The hotel itself is wonderful, spacious rooms, the main problems are in the lounge - there are lots of mosquitoes around the food, the food is not varied and remains the same all the days. Regarding the casino - we sat down to eat and a waitress in the place made us feel very uncomfortable and get up because there were guests who were waiting - it is not respectable !!!

We were here that Grove Design Hotel from 30th May 2018 - 02nd June 2018. We had a pleasant stay..Rooms were cosy, beds were comfortable, staffs were very helpful.The only thing which I didn't liked about the hotel was their breakfast spread.The options were very limited and for all the three days of my stay they didn't change their breakfast menu which is quite absurd. Overall a decent stay!

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. With a view of the beach, and a short walk from the city centre, it was extremely convenient. The staff welcomed me warmly and helped me as much as they could for the duration of my stay. The room was larger than I could have hoped (but a little too hot!), and , best of all, the swimming pool was the perfect way to finish off a day of sightseeing!

The Best Western Kutaisi was a wonderful stay. It's a new hotel with all the amenities you would expect. Our room was comfortable. The whole hotel was very clean. What made the stay memorable was the staff. They were friendly and professional with a good knowledge of English. The whole staff were very attentive to our needs. So much so when we left at 4 am the reception gave us our breakfast take-out. What a nice farewell.

Everyone in the hotel is super friendly and helpful! My wife and I had trouble with our flight and we reached at 6am to the hotel. They hotel manager was kind enough to give us a complementary breakfast (although that morning's breakfast was not included in our package) and was managed to get us into a room by 9am although check in was suposed to be by 3pm. The location is perfect and my wife and I will be looking to stay at the same hotel during our next visit to Georgia

I stayed here for three days, and it was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful and did all they could to make my stay as comfortable as possible. My room was better than I could have hoped-I even had a balcony with a view over the mountains! The facilities were also excellent-the swimming pool was very inviting (not to mention warm!) after a day of sightseeing. All in all, I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Although there’re plenty number of hotels in Tbilisi, I’m sure that this is the best choice. Staffs were really friendly. Even though they are utterly busy, they take all customers with big smile and unlimited hospitality. I do love Tbilisi. If I hadn’t stayed at another hotel, I didn’t have such a good feeling to the city. The location is absolutely great as others mentioned. The hotel facing Liberty square connecting Rustaveli str which is a Main Street of the city. Also 5min to old city and get to the oldest church in Georgia on foot. Considering the hospitality and the location, this is one of the wisest choice.

Location perfect as just at one corner of the promenade and taxis easily available. Recommend using Yandex app. as it works just like Uber. Spacious room & bathroom with walk in shower. Room service was good and food was well prepared. Beds were comfortable. Wifi worked perfect. Nice view of Miracle Park & sea side from the room. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Casino is an added feature in this hotel. Health club facilities were perfect. Only issue that we faced was the swimming pool is indoors and i guess ventilation has to be improved coz when you are in that room, your eyes get watery due to chlorine content in water. Otherwise good value for money and i recommend this hotel.

Crowne Plaza Borjomi is truly a GEM in this area. One can't believe one is in BORJOMI when at this hotel, clearly a western-style 5* hotel. They have an AMAZING SPA department that reaches from one end of the hotel to another with various treatment rooms and a SUPER great amazing indoor pool. You MUST try a night or two here to really understand the GEM that this Hotel is. Not to speak less about the restaurant, really great food and drinks are served here by their super friendly and attentive staff. 5*

The hotel is highly recommended. It's located just opposite famous Gabriadze puppet theatre and couple of steps away from New Bridge and Old City. Design and space are well-thought, we had budget room but it had everything to be happy with. Beds and pillows were comfortable, wc and shower - extra clean. Terrace with a river view is a huge WOW. Nice staff members. They even had bath robes! Would definitely come back again.

I have been an avid traveler in the past many years and I have been staying in many hotels, guest houses, etc. For my experience, I completely understand what an accommodation facility should be offering. And I am really amazed by the level of comfort and finest customer services Guest House 36 is providing. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, the location is best, and all the best attractions of Tbilisi are around this place. The best thing about this place is the staff behavior; all the staff members are friendly, extremely professional and truly best at their attitude. Whatever a traveler needs while staying in a city; this place offers it all. If there were more stars to give; I would definitely give them all :) Kudos Guest House 36 Team!

Why do I stay at 4 or 5 stars hotel ? 1 safe 2 comfortable room 3 good food ( breakfast) 4 close to most attractive places 5 friendly staff Will divan suites has most of what i posted above, mabey you won't see a good view of the sea or mountains, that's because you are in the middle of old town. Port is only 10 minutes walk. I like them breakfast. Ad 26 lary to your room price and enjoy breakfast. It's worth it. Those who are careful what to eat and not to eat ( pork ) aske the shif he is always roaming around during breakfast, he will advice you.

i had booked a superior room and was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to premium room with panoramic view of the river and city. the room was big with a king bed. very clean staff extremely courteous and very helpful. breakfast spread was very very good. we stayed 3 nights and they allowed both early check in at noon and late check out at 1400 without extra charge overall extremely satisfied and our stay exceeded well over our expectations. many thanks to all staff.

Gold Tbilisi only opened in December 2017. We stayed 1 week. Loved it! Initially it appears the hotel is out of the way in suburbs, but there is so much in the vicinity of the hotel - mini-marts, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants, bars, money exchanges, public transport including Metro station, Hop-on Hop-off Bus stop, historical points of interest, Fabrika Hostel in an old factory with fabulous nightlife. Walk down and across the bridge to discover some great English and Irish pubs. Metro is 2 stops to Liberty Square - huge range of outdoor restaurants and historical sites like the sulphur baths and National Museum. City Sightseeing Bus Tours starts just down from the hotel outside Subway. We bought 48 hour red, green and blue bus tours. Day 1 - red and green lines. Day 2 - blue tour (half day) - to the old city, a couple of monasteries and a winery. We hired the hotel driver for 2 day tours - limited English, but private car, so no hassles like a bus tour. Highly recommend hotel

LOCATION IS EXCELLENT. ESPECIALLY IF YOU GET SEA SIDE LOCATION. VERY CLEAN APARTMENTS. OWNER ENSURES THE APARTMENT IS CLEANED BEFORE YOU ENTER APARTMENT. SPACIOUS AND GOOD FOR FAMILIES. LAUNDRY WASHING MACHINE, COOKING FACILITIES INCLUDED. ONLY ISSUE WAS WE COMPLAINED ABOUT PLUMBING AND THEY DID NOT SEND SOMEONE TO FIX. STILL I AM NOT DEDUCTING POINTS AS THEY DID EXTEND COURTESY CHECKOUT TILL LATE AFTERNOON DUE TO ONE OF OUR GROUP MEMBERS FALLING ILL. GOOD CHOICE IF YOU WANT TO STAY FOR LONG TERM AND CAN NEGOTIATE WITH OWNER FOR LONG TERM STAY.

The Home/Tbilisi is located very close to the Freedom square and at walk able distance to the the Kote Apkhazi street. Located on the 6th floor of an otherwise inhabited (looks like to me atleast) building, there are 5 apartments within it. We had taken 2 rooms and there was no balcony. The view from the window was very good. Comfort wise, this property is excellent and pros of this apartment ends there. We saw a lack of attention from the owner. He had met us and given us the Whatsapp contact but with limited network access, we saw that option pointless. What made me write this negative review was 1. No additional toilet papers- For a family staying for over 3 nights, keeping stock in the apartment was overlooked. This is what I call inattentiveness 2. There is NO room service or daily cleaning. If that was the case, at least extra bathroom mats would have been a welcome. I ended up washing the dirty linen every night to have a clean bathroom 3. There is no toiletries. Overall 2/5

From the front desk staff to the lady in the kitchen to the driver, everyone that worked here were great. It was a nice walk to the middle of the city, but if you can't do the uphill walk then maybe this isn't the place for you. We walked to the Funicular, Liberty Square, Peace Bridge, and the Dry Bridge Market from here. (by the way, if you go to the Dry Bridge Market for 2nd hand and homemade stuff, check out Sosa's cafe/bakery) We stayed in a windowless room for dirt cheap and we just used the balcony in the dining area if we wanted the great views or pictures that the hotel's location provided. It is a quiet area so if you want to party keep that in mind (use Taxify instead of Uber to save a little).

This is a great little guesthouse, not far from the main square in Mestia. It is very clean and neat. The rooms have very nice bathrooms with lots of hot water. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are large enough to be comfortable for 2 people. The owners is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very filling and will keep you going for the whole day while hiking in the mountains.

A nice family run guest house. Lovely grassy area beside the house for kids to play or to enjoy a coffee or drink. Spectacular views of Mt. Kazbeg and Gergeti Trinity Church! The guesthouse is at the top of a hill at the back of the village so quiet and out of the bustle of the village but it is sn uphill walk. Note if you're driving a car - take the paved road leading up to Rooms Hotel. The closest road is not paved and bumpy. We had a 4 bedroom - one big bed and 2 singles. The room is small but very clean. Also had a small bathroom with shower (connected to the sink). I thought it a bit pricey for the size of the room but I think prices are high in the area and if you're looking for clean, quiet, hospitable accommodation I recommend it! Although food was advertised on offer, we didn't eat there but ate in town and one night at Rooms Hotel, , which is very close by and I would recommend. Delicious and not too pricey. And the hotel itself is worth seeing.

It was my third stay in River Side and it was much better than previous years. They had very nice renovation. Room was very beautiful, staff is helpful, location is excellent to walk to Rustaveli or go on a meeting somewhere, close to opera. Breakfast was improved very much, even offered free champagne in the morning! And rooftop tiffany terrace with lots of nice people in the evening. Recommend
