We had a great stay here. The beach club is amazing - I went every day and didn't encounter any of the problems I read about in previous reviews regarding sea lice. I was always able to find a chair in the shade and we had a lot of fun with the paddleboards and the over-water hammocks! The resort food is expensive - the taco shack was closed for the Easter holiday so ...

The hotel is constantly being upgraded, the service is superb, the concierge, Catherine, is always going out of her way to make your stay in Belize an awesome one. The furniture inside Radisson is amazingly beautiful! And the food in any of the restaurants is delish Belize City is getting revamped too!

PLEASE READ!! If it’s your first time to CC you are planning and reviewing dozens of places to stay. Let us help you save time. There is a reason the reviews are near perfect for Yocamatsu. My fiancé and I stayed 4 nights and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we booked Greg and Ellis reached out through email to offer any assistance with upco...

I had fantasies about having the luxury jungle lodge experience in Belize and thought I couldn't afford it. But Vanilla Hills delivered! Simple luxury, fine dining (plus a well-equipped kitchen), impeccable service, gorgeous location. Claudia, Franklin, and team met all of our needs in booking tours and provided helpful advice for San Ignacio. We loved having proximi...

We had two couples on this trip and we were treated great from the moment we arrived. It's a perfect location to visit ruins from. Don't go expecting a five star accommodation the rooms are clean and cute and again I can't say enough about the staff.

Benito and the team were so helpful and catered for all of our needs! The cottages are clean and spacious and the facilities (golf carts, pool, canoes etc) and service at the resort was impeccable. Although there is no restaurant on site, the local restaurants and bars 5 mins walk away were amazing, especially Aji tapas bar. We loved our stay and would return in a hea...

Overall, super great experience. We loved our single room with our own bathroom- for being an actual hostel facility, it was super super nice. Only complaint, compared to other travels, it was not as inexpensive as I would have preferred. Locations is perfect (right in from of the Palapa bar) and I felt very safe to leave my things there. They even let us have late che...

The staff at Sunbreeze Suites promptly answered questions in the months leading up to my stay. They also updated me about Hurricane Earl, which passed through the week before my scheduled stay. I was provided with an invoice/outstanding balance summary until my balance was paid in full. I was never asked to pay a cent more. It was optional to open a hold on my account ...

I love Belize and love Placencia! Belizean Nirvana was a great place where to stay: the room was very comfortable, and the owner of the place was very helpful in giving us tips on spots where to go eat, or which service to use to go snorkeling. Would return there in a heartbeat!

We only stayed one night, but Nature Resort is a very nice place to stay, sorrounded by nature and with the howler monkeys a short walk away. It is very clean, the staff is really good and the meals are very good and at a reasonable price. WiFi is poor and sometimes doesn't work at all. There are available local tours to see the crocodiles at night and also, day walks....

Amazing location, clean room, cute hotel, Shakira at the reception is a true GEM! We lost a lot of time at the beginning due to a discrepancy between the information provided by agoda/booking to me (double room) and to the hotel (bunk bed room) - in the end, after a long back and forth we were upgraded to a double room with ac since there were only bunk bed rooms avail...

Hotel was clean, great value on San Pedro. The owner was very helpful and gave us a lift to the water taxi on the day that we left. Pool is *tiny* (max occupancy 6), but refreshing. Sunset from the rooftop was breathtaking. The budget room was small, but enough for two people who like each other. I also appreciated that it was the only hotel we stayed at on our vi...

The apartment was very basic there were 3 of us but the apartment was really only suitable for 2 as the fold out lounge bed was in a poor state aircon was also struggling with the heat. On the plus side there's a spa which was great. and staff were friendly. There are better places but for the price is ok Would I stay again .yes

Host waited till past 10pm for us to arrive, after a nightmare day of travelling on Easter Fri. The next morning she woke us up in time to make our plane, organised an early breakfast and phoned our late taxi driver to ensure he was awake too. What a star! Rooms were clean, showers were warm. A lucky find close to the airport!

This place is 10 minutes walking distance from the ferry port to a quite side of the island. Don't get mixed up with a BareFoot Hotel. Its a basic accommodation , room is very small and no wardrobe to hang your clothes or no much space to place your luggage , but it was fine for somewhere to sleep over 2 nights .Bathroom was again small but clean , aircon was workin...

This is a family-owned, no-frills hotel that is very economically priced and is in the center of Danriga. The view from the roof and third floor balcony is nice. The owners, Chad & Eleanor, are very friendly and try their best to make you feel comfortable both in the hotel and the Stann Creek area. A lot of foreigners stay here and they serve free coffee at breakfast t...

I chose this hotel because it was very close to Chuck and Robbie's dive shop on Ambergris Caye, Belize. The hotel was no more than a one minute walk and could be done barefoot on the sand. A very light breakfast, fruit and a varying additional item (sopapillas, waffles, French toast), were served from 7-10 AM. No other meals were served, but the hotel was close to m...

The hotel is located 5 min walk from the water express taxi terminal, which after a long day of travel via plane and boat to the island was much appreciated. The staff were all extremely friendly nd helpful. Roda remembered our names from day one and made us feel very comfortable and at home. There’s a dive shop 2 mins away and many restaurants within walking distance....

The Pros; Amazing staff, quiet, relaxing, clean, good food.Great fishing guide, good snorkling. The Cons; Far from everything, Belize food not on menus for dinner, pool chairs not relaxing, pool chlorine needs better regulation,Broken Pier near resort is a sore eye, bicycles look very unsafe.

The stay was great. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the location was just fantastic. Clean hotel, and overall great value for the money. A/C temperatures were off, and the wifi was only available in the courtyard, but other than that - really a great hotel for the price.

It was a strange place, hard to find and the set up was strange. We were only here for one night and it was far enough outside of the centre of the city that it felt safe. Belize city is not the safest of places so it was good to not have to worry about the car etc. The staff was helpful and they offer dinners you can purchase onsite with a set menu as there is nothing...

The hotel is located a little bit outside of San Ignacio, but it is very easy to flag down a taxi from the road or maybe even walk to town if you want. The room itself was small but clean and very comfortable with working air conditioning. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help or offer assistance if they could. Overall, I really enjoyed staying here...

My husband and I stayed here for the last part of our trip in Belize. It was the perfect set up for our honeymoon. Our room was secluded and had a private pool and jacuzzi on the balcony. When we were ready to be social, we went down to their outdoor lobby and played chess on an extra large hand carved chess board while sipping on lemon grass tea and then went and enjo...

Stayed over Christmas and had a great experience. Communication about my booking was promptly and clearly responded to. Pandora's place has an awesome feel to it, a great space with a good kitchen and lots of hammocks to chill out in. Pandora is the ideal host. She obviously loves people and even invited a group of us to go with her and her family to a local river t...

Only issue is that it gets really hot as there isn't a great deal of ventilation in the rooms and no A/c so only a fan. Ok for us as we were in a private room so we could sleep but still very hot. Dorm would be boiling if it was full. The rest of the hostel is great and everything you need in the kitchen, great location and plenty of space to chill and only one block f...

This is a bare bones stopover. Cottages are tucked away in the cane fields near a canal. The places are clean, but no Internet, hot water or AC in the cottages. The shower didn't work, not enough water pressure. I had to use an empty water bottle to clean up. The village is very nice. An ok place to stay if you don't mind roughing it.

The gate was never lock because you can't lock it. If the security is important for you, other place offer a real gate. They don't rental bike like other place. No hot water for the shower. But the room was clean and we have a microwave and a big fridge. And the pool was nice too.

Very nice property. It was very clean, great bed, shower had hot water and pressure, and the wifi worked in the room. It was in a very good location, less then a minute walk to the 3 main streets of San Pedro. The staff is awesome and there is free bikes to take and use as much as you want. Nice view of the lagoon from the roof and the pool is nice to just relax for an...

We stayed at the Cahal Pech Village Resort for three nights at the end of a 10-day trip to Belize and we were pleasantly surprised by it. The staff were all great. Special mention should go to the gentleman who checked us in as well as the lady who booked the tours. The restaurant staff, the drivers as well as the chap who helped us with the luggage (Adonai) were all v...

The food was what intrigued us, and kept us at the Maya Beach hotel all week. The staff is very helpful and courteous, and helped us to arrange trips to the best Belizean experiences, snorkeling on the Belize Barrier Reef, the longest barrier reef in the Western Hemisphere and the second longest in the world.

Really liked the layout of the guesthouse, clean rooms, open kitchen space and amazing location near to everything such as tours, the split, restaurants and supermarkets. Hammocks and benches to enjoy too. Rooms weren't very well ventilated and reception often closed so difficult to get coffee or filterer water that was available vle for a fee. Not major issues th...
