Very comfortable hotel, renovated in the past few months and looked absolutely new and tidy. Twin room is spacious and got all the facilities you can name ( tv, bottled water, iron, working table, small fridge, kettle, dryer etc). Buffet breakfast has different selection of food everyday and with good varieties, the decoration of the restaurant (carpet) looks nice too.5 mins walk to the Zhibek Zholy metro station ,with many restaurants besides the hotel. There are 2 currency exchange shops right opposite to the hotel. Also 5 mins to the Zenkov's Cathedral but it is currently close for renovation (May 2018). 10 mins walk to the Tsum Supermarket.Taxi to the airport is around 1500tenge .

This hotel is one of the most comfortable I have ever stayed in. Everything works and the staff is helpful and polite. And after a hard day of exploring the city, what better than to return to the clean, comfortable and safe environment of the hotel. The room exudes a feel of luxury, and is extremely comfortable. The hotel is conveniently situated. It is within walking distance to eating, shopping and entertainment outlets, and you can catch public transport easily from outside the lobby. I would recommend it to anyone coming to Amlmaty.

the best choice in terms of quality/price, the location is also good for business. wifi is also available and free. booked for 1 week, however was moved the last day do the neighboring uyut hotel due to the hotel being overbooked.. and there is a reason why it should be. the staff are friendly and would assist in anyway. other than the difficult name to remember unless assosiated funnily, the hotel deserves well all the stars earned.

We tried Alanda hotel as it was new and the hotel seems to have a traditional style. The facilities were good, the room big enough and clean. Everything you need if you are staying in the city 3 or 4 night. Very good location as it is near some of the main attractions in Astana and located in front of a shopping mall in case you need anything (money exchange, food etc.). The staff really went the extra mile to accommodate us. They provided prompt assistance and they were always very helpful. We would definitely recommend the hotel to others and we would happily stay again at the Alanda hotel if we were to come back to Astana.

there is pretty big swimminh pool outside though it had no water due to not so hot weather. stayed just one night between transfer flights, so liked that it's close to the airport. about 30 mins to the center (what taxi driver said). transfer booked by hotel is on time & with comfort on mercedes)). breakfast is good though not so big. also what good - check-out time is flexible - you always get room for 24 hrs from check-in time, just remember to let them now when you expect to arrive!!

The hotel has a great location for touring the city. If it is not frigid outside you can do lots of walking to see sights. Staff at front desk is adequate, but not overly friendly or helpful. They don't really seem to care. The hotel is very clean and the bar in the lobby is very nicely located. We were traveling for 6 weeks, and the restaurant upstairs was the worst experienced on the whole trip. Wait staff was more interested in talking to each other, than attending to their customers. There are lots of good restaurants in the city,taxi's are inexpensive, so go and explore. You can even have the taxi wait for you so there is no hassle getting back to hotel. On another subject, the Hop on Hop Off bus is a total waste of time and money. The day we took it they, only made two stops and one was for 20 minutes near a shopping mall.with nothing for the tourist to explore. Walk, hire a taxi or even take the very inexpensive buses.

Less than 30 mins from the airport. Very close to the Opera and a small-scale mall. Baiterek Tower and the iconic Khan Shatyr Mall designed by Norman Foster are within walking distance (20 mins?). Also very close to the main business district. Hotel looks new. Gym was ok - spacious but a little sparsely equipped and doesn't look very modern. No swimming pool which was a bummer. I used the hotel to book a taxi a couple of times. Did it one evening and it was not ready when I came down the next morning. The other time was when I went to the airport. The driver tried to charge me a price that was 50% higher than what was agreed and I had to call the hotel to help resolve this. Luckily it worked and the driver even apologised to us. Same rule applies everywhere: try to agree on your taxi price before the ride and make sure you stick to it! The hotel provides a map which I found extremely cluttered and hard to read. Recommend using google maps if you have data on your phone.

Hotel is new and very clean. Staff is very friendly and pleasant. Only one comment for disadvantage, when I stayed in the room on the side main road, could hear how cars was passing, so it was a bit noisy, due to window in not blocking outside sounds. In addition, the same problem was when I was staying in the room on the 2nd floor near to the restaurant it was noisy and can hear people who was dining in the restaurant.

i stayed in a Double room for 1 night. the room is huge and clean. there li liquid shower gel and shampoo in small bottles provided. there is also toothbrush and small toothpaste provided. bedding cover was clean, however the mattress is soft. the Hotel provided complimentary dinner too, this is a very good situation so no worries to fidn a dinner restaurant. i wished to applaud Miss Ghulzhan of Receptionist for her courtous smiles and able to answer the queries such as facilities near surroundings. she even made arrangements for me to have early breakfast at 0530 hrs, only me in a restaurant. the front desk spoke English too, moderate but enough to understand. Keep up the good service and thanks for having good staff.

The hotel staff spoke good English and were helpful. We wanted to buy transport cards and the staff told us in detail the way and location to do so. When we asked for some hot water from the cafe's bartender for instant noodles bought from outside, she was eager to assist. The hotel room was spacious and clean. The food of breakfast was quite good. Although the location was not close to any tourist attractions, there were many different bus routes nearby to bring you direct to the tourist attractions. There were also supermarkets nearby to do shopping even at late night. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended for its good value for money.

Stayed here for 6 nights for business. Always glad to come back to the hotel after a day's work. Rooms were modern (check out the shower - never seen this anywhere else) and clean. Lots of power plugs available and the room is very well designed with a traveler's needs in mind. Used the reception to help arrange taxi service almost everyday while I was there. They speak great English and were a wonderful help. Best part of this hotel was the breakfast. Consistently high quality produce was used and the freshness of the juice was amazing. Looked forward to breakfast everyday, though I also had room service and that was just ok. Definitely value for money if you don't mind not having a pool, palatial rooms and a large driveway. Gym is very small. If you are staying here, the subway is 5 mins away. Also have heard many things about a restaurant called Olivier across the street. Did not try the food there though.

Not much value for money. Also, they charge an additional 6000 tenge each and every time you want to swim in the pool - 35 dollars for a swim on top of the room price? (Though this extra fee is not posted) Ridiculous. Better to stay at a cheaper hotel up the street and just pay for a swim. There was a breakfast; but it was disgusting: under-cooked eggs that were cold, tomatoes and cucumbers sliced up and refrigerated a day or two before and thus all shrivelled up and flavourless. How can a fancy hotel's chef not know that you don't slice tomatoes up unless they are going to be used right away? I would not stay here again.

I stayed at the Red Village for about one week, as it was my first time in Astana, It seems to be conveniently located and close to the city center,bus stops are close by,the hotel appears to be fairly new,with nice clean room,with friendly always willing to help.WiFi was good,however a couple of small things that need some improvement,there was not a single English channel on TV and the breakfast was a bit cold,otherwise it's a nice place to stay.

The hotel features a gym and a restaurant. The restaurant offers some of the popular western food, incl. pizza, pasta, etc, at reasonable prices. The taste of the food was not bad. The staff in the restaurant and the hotel lobby spoke fairly good English, and were pretty helpful. The only disappointing thing is perhaps the breakfast, which tasted "not bad" because the food was always the same as the "business dinner" served the previous night. Overall, this is quite a good hotel in Uralsk, and great value for money.

First of all, this hotel was really hard to find as the highway that was supposed to have a turn going right into it is closed, so it took a really long time to find. The staff took two days to honor my Agoda/Booking rate when I paid and forced me to pay full price. The hotel has otherwise clean and decent facilities: good shower (slow drain, but hot water as soon as turned on), decent pool (a bit dirty though), and decent (albeit expensive) restaurant. The hotel has NO WiFi.
