Very nice hotel and really great staff but I had one problem. I was told off for laughing !

i stayed here for couple of times already. each time is giving me different experience. talking about the facility, cleanliness, staff hospitality, BW Premier Accra Airport has always met up the standard. this time, my room was upgraded to a more spacious king size bed. thank you so much. really enjoyed my stay. Recommended hotel !!

We enjoyed evevery bit of this hotel. Good food, good Internet connection, good service excellence. From the moment we arrived u till we let it was one pampering experience after another by the extreamly polite and cheerfully staff. We we recommend given a free uprated from our standard room to a larger and spacious room to accommodate an extra bed for our 11years old...

The Monarch Hotel Staff were very accommodating making our long stay pleasurable. I would not mind going back to this hotel on our next visit to Accra. One improvement that can be done though is the time to prepare breakfast. Sometimes it took us an hour to get our breakfast, so we had to call way earlier in advance to have it prepared.

Kempinski is stunning for anyone who wants to live a very excellent holiday in Ghana. It is simply exceptional and my kind of taste. The Location of the Hotel is a bit far from City Centre but very great for Traveller that want to have a quiet stay with beach. Due to the heavy traffic in Accra it can take you up to 2 Hours to get from Airport to the Hotel

The staff are EXCELLENT. This is why I keep returning. However the OWNERS, not the management, need to improve and update the rooms. For example the carpet in my suite was stained, and the top sheets were frayed. I also put a request in for a vegan diet, yet I had to go out and buy my own non-dairy creamer for tea/coffee and was unable to have cereal on the first day, ...

Stayed at the Accra City Hotel for 3 nights. The room was clean and the internet was the fastest if have experienced in Africa (Skype etc worked perfectly). I attended a conference at a nearby (more expensive) hotel during the day and given the price difference, staying at the Accra City Hotel was a great choice. It's good experience. Value for the money.

There is not much available in Accra in this price range. Tribeca fills a mid-range need, breakfast and dinner included is also a big plus.

The beds sheets are not clean. The bathroom leaks. The pictures posted on website have nothing to do with how the place looks like

I met some trouble in my room but staffs have made best efforts for solution. Restaurant was kept nice atmosphere with nice residences.

This is a really nice place, it's comfortable, the people are really friendly, I'd stay here again.

Lovely peaceful hotel, friendly and clean. Off the beaten track so can take some time to get to the sights of Old Accra. If you are ok with this then relax here and enjoy

Many things need to improve. Ok only if you are spending minimal time in the hotel. Everything is old in the hotel.
