But if you are trying to access the Royal Square medical center then this is a good location. Lots of restaurants, close to public transportation.

Clean and well-designed ”

No complaints about the location, room or cleanliness. However, the connecting door between rooms allows a lot of sound to leak and I could hear conversation and laughter from next door (not the corridor). The hotel needs to improve on this as it is a major flaw in an otherwise lovely hotel. One more thing is: I would have appreciated earlier notice about the pool and gym being under renovation before check-in.

Agoda misleading”

Upon searching for a hotel for this trip i was very specific about having a child 14yrs old. Apparently in the voucher that was emailed to me it was not specified. Only 2guests were specified. My bad I didn’t double check the voucher having full confidence that I searched for 3guests. It was the most expensive hotel I ever paid for just 5nights as I was forced to get another room for my son. Agoda, you are very misleading. I don’t like it. I will have hesitation in using your app again next time.

Gave us wrong room”

we were given a disable friendly access room for god knows what reason. Promptly requested a change of hotel. staff didnt even bother to check booking remarks, a basic step any hotel front desk should check. Good hotel but disappointing staff
