The staff are so welcoming and nice, could not speak more highly of them. The accommodation is just amazing and clean. We loved our room and bathroom so much. Beautiful resort in a beautiful location. The villas are stunning, everything you need to be happy and comfortable. The staff couldn’t be any lovelier, you really feel they go the extra mile and make you feel very welcome. Aitutaki is a beautiful island, very expensive but I think this is the best accommodation on the island and would thoroughly recommend it.

We were in a garden bungalow and they surround the pool which is very nice. Wish we could've been across the street with a deck toward the ocean. Breakfast very good-even includes hard-boiled eggs. Rarotonga Villas were wonderful. Phillip and Jane were great hosts and we loved the accommodation. Great beds and pillows which to us was important. The villas are clean and well kept. We had a great holiday here and would not hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends thinking of a holiday in the Cook Islands.

Wonderful place with a superb location in Paradise! Situated right on a wonderful beach. I would recommend visitors to rent a scooter, as distance to grocery stores and restaurants could be a challenge in the heat. I would love to come back and stay here again, even the bungalows are a bit basic and A/C and the average internet costs quite a bit.

We really enjoyed the island and location of the apartments. Very cosy place with a lovely beach and cat. Staff very friendly. Not many restaurants nearby but Paul was very helpful in organising us a taxi a few nights across the island and recommending places to go. Place next door did bike hire. Pick up to and from airport was a great touch

I suspect the people leaving bad reviews are used to staying in luxury resorts. If you're travelling on a budget, Raina Beach Apartments is a great place to base yourself. We loved our stay there, the bungalow gave the Cook Island feel and it was beautiful. It was also great being in Muri and so close to the markets etc. V was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at the beach shacks and would recommend to stay here. Steve was a great host, taking the chance to rent me a scooter even though I had no experience riding one - a day riding around Aitutaki was all I needed to feel almost like a pro! Having a form of transportation is essential as the island is still too large to explore via bicycle.
