We had a wonderful time in The White House. Very quite and tranquil. Only 7 minutes from airport,5 minutes from town,world heritage and golf course.We were very impressed with the panoramic ocean view and sunrise in the morning. We only had a short stay in which we found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The apartments (free-standing cabins) are well spaced out and the grounds are pleasant to be in. It has a popular restaurant and cafe and a pleasant outdoor bar area. One other nice restaurant (Hilli's) is close by. Ideal for a short stay on Norfolk Island.

We where in villa 4 and it looked almost new. Close to Kingston and Burnt Pine. The Mazda 2 looked new also. The kitchen is fully operational and the laundry facilities very handy. Couldn't fault it.

The accommodation although not modern was very clean. The gardens were beautiful and well kept. The room was well equipped with all required for self catering. It was also walking distance to the RSL and Bowls Club. Extra bonus was a free tour around the island. If not provided I would fully recommend this everyone before deciding what tours you wish to do. Fantastic stay. Troy picked me up from the airport and provided a brief tour of Norfolk Island on the way back to the hotel. Quiet location only minutes from Captain Cook memorial and national park walks. The drive to and from town is lovely (and doesn't take long as Norfolk Is is only small). Nearby Puppy's Point is the perfect place for a sunset picnic. A simply, clean and comfortable cottage - all you need for a short relaxing holiday.

The cottage is quiet, comfortable, had everything we needed. Fabulous views. We were met at the airport and our host had arranged a car for us. Highly recommend as a place to stay on Norfolk Island.
