I got a good price from agoda, so no regrets overall. However, the facility and service would be categorized into a 3* or 4* at most, if compared to international standards and hotels. However, considering the state of hotels in Pakistan, it is a 5* in comparison. So it really depends how you review it.

My stay at the Moevenpick Hotel Karachi was comfortable and pleasant. The only issue was the slow check-in and checkout process, due to "IT / system issues". The check-in process took over 30 minutes, as the front desk was unable to "locate my booking" made through Agoda. When they did find the booking, they said "someone has already checked in", which of course mad...

The Marriott Islamabad made me feel at home. While the check in procedure seemed a bit disorganized, all service after that was top of the line. Upon arrival I had a special request for an ice pack for an injury. After that the cleaning staff asked if I needed one every time I returned to the room. The hotel stocks the minibar with some free items and a fruit bowl in t...

The hotel is beautiful and the pictures do not do justice to the hotel. 10 out of 10. Service was excellent and so was the food. I initially booked it for one night. I have booked it again, even though I am leaving Pak today. In comparison to PC, I would always choose Luxus from now onwards. The rooms in Luxus have powerful aircons which PC lacks ( I was sweating duri...

We are seasoned travellers from Dubai and our assessment was ‘wow’, can’t beleive this is a hotel in Pakistan. It is on par with the top hotels in Dubai. Food, ambience, decor, cleanliness, chic, staff, safety, spa, pool, the list goes on. Thank you to the kind staff for making us feel special and welcomed. We stayed in the executive suite which was very spacious a...

No customer service No WiFi No towels in the bathroom Rooms was very hot Air conditioner doesn’t work properly If you ask for something they take ages And I paid fully on booking but they keep asking for money again and again Reception staff doesn’t know what they doing

The staff was co-operative and they allowed a child with two adults. Also they were willing to provide extra bedding in the same room space without additional charges. They have dedicated underground parking which serves as blessing at busy area of Saddar. We were accomodated at 7th floor which looks more attractive and fresh as compare to other floors (2, 3 or 4). The...

We had a really pleasant stay here for three nights. The hotel is really well located being a few mins drive from both Centaurus Mall and Shah Faisal Mosque. It is set on the block full of shops, which makes it convenient. The staff were attentive, polite and helpful. They made us feel welcome. The breakfast is varied and tasty. Room service was often used and the food...

We checked in here after checking out from Centarus and we were so glad we found this little place. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom is a little bit old so could do with a renovation but still clean. It is walking distance to koshar market which has great restraunts. Also close to supermarket and opposite a coffee shop. Great area for a female to stay ...

They charged upto 11000 even booking was 8200 and the room was dirty food qulity was very cheap even price was high wash room door lock was broken shower was broken in hotel lobby guest was taking picture of couple without permissions that was ethically wrong i dont recommend this hotel they should upgrade the rooms and furniture

Pros - Location. Quiet place yet close to the center. Responsive staff. Helped me find a car rental service. Cons - The room should have an electric kettle, or they should at least provide tea twice a day. I know it’s not a standard service, but still. The housekeeping staff did clean the room but didn’t replenish the toiletries. The hotel’s premises bears no sign, n...

I was really surprised when I inquired the Royal Elegance Front Desk about my booking. They said that no such booking has yet been made, then I showed them the Booking Confirmation on Agoda Mobile App. Even then they refused the Agoda Booking, rather they said that a new booking can be furnished on a higher rate and it was 23:15 hrs on the clock. Anyhow, we booked the...

Hotel is new. Rooms are clean. It is not four star. You can say it European one star. I reserved and paid through agoda. I had some issues. 1. the telephone indicated on site is not attened by anyone. ADRESS IS GT ROAD OPPOSITE AYUB INT PARK., adress indicated on site is wrong and confusing. Adress during search in google map is incorrect. 2. When i came to hotel t...

I am always happy to return to this hotel. The food is excellent, especially the Pakistani dishes. The staff is pleasant and helpful and the room is tastefully decorated. Only the carpeting my room was a bit outdated. Good quality tile flooring with area carpets is easier to maintain.

For this trip in Pakistan, I stayed in PC Karachi and PC Lahore. Not only that the room rate was about 30% lower compare to PC Karachi, the overall experience at PC Lahore was much better, the establishment is well maintain, it was really much better in term of quality and value. Also worthwhile to mention, I left a folder with document, cash, bank card etc ... in the...

During last 2 years, we had the opportunity to stay at the Hospitality Inn, Lahore for 3 times, most recent stay being 19 days ending September 4, 2015. I would like to mention the manager, Mr. Khurram Niaz Khan, who runs the hotel in a friendly, but efficient style, and usually greets repeat guests by name. We were accommodated in a great suite, during the very bus...

this is a very good mid-range hotel if you are travelling to lahore on a budget and want to get the best deal for your money. the staff at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating, it was easy to get into the old city for some sightseeing, and not hard to get out to other parts of the city like lums or defense. gulberg phase iii is itself a nice area, with plen...
Cheap places to stay in Pakistan

Apartment is close to nature. But access is not easy to room especially when with luggage. Owner and staff need to learn hopitality before rating themselves 3 stars. Path to apartment was slippery due to snow and frost and made us very hard to get to and from apartment. They should have clear up the paths after snow.

Abdullah was very welcoming and made our stay very comfortable. It's a nicely appointed apartment right in the middle of Lahore with quick access to everything. The refrigerator was well stocked, wi-if worked well - it was a great stay. Thank you!

Even though I was originally booked in to a compact room, Karim, the owner, upgraded me to a better room at no extra cost. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and went out of their way many times to ensure that my stay was comfortable and relaxing. I ended up extending my stay from 3 nights to 7 nights. Compared to the cost of other accommodation ...

Unpleasant. Room was situated next to the kitchen and that was the view. Bathroom was dirty. Old rubbish of previous guests still in bun. Soap dish had not been cleaned for weeks. Shower was dirty to the extend that we did not even use it. Dirty towls. A request for a better room proofed worse results. The service received from receiption right up to house keeping was...

This was my 9th visit to the Subcontinent in 2 years. During my numerous visits, I have stayed in a variety of hotels, private residences, and even in farmhouses. BGH was by far the nicest of all of the commercial establishments in which I have ever stayed, hands down. The building's exterior and interior were nearly impeccably maintained and the cleanliness was on ...

I stayed for four days from Aug. 18 to 22, 2019. The hotel is awesome. It is a secluded though, so you need to plan well with kids as far as food and other stuff is concerned. If you are new to the area or just doesn't want to drive, I would recommend utilizing Pearl Tours' services in the hotel to take you around. I used them to visit Nathiya gali, Neelum point/Kohala...

Around 8 - 9 pm. the lobby was full of well dressed festive people when I came in straight from a 12 days trekking trip. It was difficult to get the attention of the receptionists. When one of them finally saw me he did not accept the electronic booking confirmation I had on my mobile phone and just turned away to speak to some other people. With my luggage I looked a...

I used to stay in Regent Plaza 7 -8 years back and have a good impression. But i quite disappointed with my last visit, I hardly find a staff with a smiling face. Maybe because we are in Karachi. The facility is a bit old and sometimes I don't get hot shower water in the morning. The AC is quite noisy when it is running. But I enjoy the Pakistani Tea serve during b...
