Everything is broken and no compensation is offered for anything. The toilet was not working twice for a day and night. No shower or running water for 24 hours. The wardrobe was super smelly I couldn't put any cloths in. House keeping came every 7 days but mostly did not mop the floor, did not clean the shower. Toiletries do not get refilled, no soap, no shampoo, no shower gel, no shower cap, nothing gets refilled. 2 teabags and 2 coffee sache for 4 weeks, no refills. Dirty towels got taken away but I did not get replacement towels. I always had to ask for towels. One time they had trouble with the dryer and I did not have any towels for 24 hours as they took the old towels away and did not give me any new. No toilet papper. I ask for a quiet room upstairs and had to pay extra for it but then I had a family with 2 little babies next to me on either side. When I complained I just got a 'sorry but we dont care, just give us your money attitude' The hotel allows the customers to bring their dogs and so there is barking dogs in the hotel rooms, they bark at night or every time someone walks pass, there is dog shit on the corridor, outside at the pool, in the restaurant area and everywhere. The internet does not work all the time and in the evening its super slow and off most of the time. The remote control for the air-condition was not working and I had to ask several times and finally got some new batteries after 3 days. I arrived at 10pm at night and ask one week before my arrival if the reception will be occupied but when I arrived nobody was there and the taxi driver and I tried to find someone that can give me the key to the hotel room. The staff was very annoyed that they had to check me in. I booked an apartment which turned out to be just a normal hotel room. It did not say anywhere in the booking that there will be housekeeping one every 7 days. The front house staff was not very friendly and after I complained about all the things that were const
