Surprisingly good! ”
It's very safe and clean. The little things they provide in the room, full toilet amenities and a comfortable sleep. Things worked and not a faulty switch or bulb. I had an enjoyable stay. For a 4 star hotel, I'm impressed because it's actually better than my stay at Ritz Carlton SG.

Convenient”
My stay at Courtyard was a great and pleasant stay. My husband and I arrived at 7 in the morning and we took a limousine bus from the airport which led us to the hotel entrance. We were given a map of the Ginza area on our first day and realized that Courtyard was in close proximity to multiple different train lines. As a result, our entire trip throughout Tokyo to places like Shibuya, Shinjuku, Disneyland, akiharaba, Asakusa and Roppongi were always a train ride away without transfers. Check in was quick and within 15 mins we were out the door again. Leaving to return to Singapore was also good as the hotel was able to prebook limousine bus service for the day of our departure and we were given a wake up call by the initiative of the hotel that morning. My favourite thing about the hotel would be how Ginza was close to all the big shopping centres and fine dining. On returning home from japan in feb, my husband and I decided in Apr that we wanted to go back to Tokyo in Dec again. If the hotel had not already been fully booked by Apr, we would have definitely returned to Courtyard again.

Nice Hotel”
I like Courtyard by Marriott Tokyo Ginza Hotel. The location is great, near Ginza station and Shimbasi. Also the shopping area is just step behind. It's not difficult to find meals since there are a lot of restaurants with reasonable price around the hotel. The room is not too big, but it's ok for Japan standard.

Amazing location and superb conceige ”
We were a family of five and we spent three nights at the Courtyard Ginza. It was an amazing stay. The location was perfect: turning North you will be at the heart of Ginza shopping paradise while turning South you can enjoy the Tsikiji fishmarket within ten minutes walking distance. The breakfast is of high quality and what impressed us most is the talented, well-rounded and friendly Marina, the conceige, who went an extra miles to ensure we had a pleasant stay as we began to embark on the holidays in a new city. We will definitely stay at the Courtyard for our next trip to Tokyo. Highly recommended!

Good location & facilities”
We were on a business / leisure trip and wanted a hotel with fitness in it. This hotel is in a great location! Close to Higashi-ginza and Ginza station (400-500 meters I think.) and surrounded by good restaurants and convenience store. Would definitely come again since it is the perfect spot for everything in walking distance and shopping area. Room are quiet small but so as other hotel in Tokyo. The staffs are extremely helpful! Since I want to book manicure and pedicure, both only require japanese speaking. They organize everything for me. Great service!

Good hotel near Ginza shopping”
We were very satisfied with our stay! Around 8 min walk to Mitsukoshi (3 blocks away), 1 block away from train station, many good restaurants around hotel, Lawson's convenience store 2 doors away, 4 short blocks to Ginza Chuo Street. A very convenient place to stay! Plus staff are very friendly and helpful and can speak English! Internet is free in the coffee shop but they charge $12.50 for wifi in the room. If you are a Marriott rewards member you can have free internet in the room! Breakfast was good. Mostly businessmen staying in the hotel.

Excellent”
I like the location of this hotel which is between the Tsukiji fish market and the Ginza shopping malls. The Ginza metro station is only 8 minutes away by walking. Most important of all, it is the final stop of the airport limousine bus from Narita. Staff are friendly , helpful and speak English. Only drawback is the room is a bit small compared to other Marriotts.

A wonderful hotel”
Great location near to two subways, walking distance from fish markets. The rooms are fantastic - we were on the top floor and the room included a sofa and lounge area. Bathroom well fitted out and incredibly good toiletries range was provided. Complimentary drinks for Marriott members were generous. Kimonos in the rooms were a nice touch. Rooms were very clean and appeared new. Marina the concierge was one of the best concierges ever - friendly, efficient and informative. The gym is small but has all you need. The lounge is great as is the bar on the lower level. All the staff are extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, making this hotel an absolute pleasure to stay in. We will be back!

Great location, value and overall customer service”
Loved the location - close to Ginza shopping area, Higashi-Ginza metro stop right around the corner, near the Tsuikiji Fish Market and at a reasonable rate - there was nothing really to fault about my stay. Sure the rooms are small and there are hardly any english tv channels, but the level of customer service is unrivalled. Usually when I book through Agoda- the level of customer service drops or is pretty much non-existent, but they really went above and beyond. From my first email inquiry to my extremely early check in and check out, the staff understood my requests and provided me with options, helping me with transportation and explaining my strange request to be dropped off at arrivals instead of departure. I will definitely return and stay here again and highly recommend.

Great Location but a bit pricy.”
I love the location of the hotel only my 10 minutes walk to the heart of ginza. It is great for those who love shopping. Many restaurants near by. The hotel lobby was so so and the room decoration was a bit outdated. I would stay here again if the price was a bit lower since I can get newer hotel with this price.

Surprisingly Good Value for Luxury Hotel”
I stayed here for a night just on spec. I had been in Toky for a few days at a favourite hotel, and I wanted to stay another night. I normally wouldn't stay somewhere as expensive as this, but there was an offer so I took it. I ended up extending for another two nights! The hotel is very comfortable, as is only to be expected, and about two minutes walk from an underground entrance. But what was unusual were the prices of services in the hotel. The mini-bar was expensive, but room service was noticeably cheaper than usual for this kind of hotel. One night I had a meal in the up-market Japanese restaurant: excellent food, for a fairly typical hotel price, but, to my amazement, three flasks of reishu added very little to the price. So, as well as being conventionally good value for a luxury hotel, the extras were comparatively cheap.

Great location & service staff”
The hotel is very well located in the Ginza shopping district/area. Close to a lot of food and bars. Hotel is well maintained and staff are very warm and welcoming. The rooms though are small for the price you pay, but then again it's Japan :)

nice hotel in the middle of Ginza”
i stayed at this hotel with my wife and two young children during our stay in tokyo and everyone was satisfied with the hotel. it is located near enough to two subway stations from two different lines so moving about using the subway was very convenient. the hotel room was nice and very clean. it is a comfortable size by tokyo standards and everything worked perfectly. the only disappointment was the hotel buffet breakfast which was very spartan in choice considering the discounted cost per head of nearly yen. we only tried it once and found it better to eat at cafes around the hotel which gave better better for money and choices of menu spread. nevertheless, i would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again the next time i want to stay in the ginza area.
