This hotel is located in the suburbs of Sarajevo. You can travel by tram line 3 or 4 to the city centre. It takes approx. 30 minutes to reach the city centre. The hotel staff is friendly. The rooms and the bathroom is clean and well maintained. The hotel offers free shuttle from and to the airport.

Five star treatment from this small villa. They were so good and made the stay in Mostar perfect.

More than 1 km walk up a steep hill from the Cathedral part of Sarajevo, without tram. Gasp. I booked a twin with aircon - they put me in a single without aircon. So they moved me to a room with aircon but it was only a single. The carpet was really old and so smelly. I would not stay there again.

This is a four-start hotel and supposed to be, however, it was a disappointment. The first impression is the last impression regardless of other things in the hotel and that is the front desk staff or receptionists. I stayed at hotel for one night on 22/8. The lady at the reception was very friendly. When I leave the hotel very early in the morning of 23/8, the same receptionist lady was very sweet and considerate that prepared a breakfast box for me. I would like to thank her because she made my day.

Lovely place, all was good except that rooms do not have any iron metal. Pillows could be little better, softer. I think its one of the best places in this part of Bosnia.

Well located not too far from the mosque and a restaurant (not cafe) across the street. The staff was very friendly, the day girl spoke great english and really made an effort to help me plan a day in the city. They also packed a lunch as I had to leave before breakfast. Very clean as well.

Lovely very clean studio on outskirts of town(25 minutes walk at least). Kitchenette did not have many accessories but this was remedied quickly by owner. Very kind lady looked after us who did not speak English but assisted us well and the owner was in contact to ensure our stay was pleasant. Good customer service all round.

The apartment is part of the resort, so you have access to the spa and exercise room (for a fee). The hotel is in front of the ski lift. If you are there to ski, it is the perfect location. If there isn't any snow, like when we were there, then there isn't a lot else to do. Still, the weather is not in anyone's control. What is in control of the staff is very well done...
