Complete Cozy Unit in Great Location”
Very convenient and accesible with supermarket accross the street and walking distance to Mind Museum and Bonifacio High Central. Host is very proactive and even offered early check-in as we needed to leave our baggages in early. Room amenities were complete with kitchen essentials and cooking condiments. Very cozy you can almost feel home. Looking forward to staying again here again on my next travel to BGC.

Great location, great service, complete amenities”
Condo was well-maintained, and had a complete set of appliances and amenities to suit my needs. There was a huge curved TV in the living area plus a decent-sized one in the bedroom. The mattress in the bedroom was orthopedic, which made for a good night's sleep. The sofa bed in the living area was great. There was a full-sized fridge, and even a fully-automated washing machine tucked away in a neat corner of the condominium unit. There was also a microwave oven, and a complete set of utensils and dishes good for at least four people. Hot and cold shower functioned perfectly. Separate air-conditioning units for the bedroom and the living area. Wonderful Asian-inspired decor. Fast wifi internet. The unit owner, Edsel, was also very gracious and helpful, and was very prompt in replying to emails whenever I needed anything. Would certainly book myself here the next time I'm on a business trip to Manila. (Kit U. - stayed from 27-30 Jan 2016)

Wonderful Cozy Place”
The condo was wonderful. My 3 year old son really enjoyed staying and even called it his other home. Both my husband and baby slept so well because of the amazing cozy and comfortable bed. I was working that New Year's Eve and was extremely satisfied with the accessibility of the place to my office, it was 5 minutes away. To top it all up, our contact person, Edcel, was friendly, professional and absolutely helpful before, during and towards the end of our stay.

This was my second time to stay. The unit was spacious and cozy. The host kept my suitcase while i was out of manila....very kind ...also proactive for my needs which is valuable in Manila(no offence to anyone). I will definitely stay there again when I go back to Manila.

Pros: great location, near restaurants and mind museum, owner is very responsive to queries, aircons are working great, room is very clean as well as the bathroom, free complimentary drinks and snacks available at dining table, it has complete kitchen utensils if you wanted to cook meal. Bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cotton buds available for you. Towels are clean and fragrant. Cons: fridge needs to be defrosted and cleaned it kinda smells like rotten food stuck inside. The shower in the bathroom is not working unless you put a cotton bud to stop the water from falling in the faucet. The swimming pool looks old and tiles could scratch your skin if you were not careful.

We were made to feel extremely welcome by the hospitable and friendly owner on the front desk from the moment we arrived. Spotlessly clean room which are well appointed. Location is perfect, there are numerous restaurants within a short walk if you feel like exploring. Definitely recommended and we look forward to staying here again in the future. The unit was clean and almost everything that you need is available. You can use the stove top for cooking, the fridge was a-ok and separate airconditioning for the living room and bedroom.

There is a 24/7 mart downstairs and surrounded by restaurants and bars. Mcdonalds is also walking distance.. The owner goes all out to make your stay comfortable..which is a plus plus point. Overall not a bad stay and high recommend for travelers who is tired of staying in hotels like me.
