If Customer Service is Important to you DON'T PICK THIS HOTEL”
This hotel is beautiful and in a great location, but for the price I paid ($321/night) I expected first-class customer service. It started upon arriving. I arrived at 12pm, two hours before check in, so I let them know I was there and asked if they could let me know if a room became available early. I let them (a male and female receptionist) know that I would wait in one of the three lounge areas. I was then told I could wait, but could not eat outside food I had brought with me. One of the lounge areas was by the front desk check in, which was understandable. I've stayed in hotels around the world and have never received that kind of treatment. It felt like they couldn't wait to get rid of me. I was aware of the check-out time because I was told when I checked in. I did not ask him, but he felt the need to let me know when I had to go. When I got back to t
