The hotel is located in center of Nuwara eliya town and walking distance to Gregory lake and race course ground. They had two types of separated menu for breakfast, English and Indian menu. Food was good , rooms are comfortable. Manager and staff was really helpful and friendly.

There is no hot water for such a price, is the worst condition for a hotel compare with all other we lived inSrilanka. But the staff is very patient. If you do not mind live in ground with horrible smell, than book the room for two. Otherwise do not book the hotel. The toliet is very small as well.

It is a modern looking estate and is new. We are impressed with the space in the room and the design. However, there is no cable tv and wifi. The staff also has limited proficiency in English but they are eager to help. We would still recommend it as it is still comfortable to stay in.

Great hotel and welcoming staff who were always on hand to help out with booking or recommending activities, giving directions and sorting out transport.
