Location on top of the hill with magnificent view to wake up to. Very clean rooms. Food is very expensive with average taste, breakfast service was slow but that's normal for Bhutan. One gets kind of isolated as commuting is hard. I couldn't afford the hotel car as it asked for nu 7000 (!!!) for sightseeing. I managed with taxi in less than 1000. Also the commercial ...

I was there for 3 nights. The room was spacious and clean. The restaurant is also decent though I just had breakfast there. They have continental/Indian/Bhutanese breakfast options. Service is not so great but at this price one can accept the levels. Location is quite central and close to most of the markets and other establishments. Overall, its value for money.

I stayed 2 nights there. A memorable stay for me. Very clean, calm & quite. Very specious room with all required amenities. Wash room is very big & much more clean beyond my expectations. Staff of front desk are very gentle, polite & co operative. Restaurant staffs also very gentle, helping minded specially Eden, Dawa & Jamyang serve us a lot. Can't forget them. On...

Indoor swimming pool includes jacuzzi but is rather small. Dinner was good but not cheap: 10-15 dollars per glass of wine. As the rest of Bhutan this hotel is on the pricey si...

Excellent service, friendly staff, clean rooms. A hotel that would make you feel at home and try to cater to your every need with a smile. The couple managing the hotel, the owner and his wife, requires special mention here. They give "service" a new height with their positive approach, helpful mentality and friendliness. To be honest, this was my 2nd visit to Thimphu ...
