It was late night when we landed at Seim-reap. The hotel staffs were waiting for us during we were in process for visa. They gave us cool towels which smell so good and coconut drinks with big smile. Even they cut the coconut by themselves after they took off it from the car trunk lid. It was the first image of Cambodia! :) The hotel room was so big and clean. The r...

There are so many reasons why eOCambo Residence was amazing. - The check-in was outstanding. was greeted with welcome drink and home made traditional Cambodian crisps. Sehya explained everything about the hotel, everything about the city, the best way to tackle Angkor and other useful information. He was so genuine it was a great first impression. - The room was grea...

excelent service with smile, very friendly staff good size rooms with all the facility of a 5 star faboulus reception very prominent location lots of choice for breakfast specialy good for vegetarians we asked for potato curry and we were served with smile recomend to be the best hotel in cambodia

Loved it - stayed in a few 4 star hotels throughout my stay in Cambodia and this was by far the best. The room was a little dated but clean and had everything you would expect. Pool area exceptional and breakfast was delicious with a chef making you eggs and noodles of your choice for you. Location was good too 10 minutes walk from pub street where all the bars and res...

Built in the early 1960's, I think, which is why I am guessing this hotel only t Rates 4 stars. They have done an amazing job keeping it maintained and modern, tho there are tiny signs it is an older resort. But for me, old hotels, when maintained as well as this one is, are beautiful places, treasures! Big beautiful lush gardens, immaculate private beach, a large meti...

We stayed 3 nights in August in a Deluxe Twin room. Staff were extremely warm and attentive. When we arrived one lady took us on a walking tour of the ground level to explain their facilities to us, and told us that they could book for us a private English-speaking guide for Angkor Wat at $35 with separate tuktuk at $15, without giving any pressure on us to book. This ...

I would like to recommend this hotel for all of you. I guess that it's perfect hotel in Cambodia. At first, surprisingly they could serve breacfast for us even though check-in day when we just arrived at hotel early in the morning! I have never had such an experience in my life. And hotel size is nice for me so that it is small, not noisy and busy for breakfast. F...

Very good stay, every staff are helpful and friendly:) . This is my first time in Cambodia, hotel location is good, just near the airport and hotel will provide a limousine when we arrived and departure also. Room is clean, very safety area. But no restaurant nearby.

Everything exceeds ones expectation of a boutique hotel in Cambodia as the service is exemplary, kudos to Aden!. On top they have the most wonderful staff, extremely kind and helpful, clean room and a good variety of choice for breakfast, great Khmer cuisine (must try for dinner). This is indeed a place you do not want to leave, and when you do it is with one hope – to...

I booked this hotel with only few information available by that time like, name, 5star, room category. It was no risk because of free cancellation and very good prices for a 5 star hotel plus great location. I asked for more photos of the hotel on their facebook and was provided immediately. Shorty after our booking confirmed, staff emailed me a greeting email and prov...

I have to admit Lumiere exceeded my expectations and I'm highly likely to return if I ever visit Phnom Penh again. The room was very nice, modern, and clean. I loved that they have multiple USB jacks (even on the clock on the nightstand) to plug your devices in. The only issue I had was with the shower as the shower pressure was very very weak and if you flush the toi...

My wife and I stayed at this hotel and it was the best hotel we stayed in. I was truly amazed with the interior of the hotel (lobby). The hotel is located very convinient, along the main road, a short Tuk-Tuk ride away from downtown. We booked a Superior Room facing the swimming pool for the first night, and then we booked one for the next 3 days facing the parkin...

this is the nicest hotel in cambodia with a big awesome pool and a great private beach with no hawkers around. this is a place to just come and stay and not leave. the food is excellent, but you will pay what you would expect to pay a a mid level restaurant in the u.s. 5 star all the way. a little pricey for a very long stay though.

Without doubt one of the newest and best place I stayed during my time in Cambodia! It's value for what I paid and comes with all new furniture with great view in my room. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the staff , my name was mentioned as well. The staff were extremely friendly, I had two great evenings here. The bed, bedsheets , pillow, pillow case and or the...

This was our second stay at this hotel during our trip of traveling around Cambodia. It was a pleasure to return and chat to the staff again and experience their wonderful hospitality. The beds are super comfy, the food is delicious, the pool area is great, altogether a fab stay.

I’ve stayed here a few times now. The owner and staff are wonderful people. This was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in Cambodia. They had the best breakfast buffet and the staff at breakfast were extremely and friendly and helpful. I stayed for longer in Phnom Penh because of the great experience I had here and would definitely come back in the future and recommend ...

Stayed at Koulen with a group of friends after another Cambodia expat friend raved about her stay there. Staff were super friendly and easy to communicate with. We were booked into two separate, twin/double bed rooms. This is our first time to travel in Cambodia, we have stayed in Phnom Penh for 1 night & Siem Reap for 3 nights. As we got a complimentary stay for first two nights in Siem Reap at other hotel from a lucky draw, in order to extend my trip, I also booked 1 night stay in Mamoire d' Angkor Boutique Hotel. I must say: "Mamoire" is my best experience ever stayed, truely...

The staff are attentive and have wonderful customer service skills. Would recommend this hotel for anyone saying n Siem Reap. I don't particularly enjoy the breakfast but thats across most hotels in Cambodia. There are decent options down the road in the cafe's.

We only stayed for four nights but it was by far the best hotel of our holiday. The room was spacious and clean, with a good sized balcony overlooking the lush green tropical plants between our room and the pool (salt water). Each night at around 7 the chamber maids would ask to turn down the bed and left gifts on our pillows each time. We treated ourselves to a massag...

I booked this hotel for the swimming pool and it didn't let me know at all. Totally worth it! My friends and I enjoyed the swimming pool and the service a lot. You can borrow towel, order drinks at the pool. The only thing you have to do is enjoying the sunshine and the view. The staff are all very nice and helpful. We only have one night and the schedule is pretty tig...

We went to Cambodia for a vacation and this hotel gave us a very good experience. The location is right around the city center and most of the places in the city are within walking distance. The staff were very nice. They offer free pick up and send back to the airport. The staff helped me buying cheap wi-fi sim and even helped me fix the problem with my phone. The ser...

This is our first time staying at this hotel. It's so beautiful place from inside to outside and I can't say enough about this hotel. There are 20 floors at this hotel. Amazing decoration with lots of design and textures on the lobby. The rooms are very big, very fancy and clean. Very nice view when you go on the top of the floor, you can see everything in the city of ...

After getting a fantastic rate for the suite via Agoda .... we arrived at the hotel to find it truly lived up to the rave reviews and ratings! We were celebrating our anniversary, and it was my other half’s first time to Cambodia. Upon learning this, the management and staff went all out to give us a special and memorable stay. I have to say that having experienced ma...
Cheap places to stay in Cambodia
Quiet places, far from noisy of motorcycle or car. Having great welcoming from the host and family. Just need to relocate their location but you still found it. I got free bikes, extra privilege services from the host as I'm their first guest from Agoda.com and I'm so love to stay here. For me, I'm not really travel to meet another traveller ,I'm travel to meet local ...

Natural environment, lots of mosquitos, i could live with it, my late-arriving friends denied to check-in. So i had to book other hotels and escort them to other hotels and stay with them in the same hotel for some nights. Because it was their first time visiting the country. Others are perfect. Good concept, good management, indeed if we observe closely and feel the v...

This homestay is my best experience in south east Asia ! I celebrated the new year with all the village and vuity family, it was so amazing and I realised that that was the real Cambodia, so welcoming and happy! Many things to do in the surroundings, you can book everything from the homestay ! Everyone should experience something like that ! Go there !!

Me and my girlfriend were teaching in a local village and at the weekend we came and stayed here to chill out. We stayed 3 weeks in a row and the rooms are perfect, clean and new. The food is really good and good value. The pool is great especially as it gets very hot in siem reap. But the best thing was the staff they were amazing so kind and helpful couldn't do enoug...

Vanna and the employees who work under him are some of the most hospitable people I have met during my weeklong stay in Cambodia. They help me with pretty much everything starting from which temples to visit all the way to how to fly back to Siem Reap. The location is great. It's very close to the party hub of Pub street but just far enough to stay away from all the ...

So happy we’ve found this place ! Staff is so nice ! We booked it at a really fair price by Agoda. That was the best value in all Cambodia ! They let you borrow their bicycles for free for 4 hours, 1$ the entire day. We have found motorbike at 8$/day in town if needed. We highly recommend this place ! Loved it !

Here are some of the things i'd like to point out why I gave them 5 stars: ✔️Good service - the people are so nice. Thwy clean the room everyday. ✔️English speaking receptionist - but everyone in Cambodia including young kids seems to know a little english ✔️Towels for each guest ✔️Toiletries - they only have soap but that's okay since we only paid 3USD/head/day ✔️Wo...

Value for Money: You can book this hostel at a price lower than USD3/night! Location: Right in the middle of the town, right next to pub street! Cleanliness: Both rooms and bathrooms are clean. Staff: Staffs speak good English. Solve problem quickly, and friendly Facilities: It has everything you need! WiFi speed is good, Cafe/Pub is below! P/S: I was staying on the ...

Central Hostel was the best decision we made in our trip in Cambodia. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were courteous and kind, they did not hesitate in giving a hand when we were in need of something. The hostel was clean and I was surprised that they indeed change linens and towels everyday. That was expected from hotels and high-end hostels/inns, so we we...

Awesome staff, clean and spacious rooms, big swimming pool with a shaded hammock area. We booked to go to the bat caves with the hotel, which was very reasonably priced and a great experience. We ate a couple of meals there and would definitely recommend the good value for money food. We loved the peaceful location, it is a 15 minute walk to the centre.

I’ve traveled asia 3 times and this was the first time i tried a hostel (dorm) and WOW. Could not ask for a better place. Clean rooms, good food, amazing staff, nice pool with awesome music and good tan-spots. Not even joking. Best place i’ve stayed at and also the cheapest. 10/10!!!

I spent three nights at Rega Guetsthouse. The owners are a young french couple so friendly and helpful. They have plenty of advices about what to visit, have some motorbikes to rent. There room was nice, the hotel has a small nice garden where you can spend time for chilling, having lunch or drinking some cocktails. Probably the best guesthouse I've been in Cambodia.

I would highly reccommend Garden Village Guesthouse to everyone who is planning to visit Cambodia especially wanted to be near pub street and angkor wat. They are near everything especially atm booth. Pub street is just next to it and the area is food haven with diff choices. Lastly, for those who may need transportation there are lots of choices either tuk tuk or moto...

My husband and I stayed at a bungalow and it was quite cool! Room and bathroom were clean and the location was perfect for going to the beach (about 10 minutes walking). What we liked most about Led Zephyr though was the adjoining restaurant's atmosphere, with great food and live music every night -- for those wanting some peace and calm, I would suggest staying somewh...

the local family running the guest house is nice and helpful, stay some more days and you ll be part of them, they will speak about local life, suggest good places, even show you around. and the place is clean enough, nice veranda, great internet connection and even hot water. dorm is just 2$. food is good and cheap. i will recommend to everybody!

We planned to stay in Kampot for a day or two, and just booked our 4th night here. The location is a 3 minute moped ride (rentals available here) to the center of town, or 10 minutes walking thanks to the old bridge. Quite, fun, relaxed atmosphere with the best food this side of the river. Pool table is a great pass-time, fast wifi, deck/chairs over the river looking a...

I had a really good stay at the dorm room. Yes, it gets really hot and yes there is no A/C but the guesthouse is located at the best location right next to the market where you can buy rice and food at all hours during the day and evening. The staff was the kindest. Also the restaurant downstairs is nicely decorated and it is great place to spend time outside your room...

So many things I liked about this specific hostel. First and foremost is the people I've met there. Because of the small size of the hostel it felt like we were a little family than random strangers. The owner seemed to always come by with bananas, cakes, or even a full Chinese meal with chicken and fruit to give to his guests. He really cultivated a friendly atmospher...

We booked the tuktuk driver through the hotel for 25$ for the whole day for Angkor Wat but you could hire somewhere else for 15$. We decided to book from the hotel because we were leaving our backpacks and other stuff to him. The hotel was so so. You get what you paid for basically. The staff was ok not too friendly but not rude. The location is good about 10 mins wa...

Compared to other budget accommodation I have stayed in all over Asia including Cambodia Oasis Capsules ranks as the best. Its staff, cleanliness, location and the way the beds are configured to give privacy are all brilliant. Anyone travelling on a budget should stay here if your visiting Siem Reap. Special thanks to the staff for all you advice and kind assistance.
4-star hotels in Cambodia

We stayed at the Independence in January 2013 during our Cambodia tour and we can definetly recommend it. Probably the best hotel in Sihanoukville with a lot of history. We went to Sihanoukville as a stopover on the way back from Ko Rung and would not go there again, Sihanoukville is full of junkies and backpackers so that we didn't bother to go out much and stayed ins...

this was the 5th seperate visit to this hotel over the last 6 months, it is the only hotel I have ever stayed in phnom phen because I have no reason to try a different hotel in phnom phen. The only thing about the hotel that I would love to see improved is food. It is good, although a bit over priced, just not fantastic. That is the only thing that is holding it bac...

This has to be one of the best service I have experienced all over the world. I have stayed in boutique hotels all over Europe and Asia but this certainly has the most personalized, heart-felt welcome & service. From the complementary pick-up and drop-off service from/ to the airport, welcome flowers, drinks, souvenirs upon departure, tuk-tuk service throughout our sta...

I've stayed here two times and had a great time. It's more like a resort than a hotel, and it's hard to understand that you are in a big city like PP, because when you're inside it's very quite and peaceful. The first time I stayed here the price was reasonable, but then they have doubled the price, maybe because it's have become a very popular hotel - resort. Now th...

I arrived back at The Ohana Hotel after a three year absence and it was like coming back to family. The staff were all still there and it was great to see them all again. The rooms are excellent and the Ohana is in one of the best locations in Phnom Penh. Breakfast is provided and they puton a superb spread. Do not miss the opportunity of visiting the Ohana Hotel whil...

This was my second visit to Sun & Moon Urban Hotel. It literally is an oasis in the midst of seedy bars and dubious night life. Once inside it is difficult to leave as everything is at hand and presented professionally with that famous Khmer smile and grace. The room was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast is quite standard for hotels in Cambodia. The jewel in ...

I decided to try private pool villa with my friends. Just 3 of us seemed to be unexpectedly small party for such size of villa - 3 floors, 2 large rooms, sunroof with hammocks and kitchen next to private pool. Price was obviously high for Cambodia but similar villa almost anywhere would command much higher price tag. This was so far only hotel in Cambodia I've stay...

We were absolutely blown away by SOK SAN RESORT! The warm welcome, the views are just exquisite, the staff were so friendly and helpful! The bungalows (Garden View) are simple but it was exactly what we wanted- that Island vibe 🌴The front rooms looked amazing but we actually spent so little time in the room that we were very happy with the more private garden rooms. Simply the best hotel I've stayed at in Cambodia. This place is utterly idyllic. The staff are exceptional. The rooms are beautifully put together and the charm of the colonial style grounds are second to none here. Food is tasty and the central eating area is around a small pool. The only downside, as with anywhere in Cambodia, are the mosquitoes. Just bring repellent...

This hotel was completely unexpected. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by the staff who were extremely friendly. My friend and I were backpacking to Cambodia but intended to stay at someplace nicer than the usual hostels, but for the price given, we certainly did not expect such luxury! The bell boy was an adorable and friendly young chap who gave us plenty of ti...

I read a lot of reviews about this hotel, some good some not so good but my own experience of the place was beyond any meaningful criticism. The staff, including the boss who came and spoke to us every day, were excellent and could not do enough for us. The food at the hotel, where we ate almost every day, was the best on the strip. The room was beautifully appointed w...

I just stayed 2 nights but really enjoyed it as a relaxing get away attached to a longer Cambodia adventure. Koh Rong is beautiful, more nigh5 life in Koh Rong village but Long Set is better as a secluded beach get away. The beach, pool and restaurant were quite good. The breakfast is buffet style with omelettes and pancakes, french toast and many western style br...

Great hotel for the price, I will stay again next time I'm in town. I stayed at the 5 stars hotel for 2 nights after staying here and from a value for money point of view I would definitely pick the Patio instead. It doesnt have all the 5 star comforts but it costs a 1/5 as much. I only stayed for one night but would have likes to stay longer. It was so beautiful. The ...

We arrived earlier than our check-in time and were immediately escorted to our rooms, which were large and clean. The staff could not do enough for us. There was a dining area and bar at t...

good location, about 10 minutes walk to night markets, and pub street, as well as the old market, and river. along the road to main road, at least 50+ good quality with charming price. very very clean four suggestions; 1. put a fan in room top, can save more A/C 2. the tube water desgin seams some problem, water can not go inside smoothly 3. staff are nice, a...

Staff were awesome, right from the checkin, to the cleaning staff and front desk booking us a taxi to leave. Breakfast buffet on the 8th floor with views of the city with lots of window tables. I’ve been in more than 10 different hotels in Phnom Penh and this is the best one, for me and for my family (I came with my wife and my 2 years old baby) the top ten hotel. There’s nothing to regret, and for those who talk about problems here, they should talk with the recepcion because they’re really fast and 100% problem solving. I booked the family room, it’s amazin...

I moved from Ohana Hotel to G Mekong Hotel since the former one was not as clean as I expected it to be. King Rock is an amazing hotel situated a 5 minute walk to Pub a Street. We were a group of 15 people and were treated like family by the staff. We were taken to the markets and shown the best produce to make traditional Cambodi...

Great things are staff hospitality and assistance in processing at the border both on Thailand and Cambodia side, great location situated very close to border, rooms were clean and spacious, however, a bit too old and renovation is needed, overall recommended.

Great international hotel with all the facilities you would expect of a 4 star hotel. The swimming pool was fantastic and perfect after a day visiting the temples.
