Rules & Regulations Check-in time: 3pm Check-out time: 12pm * Please take photo and send to us when you return your keys and access cards into mailbox at Ground Floor. For security reason, please jumble up the password on mailbox after lock. * Guests should leave the unit before 12:05pm and send photo of returned keys and cards before 12:20pm. * A penalty of RM30 per hour will be charged for late check-out. * Smoking is only allowed on the balcony and patio. * DO NOT reposition the furnitures. * DO NOT use bath towels on floor. * Please respect our neighbours and keep your noise to minimum. * Any illegal activities and vandalism are not allowed. * Pets, durians, mangosteens, and explosive materials are not allowed. * Loss of any items such as decorations, bedclothes, pillows, towels, kitchen utensils, keys etc. will be subject to a fee of RM100 per item. Before you leave: * Kindly turn off the electrical appliances. * Close the windows and doors. Please note that we will be requesting a RM100 security deposit prior to check in. Please note that each unit comes with one parking lot. For extra parking there will be a rental fee of RM10 per day. Please note that we will not allow any amendments to check in dates within a week of check in.
