Clean and confortable”
The house and room is clean and tidy, got include basic facilities, including washing machine, but the instruction to operate is not clear. Need self services as there are no host to stand by there. It's quite cheap for everyone stayed there, but the location you need to alert a bit to find the hostel inside a small valley. The lack facilities there is no drinking water machine, there's the main reason I personally unsatisfactory with their facilities.

My room was on road level; i could not open ANY window. the humidity was at 99% in my room I was sweating just for standing. the bed was as hard as laying on concrete. There isn't any proper reception so they leave the keys for you in the safe outside the hotel. when i checked out i had to leave with ALL bags with me as i was not able to give them to the reception. maybe -MAYBE- rooms on 1 and 2 floor are better but mine was awful.

チェックインはフロントがないので、オーナーとメールか電話で連絡をとり、部屋の鍵についてやりとりする必要があります。 また場所は静かで少しおくまっていてタクシーもそんなに通る場所ではないので、レンタル自転車を借りておくと便利だと思います。 部屋は、テレビ、冷蔵庫、シャンプー、ボディーソープがあります。タオル、歯ブラシはありません。この料金で個室なので満足です。

軽装の旅慣れた人で明るい時間帯に到着することを薦める。ランドマークとしては、新楼医院。通りには、この民泊の案内板等はない。人に聞こうにも通りに人気がない。グーグルMAPで見ると細い路地がある。これを見つけて一番奥まで入ってゆく。突き当りの右手。看板は非常に小さく気がつかない。最初の宿泊で暗いときは見つけるのに苦労する。管理人はいない。利用の案内文が張ってある。鍵がポストに入っている。ポストを開ける鍵が暗いと合わせにくい。エレベーターはない。通路は非常に狭い。バスタブはない。部屋は清潔で広さもまあまあ。台南駅までは徒歩5分ほど。この民泊は安全面から単独旅行者には薦めない。

管理者が不在の時は、チェックインの方法が、電話かメールです。 管理者は、現地の言葉と英語が使えるとのこと。 日本語は、google翻訳でコミュニケーションです。 泊まる方は、単語レベルの英語がわかるほうが良いです。 台湾でスマホが使える状態ならどうにかなります。 駅と観光地から遠いので汗かいて、シャワー浴びに戻ることや午睡できないのが夏季の欠点。 ホットシャワーも出るし（以前宿泊した台南ホテルは出なかった）、広いし、室外に洗濯物干しがあるのでコスト重視だと良いと思います。

距台南火車站15分鐘路程，房間5分鐘路程有兩所酒吧及便利店，靜心的好地方，距主要景點不太遠，但晚間的寧靜氣氛很適合放鬆自己，各樣情況洽到好處。

個人商旅住宿的好選擇”
住宿位置為火車站後站，交通方便但又不會太雜亂，此外個人房的性價比高，由於住在一樓，巷弄回音大，雖然房東已經再三告示提醒，但怕吵的人，自己可以考量。居住的公共設施也完備，基本上下次也會再選擇來此住宿。

住宿地點靠近車站，但如果是外地人可能略微難找 房間簡單，該有的算有 但冬天卻只有一條薄被 儲熱式熱水器也很快就沒有熱水 建議增加使用說明 有Wi-Fi，但訊號不強 也需要打電話問管理人才曉得連哪個
