We arrive hotel at 06:00am from Uyuni. Due to room is fully booked and staff very helpful. He try the best to swop the room and allow to check-in at 06:00am. This hotel is close to a market. Just a few minutes walki to city center.

Comfortable room with hot shower. The room and hotel itself was cold though, but the bed came with lots of blankets. We stayed for 3 days and they didn’t clean our room. Not a problem for us but a little unusual. Breakfast was average. Great location though close the restaurants and tourist places

Friendly staff, super close to bus terminal and can do early check-in. Only good for backpackers but not those with suitcases... quite a number of stairs to walk...

We only stayed one night as we were passing back through La Paz. We had stayed in two other places in La Paz previously. Good place to stay in the middle of the tourist area. The receptionist are really friendly and helpful of everything you might ask about. It was not very soundproof in our room since there was a big glitch under the door, but we also paid for the cheapest room so could probably not expect more. Hot water in the shower. Not the most fancy toilets but they do their work....

The location and excellent staff more than compensates for the basic room and facilities.

Possibky the best place to stay in copacabana. It also has a fantastic view. There’s a restaurant in the property, good food and good price.i wish i had the time to stay longer. Great place to relax

Very helpful staff in a beautifull hotel with HEATING! Rooms are spotless and probably have the hottest showers in Bolivia. Most colourful internal decor in any bedroom I have visited so far. That goes for the outside as well where a lot of effort has gone into landscaping. Basic hostel that comes with a hot shower. The view was great but it’s a bit of a hike to get up there from the port below. However most hostels are in this location, and it was a good point to start some hiking the following day.

This is a pleasant hotel. At some time in the past it may have been 5 star but it is now really 3.5 star in the rooms although common areas retain some grandeur. Well located downtown. All things considered I recommend.

We chose this hotel because southern La Paz is a safer area. It offered bus terminal / airport pickup at a reasonable price. I was a bit afraid when I read the reviews but this hostel is really good! Confortable beds, hot showers, wifi doesn't work sometimes and is bad in rooms but it's quite good in the receptiob. Good breakfast. Quiet location, not central but just 5 minutes walk from the main street

our hotel owner in La Paz told us this was the nicest hotel in Copacabana. we believe it. we were here in off-season, so price was quite reasonable. breakfast is a decent buffet, facilities (including the terrace) are amazing. staff all very helpful.

It is good place for sightseeing. Close to the cathedral and to the central plaza. The rooms are spacious but a bit decadent.

I didn’t expect to find this beautiful hotel in the midst of old buildings in bustling Sta. Cruz. Two blocks away from the plaza and everything of interest in the city. The architecture is charming and the staff friendly.

A wonderful little oasis in a freezing cold Uyuni. The room was extremely comfortable mainly thanks to the electrical blanket! Would have struggled without that. Clean toilet and okay breakfast. Great staff who made sure I had a taxi early the next morning to ensure I made it to the airport when a taxi strike would block roads. Highly recommended.

The little rooms are hardly enough however, the big room we stayed in was generous (we did not stay in the wagons). The ventilation is bad. The only window in the room connected with the corridor and hence no sun light nor fresh air. The bed sheet has pills which makes me feel uncomfortable.

Great hotel! We arrived in the middle of the night and our room was ready. It was very clean and the breakfast was great! The only thing was that in winter, it can get cold during the night, but their blanket are warm enough.

During out month long trip in 3 countries in South America, Hostal Sucre Hotel would be the best accommodation we have stayed in, even compared with hotels of double the price. Not cheap but worth it. Sucre is a very pleasant city and well worth a couple days of your time. Would recommend the full day city tour and a visit to the dinosaur footsteps.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and our had a kitchen as well.
