Well and comfortable home stay”
Location is very good as Soho Suites located at centre, 3mins walk to KLCC and Pavilion. Monorail Bkt Nanas also 3 mins walk, convenient shop and many restaurants just nearby with short walk. Strong WiFi too. Bed and room is good however I found that apartment ceiling or wall which the paint like faded, apartment like in ‘yellowish’. The floor not that clean as during check in I can felt the dust at my feet. Water pressure from bathroom too weak to shower.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my friends, a total of 6 of us. They have 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The owners were very helpful. The facilities and security was good. We chose this place for the location, it is a walking distance from the KLCC convention centre. Overall, we would stay here again if we have the chance.

Pros: Every rooms are well air conditioned; Bed was comfortable; Spacious; Walking distance to Suria KLCC; 7Eleven is nearby; Cons: One of the shared bathroom sink is clogged; Staircase was not a wheelchair / luggage friendly; Overall was a good stay. Will definitely be check in again.

The only problem is they don't highlight "Agoda did say, but never highlight" you have to pay for apartment cleaning fees! Good security facilities, so no stranger can enter premises. The TV is really lousy, we can watch any channel due to low wifi data. So what if they offer hundreds of channel, it is useless! So no entertainment.

lack of information on payment side, they charge ur card then tell customer after check out you have your deposit back, but after check out, u need 7 to 14 days before u have the deposit.. they should just tell that in the 1st place, its easy. swimming pool need to pay extra per head.. rm35 per head?? im a family of 5 need to pay rm175 to use swimming pool 1 day?? parking also they charge rm15 per day.. they should state the informafition in the description at agoda, so people will know that they will charge extra on other stuff..

Awkward Experience”
The whole check in and check out process is awkward. Use of WhatsApp with mutliple members to manage services is not what I had in mind. The bathrooms were ok. Not that clean and had leakage. Room service was absent during our stay. We also were asked to stay in another apartment for one day. The leakage repair didn't make sense of the apartment still had bathroom leakage. The Android box wasn't working. The kitchen was good. But will avoid this next time.

Check in is not so good. Water problem”
I informed them about 30 minutes before that I'm coming to the apartment but the staff didn't come to meet us. He only went down to meet us when we were already there. We had to wait an hour from arrival until we finally met him. He was also just standing there, not checking which of the people at the entrance was the guest that was checking in. There was also a water problem. There was a leak and the apartment shut off our water so we couldn't take a shower. The apartment owner was ready to help but since we were busy, we made do with taking cold showers. This type of problem should be identified beforehand. It seems they didn't check the condition of the apartment before renting it out. The price was affordable though , the wifi is good, and the location is great.
