brief business stay, and the location is very nice. Nazmul is an outsta...

the hotel is located in the diplomatic corps area and seems to be in a safe area with security guards at night. it is not situated in city centre but a bit remote. there is no restaurant nearby and have to eat in the hotel one. the room is big but with a little smell.

You have to remember there isn't much choice in Chittagong. Whilst the rooms are ok, the air con in the rooms is not - it just blasts out and can't be turned off. Last time I stayed at this hotel the check in staff were very friendly - seem to have taken turn for the worse and the early check out nearly never happened as the guy on reception was struggling to operate t...

Hotel fee in Bangladesh is so high regarding with Bangladesh market. It makes a business man have a few choices. I chosen this hotel considering with a budget. However, this hotel shown more than I expected. Nice room condition, good foods for all kinds of person, friendly staffs.

We chose this hotel as it was near to railway stations we would be arriving at. It is difficult to find so perhaps some signage or instructions on the Agora site would help. The venue was also chosen as it listed a spa/ steam room and extra large beds, a bathtub and 40sq m room. It did not live up to this, \the reason is that this was an apartment block so the extra sp...

reception was helpful and efficient, room was clean and comfortable, restaurant service excellent. This is the best hotel in Dhaka that I have found, and meets all the standards for 5 stars. It is quiet well protected by security walls from the throngs of people outside on the streets, and you can enjoy stepping out into the city streets to experience the life of th...

I will never change to any other hotel when I visiting Bangladesh, not unless there are new/resort kind of hotels, it is even better than Radisson or any others. Not that high class level but everything is very decent and nearly perfect, I was totally surprised/impressed with their quality & service.

It was good for the first and second night but a lot of disruption of the third night due the party operated in the roof floor just above of my room until 12:00 a.m. I made a complaint still not stopping the noise until 12:30a.m.Another point that i want to voice out is above the Agoda booking and request for the airport pick -up that no response from Agoda. Even you p...

This hotel is located in the business district. I was working out by the airport on the other side of the river. It was an hour to drive to work and about 40 min to get to airport. There was some political strikes going on so we were not allowed out of the hotel. The spa was good and the hotel food was pretty good with lots of variety. I ventured out to try something d...

Overall experience was positive especially the location of hotel & food quality in breakfast & dining. The hotel facility desires more improvement along with Stuffs professionalism towards guests. If anyone is traveling to Sylhet, this is the best accommodation solution you can get in the city area, so go for it.

Such a great chill-out place in the middle of nowhere, with the real challenge being how to reach that place if you are a foreign visitor to Bangladesh without local connections to get you a decent transport since taxis are virtually non-existent in that part of the world and car rental would be a real stretch without a driver to take charge. Otherwise a perfect stay a...

The Way is a small, new hotel in the Gulshan area of Dhaka. If you plan to be in the Gulshan area, the Way is a very good choice. There are not many restaurants in the area of the Way and food there is VERY expensive. Also using hotel transport is VERY expensive -- more than I have seen charged by any hotel in the world! They wanted US$30++ to take me 6 kilometers to m...
