Had a very nice stay at Cozy Inn Chiangmai. We didn’t booked the room with breakfast, but it was in an affordable range price to stay for five nights. The bed was slightly firm and bathroom was tiny, but not a big deal. Just as long we have a place to stay then all is well. My overall experience at this place was good. 雖不是五星級飯店，但五臟俱全。
Great value + location for money”
The room was cute, clean and provided everything we needed. We wished we were staying a little longer. The staff were very helpful with helping us book 2 of our excursions and they got us a better price then the tour booths around old city. Great location to view everything as well. Staff friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend
Good location to stay in chiang mai
This was my second visit. Still as good as the first one. Loved every second of it. Will return again! :)
Nice rooms. Everything else meh.”
The room was small but very clean and comfy. The breakfast was very basic and stays out in the heat all morning so go early. Location was pretty good. Very basic stay. We had to leave early due to the air quality - worst pollution in world history and apparently this didn’t qualify to get a refund on our remaining nights. Cleaning stay was very nice but front desk had very poor customer service.
We had a good stay at Cozy Inn. Everything very clean. Good and quiet location directly in Old Town Chiang Mai. The only problem we had was the bathroom. Since I am 188cm I couldn’t move under the shower. But if you are shorter you will not have much problems. Overall great room, only bathroom too small. Would recommend this place :)
Great little hipster accomodation ”
Very nicely designed hipster vibe. Clean room , again nicely designed. Nice touch to have table and chairs outside. Overall really great. Cons: does not provided toothbrush/paste. No table in room to put your stuff. No lift
Very nice indeed ”
Stayed for 4 night and would definitely return lovely little hotel rooms are nice not overly big but plenty big enough nice to see they actually have a kettle in the room with coffee, breakfasts are a buffet style but you order your eggs separately be clear how you like your eggs cook otherwise they may be very runny but apart from that the breakfast s are not bad, the staff at the hotel are very helpful and friendly. All round a great hotel for the price in a good location with a 7/11 only a few minutes walk and also restaurants nearby 👍
Good but a bit small”
Industrial style decor done well considering the space they had to work with. But still a bit pokey. Location ok, quiet at night some construction nearby hiring the day. Breakfast staff have very limited English, overcooked boiled eggs and undercooked poached. Overall recommend for a night or two and decent value.
It's located on a quiet area far from the markets but a good chance to explore the old city. It is on a side road without any traffic so it was nice waking up to the sound of birds. There are few restaurants nearby but you can just explore the city, eat somewhere then go back to the hotel. There's a 7/11 store nearby if you need stuff. The staff also helped me to book for the hiking and zipline tour and allowed me to check out late.
Felt like home. ”
The rooms are stunning, stayed there 6 nights and didn’t want to leave. Was by myself so the size of the room was perfect. Great value for money. Location is great- central but not in a noisy area. Staff super nice and helpful.
Great Value and Cute”
Our room was compact but efficient and had lots of natural light. Decor was cute and everything was really clean. I liked that each room had a table and chairs outside. Staff was really understanding when my card declined and allowed us to put our stuff in the room then find an ATM to pay cash, and this was on a holiday weekend for Loi Krathong/Yi Peng. The location was quiet but still in the Old City so it was easy to walk or grab a quick tuktuk anywhere you want to go. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chiang Mai.
Great new renovation with one problem.”
Brand new renovation of an old Thia dormitory beautifully presented, cleverly designed and modern. Great use of space in small cosy rooms, with excellent bathroom fitout. There is even a small writing area and chair and a very smart wardrobe concept that uses limited space effectively. Perfect for a solo traveller or two light luggage travellers. The main issue is noise. The connecting walls could have been insulated during the renovation, but it is the doors that are the problem. Bathroom doors are heavy and on metal rails. I could hear the neighbours closing their door. Also, the front door is heavy and needs to be slammed. You can hear this throughout the day and into the night. A rubber bumper on every door would help..The breakfast staff are brilliant, really outstanding service. B150 for fresh omelette and buffet is exceptional value. The area is also undergoing a lot of building, but that doesn’t seem to impact too much. A very enjoyable stay in a great guesthouse.
Nice Hotel in the walled City”
I stayed for 2 nights here. I definitely enjoyed my stay. Finding this hotel is quite challenging because it is located in a small alleyway. The good thing though is that it is not noisy in the evening and you can have some peace and quiet. Staff were very nice and helpful. One staff even offered to take me to my biking tour meeting point and just paid him 100 bhat since it was way outside the city. Really appreciated that. Once you get out of the alleyway, there are food vendors outside and you can have some street food. It is pretty accessible to the red pick ups that go around the city as well. Room was cozy and nice. Since they have a double bed, I asked them to put together the 2 beds to make it into a queen bed. Would definitely stay here again if I ever go to Chiang Mai again.
Great value for money”
Though the inn does not have many facilities to offer, it is a great place to stay if you want a comfortable and no fuss accommodation. The room is clean and cosy, with basic amenities. Located in a quiet lane but still within walking distance to the main areas. Overall, a great place to stay while you're exploring Chiang Mai.
It was amazing”
Nice Place, nice Staff, thanks for the time!
Really disgusting customer service ”
Really disgusting customer service. They take a 300baht deposit for room key. The morning we checked out we had a taxi waiting to take us to airport. They made us wait 10 minutes while they inspect the room. We were outside during this so we weren't aware what was going on. They then called us back into the room to accuse us of stealing a small hand towel. We had our bags full as we were flying back home and we offered to let them search all of our bags as it was outrageous to think we had taken thier small towel. They of course tried to charge us thinking we would say yes as we were running late for our flight.
The staff were very helpful and friendly especially the breakfast staff. The only problem s we had was there not being a liift and having rooms on the 4th floor and there was not a cosy area to sit in to socialise with others. It's in a good position , on a quiet street .very clean and having a kettle provided was a bonus.
Poor receptionist service ”
Made us wait during checkout. If you can’t check the room if someone is in the room, the least you can do is inform us, not continue to chat with the person next to you and made us wait. That is basic courtesy.
