“Still under construction at the upper floors so you can expect some drilling and banging noises. But the price is good. Breakfast is spartan as occupancy is low. Probably it’s the best hotel room I ever stayed in Johor maybe because it’s new. Most other hotels I have stayed in Malaysia tend to get very run down after a short while due to lack of maintenance so this new hotel is a welcome relieve, at least for now. Overall it’s a nice hotel with a grand reception area fitted with marble tiles. The problem is the same type of slippery tiles are used in the bathroom so be careful when the floor is wet. It’s super slippery.”

“Hatten Hotel Melaka delivered way over my expectations. I was worried about parking during school holidays. But we had no issue with lack of parking space. Because the carpark is shared with mall patrons, we locked our car with bar lock and noticed surrounding cars did the same. Booked deluxe suite with interconnecting rooms, fantastic for extended families. And each room came with two flat screen TVs and a large bathroom. Everything was clean and new and bed was very comfortable. The only grouse was the breakfast.. Main dining super crowded and had to queue. However, a ballroom was used to manage the spillover with good and sufficient food which they promptly topped up. I have to commend on the service of the managers at the main lobby. All were enthusiastic to help and especially Jimmy Lee who came to assist in our safe which couldn't open for some reason. For malaysia hotels, it is very rare to see such professionalism in hotel staff, especially when the rates were halved those of equatorial hotel, yet newer, better facilities, better gym and cleaner. Will definitely come back to Hatten when I visit Melaka again.”

“This is my second time stay at this hotel (The Shore Hotel). Overall EXCELLENT but something I notice that the pool are used also by local (family/group of kids) as they are using entrance from mall/parking (free parking - level 3/3a) and easily can access to level 9 (pool) ONLY via The Shore Hotel without any security control (access card provided to tenant but anyone with/without card can access to any floor as the elevator access control is not working. (I already try it to my room, other floor, pool and yes, you can access to any floor) I was thinking, is it fair to tenant who pay few hundred Malaysia Ringgit per night for their family for holiday trip and suddenly you notice that it was a PUBLIC swimming pool? No privacy at all. For Swiss Garden Hotel, you have to used your card access for elevator and to swimming pool. (no issue on this hotel).”

“The hotel is strategically located and easily accesses to most shopping areas, eateries except for the bigger malls like Imago, Suria can be a bit far but cabs are readily available. The hotel should consider internet access as a common standard offer in hotels these days due to advancement in information technology. It will be nicer if you add a hidden cost in the room rates rather than providing a separate optional costs should one requires internet or requesting the guest to be a member in order to use the internet. No one will choose to stay in a 5 star hotel expecting there will be no internet available or to be charged separately as it is being offered as an optional facility. If this makes sense. All in all is a very comfortable hotel. Standard 5 star quality!”

“Spent a week in the spa suite apartments for the family and we absolutely enjoyed ourselves. The location was ideal for those seeking to get away from the busy city, while still remain close to amenities. We rented a car at affordable rates from a local car rental company, and used a mobile app called WAZE to get around - driving around was easy since the app had the most accurate and up-to-date information. Having spent 7 days in the resort, we got around easily to the local restaurants for the best seafood - very cheap and fresh. Check out Gayang Restaurant and their cheap and fresh lobsters and crabs. Convenience shops like 7-11 were everywhere and there is a large supermarket called GIANT just 10 mins from the resort (google "Taman Indah Permai"). Our younger son (age 5) caught a cold and there's a very good and experienced paediatrician called Dr Jeffrey Soon about 30 mins drive away (Lot 66, Lrg Zirafah 10A , Taman Layang Layang , Luyang, 88300 Kota KInabalu), where we got him treated. Around the resort, there's a gorgeous golf course sandwiched between the mountain ridge and the beaches. And there's also a water theme park called "Lagoon Park", where we spent a day with water activities. Generally, while the resort may be about 45 mins drive from the city, there are enough facilities and things for my family to enjoy. The hotel staff were extremely prompt in their responsiveness to our requests (extra towels, utensils for cooking, etc). Very warm and friendly. The stringent security checkpoints also made us feel safe and secure throughout our stay. We had a good deal for this booking via Agoda. Paid for the price of a 4 star hotel but it really felt more like a 5 star. Highly recommended for couples looking for a private place as well as for families looking to get some peace and quiet.”

Looking over the mountain. The room got TV with selection of movie. They even put ur name on the TV when u first turn it ON. Complimentary 4 mineral water and 4 cans of cokes and sprite. The bathroom is all new. They got hair dryer, iron iron board, kettle, got table lamp, got mini fridge and also got safety box (that is functional) Room is 5 stars! Breakfast like a queen! Got so so so many choices of food and its incld in the fee. Breakfast with a mountain view. The even find u table to sit beforehand. Breakfast is 5 stars! Pool was awesome! Swim in evening and night up to 10 pm The water so controlled by the heater and nice view! I love the pOol! 5 stars They provided free shuttle to first world (which u can avoid finding parking and save u from parking fee) You can awana cablecar to GPO, then eat dinner before coming back to hotel. Drop and pick up in front of starbucks! The location is quite far from other. If u got car then thats fine. If not. Just use the free bus shuttle (new bus) Service is tip-top! Since the hotel is just open for a year, so, as expected, all the service was good, awesome and my best hotel stay so far in overall! Definitely will stay here if im in GH! Please avoid First World as it is too crowded with people, unless u want to go to the indoor theme park and easy to find dinner. P.s : the food trucks in front of hotel is sooo good! Please try the kebab and roti john! Awesome! This is my honest and longest review of a hotel in Agoda! Keep it up! 😍😍😍”

“I rarely break over 100 USD per night especially in Malaysia where you can find clean and cheap hotels almost anywhere. The location was wonderful to be able to go out uour balcony and breathe fresh air and nice views at the top. It is with walking distance to visit some honey/ strawberry farms and the market which was the reason I chose this hotel. The buffet breakfast was varied and tasty. The staff was helpful when I encountered some problems with my pickup. However for the price, the room is dated and the wooden door in the bathroom is literally rotting away with whole parts gone. There are dead bugs and in my room as well. For the price I expected a higher standard of cleaniless. I noticed Cameron highlands is in process of building more hotels. Perhaps it is time for the Copthorne to rethink how it should stop cutting corners.”

“I booked this hotel as per map's survey initially as it was near the Petronas Tower. Hoping that we can get a room with the tower view. Though it was near the famous tower, the fact that the hotel is facing in a different direction, you cannot really get a nice view. Our room is on the KL Tower side instead and small glimpse of the famous structure. It was a cheap deal for a hotel as nice as this. Location is great, downstairs, you have Hard Rock Cafe (which is our last night dinner location). You are also near a bus station, Bukit Nanas Monorail, Starbucks, and Shangri-La KL. Just a few walk and you will reach MaTIC (Malaysia Tourist Information Center) and few more walk and you will reach Petrona Tower! I will prefer to stay here again. The grandeur and location is best compared to other neighboring hotels, in comfort and in value for money!”

“Simply one of the best I've experienced around the world, and definitely the best, the number 1 choice if you are looking to stay in Johor Bahru. Excellent location, just beside KSL shopping, of course you have ksl resort as an option which is located above the shopping mall, but the staff service is nothing compared to the ones at Holiday villa. The cleanliness, the room, the comfy bed, the infinity pool (as raved by many), and above all, the staff service was simply awesome. You can never find a hotel better than this in Johor Bahru, if not the whole of Malaysia, and beats alot of hotel hands down world wide. At an affordable rate of average $85 per night, you can have all the best sleep of your night. 5 star rating and recommend to all to stay here.”

“Though we booked a superior room, we were placed in a suite; comparing to all hotels we've been staying in Asia--the suite was quite spacious. Great hotel to relax after a long tired day of sightseeing Malaysia. Hotel is conveniently located. All walking distance to shopping plazas (Time Squares, Pavillon) or to the monorail. Cons: Though the hotel is centrally located, there are massive constructions going on in front of the hotel ( traveled Aug 2012) making it slightly difficult to walk around and unpleasant view right outside hotel.”

“It seems a little bit pricey for the average traveler but Kota Kinabalu is more expensive than Peninsular Malaysia in general and it costs far less than Meridien. But if you have a bit to spare, it's well worth it for the size of the room, the amenities and the location is fantastic. Lots of food options within in walking distance - if you need to get to a mall Centrepoint is just across the road, Imago is 5 minutes away by cab. Use GRAB cab wherever you go - it costs far less. The waterfront, boardwalk dining options & massage, market etc are all nearby. The Warisan area that it is located in seems a bit foregone but you can walk around it and it doesn't seem dangerous or dodgy. If you are heading out to the isladns, the jetty is also not far away. Best bet for Kota Kinabalu (even when I had to go for a conference in UMS I stayed in Klagan).”

“I booked this hotel for the 2nd time as the 1st time was with good memories, however we had to wait for more than 1 hour to check in to our room. We were a group of 9 with 2 elderlies and we arrived there around 3pm which is hotel's check-in time. Although they were aware of my arrival time which was supposed to be around 1 pm but due to flight delay, we reached there by 3 pm but still our rooms were NOT ready and we had to wait until 4 pm (I'd asked for 3rd floor rooms). After one hour, they still didn't say anything while the 9 of us were frustrated and when I tried to ask them why rooms are not ready I got the most ridiculous response that I have ever heard: "The rooms you requested are still not ready and we are not sure when they can be ready" I was told this after 1 hour and then they said "We are going to give you 2 rooms at ground floor and 1 room is still not ready as housekeeping hasn't finished yet." If they could not give me the rooms at higher floor, they could've told me sooner instead of keeping me for more than an hour but I still get this part. However they did NOT even have available rooms at ANY floor and when I said I booked 3 rooms more than one week before and I was here at 3 pm and I expect my rooms to be ready upon my ARRIVAL, they said "it's not our fault, it's housekeeping fault!!!!" How awful a management can be that they cannot sync up their teams together and let one blame the other one. It's like a guest would care whose fault it is. Anyways, I won't be going back to this hotel and it's not that it's a bad hotel and I would NOT recommend it to you if you want your room to be ready on time and believe me waiting time is NOT 10, 15 or 20 minutes as the 1st time, I also waited for more almost an hour but I could understand that as I'd arrived before 3 pm. I have a complaint about AGODA as they had not shared my special requests with the hotel and they didn't have what I had written while booking my rooms through your website.”

“I was staying there with my husband for 2 day, consider was the first trip after we married so we called it pre- honeymoon. I send email to the resort 3 days before we arrived for some queries but no respond, was disappointed and commented on tripadvisor.com. But the way when we arrived and checked in, the Friendly receptionist called the floor manager to attend to us and he straight away apologized to us and explained he did not receive any email. He was so sincere and answered all the queries that I intent to ask. By knowing we were having our honeymoon he arranged free upgrade to delux room and provide breakfast to us for 2 days! We took the free shuttle to Klcc at 2nd day morning and back to hotel ard 7pm, we was surprised by a cake with honeymoon wording infront of our nice bed!! We was really appreciated the hospitality and sincerity by the friendly and customer orientated staffs! This is one of the best hotel in Malaysia which is worth to go and value for money! They were VERY NICE about the whole thing as it's a mistake that they will fix soon I'm sure. VALUE: Amazing value but you do get what you pay for. Queen bed with about a foot of room around it (30cm) no selves and only 1 nail in the wall with a hanger. I used half my bed to lay out my things and slept on the other half. Shower / bathroom is very small, you can brush your teeth while on the toilet and taking a shower. Big room, great price, cleanliness was impeccable, and they had great TV channels plus free flow tea. The best was the staff - easy check in (they already had my name ready on their list from Agoda and I felt very welcomed the moment I walked in), helped to carry our luggage, helpfully informative, and they insisted to change our towels the following day. This is one of the best I've stayed at, in terms of staff, cleanliness, value for money, hospitality at its best! In the tour packages offered by the hotel, look for Appu from Discover Camerons - he is very informative and experienced, with plenty of patience to take us hiking, and Lots of knowledge to share!”

“I’ll rate 11/10 if they allow me. First off, let’s start with the location. It is strategically located in the heart of chinatown, where food is abundant, just a stone throw away from petaling street and a short walk to the mrt/ lrt station. Plus you get to ride the free GoKL bus! Next, the facilities of the hostel. The hostel is equipped with A/C that turn on all day long that make your butt freeze like you’re in the Arctic but that’s okay because you’ll have that refreshing feeling when you return from a 36’c weather. When they say ‘breakfast is the most important meal of the day’, they weren’t kidding. Bread with various spread and healthy oats are provided-FREE! Staff of the hostel? Friendly, helpful, nice and make you feel welcome as you step into the main entrance! What more can I say? Not forgetting the hidden gem above the hostel. A quintessential drinking spot, Attic Bar to enjoy a night-view of Kuala Lumpur while sipping on the cocktail, served by the gorgeously-clad bartenders. I had only wanted to stay for a night or two but I extended my stay up to 3 weeks because this hostel just screams comfort (not a 4 star hotel sort) where travellers come together to connect and explore the beauty of Malaysia. Travelhub is not just a hostel, it is a place that brings people together.”

“Top 3 Things I enjoyed the most at my stay: 1. The location is an excellent spot to everything. Everything is "walkable" from the place. You can go to the Suriah Sabah Mall for some shopping, grocery shopping at KK Plaza, Adventure at Jesselton Point, or take a bus at the Padang Merdeka. It is the center of all the city tour you need to do when going to Kota Kinabalu. 2. My stay is really cheap and shows an excellent value for money. You get to enjoy the basic necessities to enjoy your stay without overspending 3. You get to meet a lot of foreign travelers as it is one of the most common place to stay for a backpacker. You can be assured of the safety of the place as it has CCTV and their staff is always present in the location. Some improvements needs to be made regarding the storage for your bag as the lock seems pretty cheeky, good thing I have my own lock for my bag as a precaution. Likewise, smiling and learning the English language for the staff is needed :D”

It turned out to be great...it was a very spacious room with two big beds, a bathroom and a balcony. There was also a kitchen downstairs where u can cook some food by urself, and we cooked a lot there, because some of our family members are not a big fan of the food in melacca:) The kittens there are very adorable..everyday I have to play with them for a while. “1. The location is right in the heart of the core zone. All the cultural places are within a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. I left way early for all the free tours I joined, so this is actually the first time i actually arrived early for any of my scheduled trips, I think. There is absolutely no need to take the bus, free or not, or Uber/Grab because everything is within walking distance, especially if you love walking like I do. The only downside is that the restaurants that open till late are on the other side of the area (Armenian Street, near the clan jetties). So you can opt to order takeaways if you not want to leave the hostel late at night. Showers are okay. They have these multiple shower heads saving you 5-10 minutes each time. It prevents guests from taking too long in the shower so there won’t be any queues. 2. Fortunate to have been given the bottom bunk in the only room in the ground floor. It’s not as noisy as one would expect, though the walls are thin enough that you can hear the noise outside. I’m thankful that the guests were not rowdy. The conversations were kept short when it was late at night. There aren’t any shower stalls in the ground floor, so you have to go up one floor to do number 2 or shower. 3. The staff is very friendly and helpful. 4. Breakfast begins at exactly 8:30 am and ends at exactly 10:30am. I witnessed the assigned staff member clear the dining area at exactly 10:30am on my last day there. Breakfast is basic toast and jam, but it is sufficient to start your day. The coffee and tea are free-flowing. I couldn’t help myself in drinking a cup of coffee at 9:30pm on my first night and instantly regretted it a few hours later when I tried my best to go to sleep and failed miserably. 5. Indian flower shop owners from across the hotel use the restroom on the ground floor. While I don’t think there would be any security issues with them, I think they still make some guests uncomfortable because they just go in and out of the hot”

“Backpacker Stay is a Clean and Friendly place to stay. The reason I left is bcz the bed was too soft. The staff are quite friendly and helpful-- he told me all the beds are soft, and even gave me suggestions of other places to look ! "Breakfast" is typical for Malaysia: bread (toast), margarine, jam, tea, and instant coffee. The rooms are clean, quite small, and basic. Each floor has two toilets. Three showers are on the first floor, to the side of the communal kitchen. When I was there, yesterday, only one shower gave HOT water-- however the cleaning person I asked did not speak English, and she was asking the desk person... perhaps all three do give hot water, as all three do have a heater (the plugs were turned on...??). **** You must 'rent' a towel for use. The neighborhood is safe for walking--just use common sense. It is located next to and across from two Food Courts, a 24hr 7-11, cafes, bars, restaurants, a 5 min walk from the most modern mall, and a 10 min walk from a cinema. The Tourist Information and Riverfront are 5 mins walk. It is located in Old Chinatown. I recommend Backpacker Stay for other budget travellers.”

“I spent the New Year in Skypod and I'm glad I did. The staff are extremely nice, engaging, funny, and will try their best to accommodate your needs. And this was the best part of my stay because I met really good people. They - Callvya, Farah, Pricilla, Nor, and Chichi - really know how to make you feel at home. As for the hostel, this was actually the first time for me to try shared accommodations and it was a very good experience for me. I particularly liked the "pod" setup versus bunks because the pods provided a sense of privacy. The showers and toilets are clean, and they keep it clean always. I also liked the common area/ breakfast area because the area is so cozy you would really like to hang out and read a book, or watch TV or mingle with the other guests. Also a plus, WIFI is available, free, and the signal is strong. I can even use it in the room. Breakfast is ok - tea, coffee, or milo and bread with choice of margarine, jam, kaya, peanut butter spreads, and fruit (banana or papaya). Sometimes they have extra like they served Nasi Lemak. So for the money you paid for everything, it's actually good value. The only thing that's a little bit a downer is that it's far away from the CBD. BUT they offer FREE shuttle everyday from the hostel to the CBD. You just have to sign up on what time to leave the hostel and what time for pickup in the CBD. They also do airport transports which are cheaper than the cabs. They will give you discount when you book airport transports to and from the airport, so request that when you book. And you can let them also arrange tours for you which is also cheaper because you get discounted as well. So overall, Skypod Hostel made my stay in KK a really good one. I will stay here again when I finally climb Mt. Kinabalu. And of course, I'll book my climb tour with them as well. Keep it up guys!”

Will go back again definitely!”

“It was a pleasent stay, good deco, courteouse staff, comfortable bed, relaxing enviroment. Location wise it is great, with all the great choise of food selectiom within walking distance of the hotel. Because of the location, traffic is hectic most if the time, so its best to take "Grab" out from Amari and meet your friend somewhere else, because it may take longer time for your frend to come pick you up with the hectic traffic. The pool view room window is way too close for comfort with the opposite apartment, literary can see into each others room clearly. The in room safe is not mounted down to something, and its lightweight enough for a teenager to just pick up the safe. For a 5 star hotel, these can be improve upon. The toilet mini soap holder and cup is the transpatent plastic type, which agian; for a 5 star hotel seems kinda odd. Pool is kinda small but nice, because its not always pack; so one can enjoy by the pool side relaxing. Overall, i would recommend to stay here for friends and relative. Above mention just play to personal prefferenfe and impression. For location, price, and reknown wise; Amari JB is a choise to look at for lodging in JB.”

“We booked a seaview suite which is very spacious and has a wonderful view over the pool area and the ocean. The room also had the priveleges of using the private Kings Club Lounge with a gourmet breakfast, high tea (delicious) and a cocktail hour with canapes, plus refreshments all day long. The real bonus of these priveleges was the outstanding service we received from the staff in the Kings Club Lounge - we were treated like kings by and the rest of the team. We have stayed at a number of different hotels in Malaysia over the past 10 years or so but the Hard Rock is clearly superior to the others and we will be back there next year without doubt”

“This is our 3rd time stay in their Studio room since last December 2014. Previously was booked through directly from Hotel, but this time round the hotel rate slightly higher than Agoda (the staff told maybe because of GST). My family members are very satisfy with Weil hotel. We stayed with them when they are rated 3 star till 4 star currently. I think they should rate as 5 star hotel soon cos some of their facilities are still under construction! From the very first step of the hotel: Bellman, valet parking, check in, room, restaurant food (breakfast or dinner) till the last step of check out, I give 10/10!!! The performance of every staffs are doing the best to every guests, I think they should well trained before their serving! We are going Ipoh every month, for sure we will come back this hotel and never change!!! Besides, I also very expected to use their upcoming facilities!!! (THUMBS UP)”

“I booked through Agoda a One bedroom apartment at DeFace Suites. When we arrived we went to check in at the hotel reception and we're told that our booking was actually with Air Bnb- I had never been told or had seen Air Bnb mentioned anywhere. I felt slightly dumb when I was advised I needed to contact my Air Bnb host to get the key to the apartment- considering it was never mentioned anywhere that my Agoda booking was being directed to AirBnb? However the concierge desk were extremely helpful and ended up contacting 'host' and giving us our key. Despite this little hiccup with Agoda booking- Face Suites were absolutely incredible. Our apartment was so beautiful with stunning views of the city. As mentioned by everyone- the infinity pool on the 51st floor is breathtaking (however towels are not provided for DeFace apartment residents and only for Face Hotel guests) The location of DeFace is perfect- only a 10 minute walk to the iconic Twin Towers. It is also well known by any taxi driver we got home. We usually called Uber's and they are extremely cheap and would definitely recommend. We really had an incredible stay at Face Suites, which was such great value for money! Can not wait to return.”

“First of all, the property is not new. So the furnishing is a bit old but well maintained. The room is clean and the staff is great. Breakfast wise, it’s just average. However, the location is superb. We stayed at this hotel for 3 days during our initial stop in Kuala Lumpur. It’s located in front of the KL Tower and Forest Eco Park. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Aquria KLCC, the Petronas twin tower and KLCC Park. The location alone save us a lot of commute time. Although we do have a rental car, but we leave it at the hotel. Parking in KL is pretty bad beside the traffic. And the road is too complicated to navigate even if using Google or Waze. For other tourist destination , we hail a Grab (Malaysia Uber/Lyft) and it cost about RM10 or less from the hotel location. We like the place very much that we ended up staying in the same hotel two weeks later after visiting various city in Malaysia.”

“thistle is our regular hotel in johor bahru, malaysia due to the value for money and hygiene level. location of hotel located on its own and if you want to travel out, you will need either your own vehicles or a cab. the bell boy would be more than willingly to get a cab for you at a charge of rm$2 (fixed booking charge of this rate for all cabs in johor bahru) room size (deluxe vs standard) all rooms are spacious as compared to other hotels i had stayed in. deluxe room have a bigger toilet but small living quarter whereas the standard room have a bigger living quarter but a smaller toilet size. hygiene standard rooms are pretty clean just that there are some bed-sheets that had stained in it; most probably they could not remove it. other than that, the hygiene standard is pretty good. deluxe room also come with an extra chair and the bed is way bigger. recommend to just go for the standard room which is cheaper if you are on a budget and someone who is going to spend most of your time in the living quarter and not the toilet and does not need the extra chair. room view the rooms are located too far away from the sea and the city view is facing a miserable highway therefore i’ll strongly recommend you to stick to the cheapest grade of room (standard room; city view) and not upgrade your room just for the sea view as recommended by others unless you do not mind forking out the extra money (pictures of the view are attached) *some sea-view room face the hospital and you will be able to hear the ambulance siren at night. i stayed at a pretty high floor room and yet still able to hear them. request for a room that is not facing the hospital if you are looking for some quality sleep.”

The guard told need to drive towards town to find on my own.. WHF? Went to see front desk staff (whom giving poor service when check in) and was told to check with guard..

“Initially I wanted to book the deluxe seaview, but the price is higher than what I had expected so i decided to book the deluxe garden view instead. The room is really nice, big and spacious and most importantly clean. It also has a mediteranean feel to it which is different from other hotel, but we really like it. However it does not provide hairdryer which i think is kind of a must now in 3 or 4 stars hotel. The environment is very relaxing and the hotel provide a variety of food to choose from. It also has a nice seaview where u can sit down and enjoy ur food. They have a spa and swimming pool which looks great but we did not have time to enjoy them. The hotel also provides free transport to a private beach at a nearby island reserved by the hotel customers but we did not go there. The hotel also offer a variety of activities to do with reasonable price, but u can find cheaper options outside. I love that the hotel is near pantai chenang where loads of bar and restaurants are at. U can find for nice food over there but of course the price is not really cheap. It is a good location provided if u like to stay away from the hustle and bustle from the city like us and have ur own transport. It is far away from the kuah town (20mins drive) so if u wanted to shop around at kuah town then it wont be a good choice to stay there. and it will be quite inconvenient if u dun have ur own transport over there. Overall I really love the hotel and I would go back to stay there again at other time. However there are certainly rooms for improvement for the staffs. They are helpful but lack of a smile when serving customers. It also takes a long time to check in the hotel (about 20 mins or more). Luckily the hotel is very nice, so we spent time taking pics and look around while waiting to be checked-in so we are not too bothered, but our schedule was of course delayed due to the slow check-in. And there were not many customers around while we are waiting for check-in.”

For Bangladeshi traveler, Pls must visit n stay this hotel as you'll meet so many deshi staff working there. Our room was so Big that we don't even imagine, two separate room with a very spacious king sized bed , Sofa, Balcony on 12th Floor...Really had a nice experience during our stay. And Breakfast food was awesome...variety of options with fresh juice and milk. Overall very good experience. Many thanks to Hotel Authority for keeping maintain up to the mark facility and off course Agoda for helping me to chose this hotel within my budget and choice.”

“I stayed there with wife, daughther an niece to attend a family wedding. The location is superb a stone throw via the cinnecting bridge to NU sentral, KL sentral and the KL express train that brought use to KLIA in less than half hour ride. The surrounding full place shop an eatery plus a great organic stall there. The staff were not visible however all our need are attended without asking. The cleaniness is superb better that other 5 stars hotel un malaysia which i have been, well maintained. I very very comfotable to stay there just its kinda pricey but convinient for an old man like me who could not walk long distance.”

“Stayed 1 night with my wife for Putrajaya hot air balloon festival. Was pleasantly surprised during check in because the hotel was much nicer than it looked on Agoda photos. Room was pretty good and clean too. Much better than most 4 star hotels in Malaysia. Service was ok but relatively fast. Walking distance to Alamanda mall for food and entertainment was all available. Overall, for the price we paid, I think this is the most value for money stay in the entire Putrajaya. Highly recommended”
