The Ambassador is a first rate hotel. From the moment we stepped in the door the staff were professional, helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were bright, spacious, modern, well equipped and very clean. Having a drink in the rooftop bar is a great way to spend a few hours in the evening. The breakfast was excellent, a large range of high quality, tasty choices....

New and modern. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean. We appreciate the most the breakfast buffet which offer a wide variety of quality food.

The staff are the best is located bit away from city center but everything is nearby very enjoyable

Overall, I like this hotel because it literally allows you to stay for 24 hours. It was convenient when I had an evening flight to catch. The hotel arranged a driver and sent me to the airport. I also like the in-house restaurant, particularly chicken and vegetables that was served with white rich.

Overall very good hotel to stay, staff is very helpfull. My flight was delayed, the staff reorganized airport transfer with very short notice. Room is clearn and comfortable.

Hands down some of the most accommodating staff we’ve come across while travelling. Super hotel. Location is a bit outside of bishkek city center, but rhis is not a moajor issue as a taxi ride costs less than a hand full of usd and between 10-15 minites only. Also the hotel offers free shuttle busses to the main square.

Nearby hypermart and food options, as well as in hotel food and dining were excellent. Some difficulty to communicate about the in-room menu. Staff was helpful in arranging bike and everything else.

This is a good place to get a quiet night's rest before going trekking. The hostel has a really nice modern big kitchen and has a self-service section selling food, drinks, and cooking ingredients. The people working here are very nice.
