Soft big bed, tub n shower, toiletries, kettle, coffee, tea, daily housekeeping n friendly and helpful staff! Awesome! Dilemma (cons): facing train tracks (nice view of city!) that screeched metal on metal all day and some at night. Double glazed window blocked all the noise! On warmer nights(not a lot in Denmark)I turned the small fan on. No AC. Restaurants and conve...

It was a excellent stay at CPH Star, we moved from one street further down, it was totally easier and happy to find the bike rental were even cheaper than hotel before. our group has one room with hottub bathroom, but one without which was real pity. Front desk provides one day bus tour visiting 4 places, yet it was all overbooked, pity again. we need volume hot water...

First of all, the hotel is literally opposite the main entrance to the Copenhagen Central station - so it's really a fantastic location. Having said that, the station is a bit confusing and I went out the opposite side and then wasted 15-20 minutes trying to find the hotel - eventually someone told me to go back in and get out on the other side, and then the hotel was ...

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever booked in Agoda! The view from our window is absolutely stunning! It’s literally falling asleep at the tranquility of the lake (as seen from the window), and waking up to the enchanting view of the scenery. The location is perfect - just a few minutes walk to the center, yet far enough to avoid the crowd and busy streets of C...

This is a great experience for anyone who enjoys design. The hotel has an interesting history and encompasses its original Jacobsen design. The room and service was impeccable. We are able to view the historic room 606 and new fritz Hansen collaboration suites. It is a larger hotel than I would normally stay and this does pick up the American cruise trade, so it can be...

This hotel was a nice place to stay after just landing from along international flight, and the breakfast was very robust, unlike many other European hotels I've been to. Location is right next to the metro stop. I was a little surprised at the high taxes on the room, but that's Denmark for you, I guess.

This hotel was great, family friendly, and one staff member in particular was extremely helpful and compassionate with our situation of lost luggage - he could not have done more. The breakfast is a buffet with a great fresh assortment available. This hotel is a 10 minute walk to the Wheel of Copenhagen and 15 minutes to the Tivoli.

love this hotel!!! i felt very much at home very comfortable very clean! a bit far from the city center but the bus station is just right behind the hotel and the train station/metro is just a few blocks away. wifi not available in room but free in the lobby. receptionists were really really nice and helpful. this hotel also has the best map of copenhagen available! ve...

Ultra clean, spacious, modern facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Only the kitchen needs some further expansion to deal with the number of guests they are having as expectedly everyone seems to be booking this hostel. I will recommend it any day any time.

I stayed in the standard room for 3 nights and found the experience rather nice in general. The house rate is agreeable, the room is large enough for four-people-small-gathering, and the staff there indeed show their hospitality in many way. However, the hotel room is not that clean and tidy as the photo may show, and I could even overhear the street bustling and nois...

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson. It lies within walking distance to the city with nice restaurants, shopping, nightlife and cinema. A perfect place to stay for a romantic weekend or shopping with the girls. I would definitely choose this hotel and Århus again for a stay with my husband.

We stayed at 12 hotels during our 16 days Europe and this is our best hotel, beating Hilton Hotel Copenhagen Airport (we spent 2 nights there) next to airport. Highly recommended since they have shuttle bus to make up for the short distance from the airport. Very friendly and professional staffs. Unfortunately, there is no shopping, restaurant or park near the hotel wi...

This hotel is about 2 blocks from the railway station, so easy to walk to.For Denmark, the room is reasonably priced and the rooms of a good size.We loved the morning breakfast with a nice buffet style. We would definitely stay at this hotel if we visit Copenhagen again.

The hotel is ok for business travellers who just want to stay for one night. It has seen the best times and should undergo a renovation. My room was of a reasonable size. The most disappointing fact was a bad smell from the shower. If possible try to book a room with view to the sea, overlooking the harbour. Parking is possible behind the hotel for DKK 59 per night. Di...

This hotel is located just in the middle of between two S-tag stations Glostrup and Brondbyoster. Probably for those who travelling by car this could be a goodchoice. I was suprised (in a good way) that rooms do have double windows and there is absolutelly 100% no noise from a street side. I must admit that buffet in this hotel is quite good. The hotel do have rest...

Although we only stayed one night, we were very impressed with the friendly staff, the great location, the nice clean room, the excellent breakfast, and the interesting history of the building. This is not a luxury hotel but it was perfect for people like us who are usually out and about.

This is a downtown hotel, with careful decoration, but located at the danish famous and historical street of bars. Fridays and saturdays it's almost impossible to sleep, because it's too noisy. The street is dirty and too smelly. The hotel entrance needs a big clean. ther'sno lift so we need to carry the luggage by hand to the fisrt orsecond floor. If you travel from ...

The hotel location compelled us to take a taxi to the city center, but this did not affect our falling in love with this comfortable and cool hotel. The room, the lobby, the breakfast, and the outside terrace and lawn, all these where a pure relaxation after the day walks, and a wonderful start for the next morning.

The hotel is great. We had a sea view room which was worth the extra. The balcony was a bonus. The view over the bay was lovely. The beach is only a few minutes walk away. The room was quite large and very clean. The bathroom was a good size and had a bath. There is a small casino attached to the hotel. The breakfast room was opulent and the food good. The orange juice...

My sister and I were looking forward of the 2 night stay at HC Andersen Hotel at Odense. We guess because the room booking was not a direct booking with the hotel, we were allocated a room on the 2nd floor facing the busy road and above the gabbage area. There is no air conditioning service and we were told that the temperature at night is comfortable if we open the w...

If you really want to see all the main cultural / architectural attractions in the heart of the city this hotel is the best when it comes to location. The staff were very helpful; there's free tea/coffee/biscuits/fruit during the entire day which is fantastic. Excellent Wifi. Bedding and towels were exceptionally clean - only complaint is that there were some strange s...

This is a good place to spent the entire day or use as spring board to explore the area. Only 15 min away from LEGO land Billund and minutes to the Billund Zoo. Their common areas for bathroom and kitchen are very clean. The cabins are equipped with heating system. The area is nice and quiet. A good place to unwind from the city.

We were disappointed staying here as we were not told that where you check in for the Herman Bed and Breakfast and where you eat breakfast was in a different building 4 minutes walk away from the actual accommodation building. When turning up to the location we had to walk to the other building to check in and back again only to find out they had given us the wrong ke...

Great value but don't expect much for this price. I just stayed 1 day and was overall very happy. The cottage is roomy and the bathroom just steps away with a good hot shower. The location requires a car and no shops or restaurants nearby but he has some snacks. The owner is very informative and helpful and offers good advice. We ate at a nice restaurant about 10-15...

Great location. Quiet town and close to LEGOLAND and Lalandia. Some difficulty to check in and get the key for new users of Danhostel. However they did respond quick on my mail. Got instructions regarding using the safe to get our key. This instructions should been sent in the verification mail. The stay was just brilliant and we are coming back again

It was a business trip, I didn't expect to get much perks from the B&B. But the couple who own and run this place are very courteous. She called me about my arrival time (which was 9 PM, which was late relatively to Denmark lifestyle), but she was available to greet and open the room for me. Breakfast was good, egg was prepared based on ones' preference.

Im so happy i stumbled across this fantastic hideaway on Agoda, I was met with a warm welcome by the owners and was treated like one of the family these people couldnt do more if they tried, nothing was too much, there hospitality was truly wonderful

Kind people, very Friendly. Quiet hotel. Bedroom and Shared bathroom (with 10 rooms) was clean. At Check In (4pm to 6pm) you have to paid 50Kr for a bedsheet single bed and 20Kr for one towel, mean you have to make your bed yourself. At Check Out time (10am) you have to return keys and bedsheet at the office desk. Good WiFi signal in the room. Shared Kitchen well ...

For those who want to stay away from noise, this is a good location. Its not very far from the main attractions of copenhagen and the best way to travel from the hotel to city centre is the train. The hotel is walking distance from the Tarnby station and a 7-Eleven is inside the station. For basic stuff like lite bites and drinks, hotel has it at affordable prices. ...

Excellent stay at Birkum B.B.. Kirsten and Frank are very kind hosts and did what is possible to make us feel at home. The location is not far from Odense and offers a great break from the usual city accommodation. The breakfast is greatly recommended. It was our honor to be one of the first guests coming from Hong Kong and we do recommend this to all visitors to this ...

Staff were very helpful about the few things we needed. A minor problem with the hot water was dealt with really quickly. Their friendly attitude creates a nice atmosphere. The restaurant is seriously overpriced. £80 for 4 burgers and chips and a drink each? We ate there just the once! I realise that Danish prices are higher than UK but this was a true rip-off. ...

Not expensive, free parking, free WiFi, very good breakfast, walking distance (5-7 mins) to City Centre and nice staff! The down side is no air con, a little bit too warm in the summer. The room was very clean, and a very old style denmark hotel, worth to try it, good money value in Odense.

This is one of those hotels where the receptionist attends you... from a sister hotel! And they do it thanks to a camera, a screen and a microphone. There is then a machine that delivers the room key (a magnetic card) and another machine to insert your credit card in case the room was not paid in advance. The receptionist -by the way- was very nice and helpful and, i...

The Comwell Holte Hotel is ca. 35 km away from Central Copenhagen and the North Coast of Sealand. It is relatively close to the castles in Hillerod and Fredensburg. The rooms are of decent size (except for shower) and comfortable. Everything is clean and the reception staff is very helpful. The hotel is only suitable for travelers with a car. Beware of the address, the...

Very simple hotel room for quite a lot of money! Only 2 separate beds in 2 pers room. The booking through agoda was very misleading. It mentioned room with max 2 persons but it turned out to be for single person only so we had to pay extra for 2nd person. Again, very misleading!

I found this hotel to be very conveniently located right next to the train station and across the road from the aquarium. It was exceptionally child friendly, with even an indoor play area. You could always purchase the tickets for the aquarium at a cheaper cost. The only negative was that the rooms needed to have the windows opened as they smelled as if the windows ha...

This is my second visit to the hotel and this time the room was significantly bedere than previously however was the staff at reception very slow to find our booking and thus two it two days before the booking of the room was in place and there was no track of which rooms we should have.

this is a good hotel to stay in copenhagen for both business and leisure. it is well located, offers good value for the money and the staff is very friendly and helpfull. the only minus were the bedcovers / duvets that were individual rather than double, but this seems to be the norm in denmark.

when we first arrived, we were given a twin room despite requesting for double room with big bed. this was rectified immediately after we spoke to reception which was brilliant. the rooms are clean and well maintained, which is a plus point. free usage of the computers at the hotel lobby as well as free wifi anywhere in the hotel. all rooms in the hotel has no air ...
