Great little studio apartment. ”
Located walking distance from the major attractions in the city. Cozrum homes was clean and comfortable. Each of the rooms come with a fridge, kitchen and ensuite bathroom. Shower was powerful. The only things that could be improved was maybe supply a pan to cook with as there was no cooking utensils paper plates can be bought in the local shops as can cutlery but as a backpacker being able to cook for your self once in a while would have been nice. Water refill point downstairs was brilliant. Some tour brochures downstairs would be good but not really necessary. Self check in and check out was good no problem. I definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Cozrum staffs are courteous and spoke fluent english. The location is right in the city center and is within walking distance to both tourist attractions and shopping malls. Room is well designed, would recommend to my friends!

Our stay was excellent! We were greeted with welcome refreshments while they checked us in. The location was close to everything. The buffet breakfast was wonderful. The Hotel was clean and the service was friendly and accommodating. Thank Cozrum again!

The location is near big shopping malls,just 6 mins walking.Checking in is self service which means more convenient.We stayed 3 nights where has kitchen and fridge.One point was that no free cleaning,but that didn’t matter!If l come to Ho Chi Min again,definitely choose this one!

A good base to explore HCMC!”
Fantastic location to explore HCMC from. Following reviews, we booked a room with a window and were given a room with a view over the city. In front there is a lot of building work being done but we had no noise at all from it and you don't go to HCMC to stay in your hotel room and look out of the window all day. The room was comfortable. The staff were very helpful, and a particular thanks in arranging a room for us to shower and change before getting our evening flight.

The quality is OK”
Booked the room under discount so i feel the quality is OK with the price. The location is right in the middle of D1, which is near many attractions. The facility is so-so. The towels given were small. The auto check-in could be a hassle because the lock doesn’t work properly. I was stuck outside when checking in. The hot water sometimes didn’t work, the handle of the shower missing. If plan for a short stay & location is the top priority, this place could be good. But should not set high expectation on facility or room amenities.

Nice place with potential to be better ”
Pros: Centrally located but in the middle of the massage with happy ending spas which is weird but totally safe. Got a good deal, room has all basic amenities, instant booking and good communication via email before and during the stay. Cons: Room could have been cleaner, lots of weird insect shells hanging under table and near bed, tiny shower with no hot water, damp room with blinds that don’t really close so light comes in at night. Bathroom has mould and old towel was still hanging from the last guest. All in all a good stay but could have been cleaner.

After booking, the staff sent me an online guide on how to self check in, which was fantastic and convenient. It was not hard to find the house and I could securely park my bike inside and went straight to my room. The room was cozy although a bit small. It got a nice, comfortable bed, a small fridge, 2 complimentary drinking water bottles.

Disappointing ”
We accidentally booked two rooms for the same night when meaning to extend our stay for the following night. This was flagged by the hotel electronically (we did not see a member of staff face to face) and they said they would help us change our room. We managed to get another room for the following night but were still charged for the double booking the previous night despite only using one room and knowing it was a mistake! We then got charged even more at checkout and the staff were not willing to help compromise. We had to wait as they didn’t have change/ card payment options. One night we got hand towels for the shower. The studio room had a cooker but no pans/ cutlery/ plates etc. Our second room we moved into smelt of sick. A shame as the location is good but we did not feel welcomed at the property and it made for awkward communication and confusion throughout our stay! Turned out to be a very expensive stay!

Spiders and black mold. Management doesn't care.”
I check into this room and there were a dozen spiders around the cracks of the bed and dresser. Bathroom has bad order from BLACK mold. I stayed at their Cozrum Dakao location which the room was directly under a wild pigeons nest. Nhi the manger will do her job with minimum standards, Give you a fake apologies without fixing anything. Also got accused of cursing and yelling at staff which did not happen. Do they even know what customer service is? I would choose a different company.

My room is little bit small and I get difficult to checkin in beginning. OTP code get stuck but I could not call to hotline (no-one hang the phone). Luckily, a guest there coming out so he help me to come into the house. Remember the lane is not allow car/taxi into so if you take heavy luggage, you must handling from taxi to house.

Pros. Late check in. Fast responses from staff via email asking if all was well. Wifi, aircon and location had lots to explore. They let us leave bags in to collect later which was so helpful and responded quickly to my questions. Shower good and warm. Cons. Could be cleaner, fridge yukky and woke up with drilling from work outside the area early in the morning. The towels are tiny and don't cover anything 😂but for easy, hassle free and cheap stay not bad.

Bedsheets are smelly, the room is not clean, bugs in the room, there was no hot water in the shower during night time. The room is very old and the pictures not even close to the reality, soup and shampoo were mixed with water. Better dont stay there.

Room is so dirty and dusty I have to take off the sheet and redo the bed myself because of dust on bed, spider webs are everywhere on the ceiling. Staffs are non-existing. BEWARE!!!
