Pros: service was great, location good and the nearby mall has all one could need. Cons: hotel is located on the upper floors of a commercial building, which means one has to go up to come down..and vice versa. Didn't have power outlet converters and an daily internet(only if u need more bandwidth) fee seems rather ridiculous for a $3-400/night hotel.
We tried Alanda hotel as it was new and the hotel seems to have a traditional style. The facilities were good, the room big enough and clean. Everything you need if you are staying in the city 3 or 4 night. me and my friend staye at this cozy hotel just for a couple of nights. staff was helpful and always with smile. romms of the hotel are really cosy, cleaning ladies does their job perfectly and thr rooms are always very clean. all in all, i enjoyed my stay, af for sure i would love to come back here next time.

The hotel is by far one of the best! The staff English level is moderate. The food in the buffet was okay ( I expect higher quality from Rixos). The rooms are phenomenal!!!!

This is an expensive but excellent hotel and I would stay here again. The rooms and facilities are excellent. Good location, comfy bed, good shower, good Wifi, good staff. I did get charged extra for an early check in which I was not aware of until I checked out.
