“Exceptional Experience ”
They truly live up to their standard of a 5 star hotel. Their spaces and rooms are clean and thoughtful in the way they design it and the amentities that was provided. There’s plenty of parking right beside the hotel. Their onsen is both outdoors and indoors and it was great. We would like to commend the staff who spoke great English and provided great service. We came during the raining season and we couldn’t do anything. She did some research and asked the locals and recommended us to head to Tsugaike Nature Park where some Alps is currently being spotted. We went and we saw the Alps, it was wonderful. Hence we like to thank her for it.
