Exceptional”

The room is well-kept and spacious. It is nicely decorated with the aquatic theme. We are delighted to find that there are three toilets in the room sufficient for six persons staying in the family room. It was an enjoyable stay.

Superb hotel near to airport ”

We stayed for one night as we were to catch an early morning flight. Counter staff was very helpful to assist us with a packed breakfast as we depart before breakfast hours. Room was big and cozy, there was also a kids area which was closed when we arrived in the late evening. Walking dist to airport mrt and outlet mall.

Almost Perfect ”

The location is great, there are multiple restaurants in a connected building. X-Park and the Outlet is all connected, which is easy access for a date. The hotel is exceptionally clean (which should be expected as it is new). The only thing I would hope for improvement would be the bed. The mattress and bedsheets are definitely not comfortable for the price you are paying for this hotel. The quality is something you would expect from a 3 star hotel. Other than that, the design of the room and cleanliness is great. The breakfast is mediocre. Great variety and options, but nothing spectacular.

Great location”

Hotel is located near Gloria outlet and is a short 15 min taxi ride to the Taoyuan International airport. Room is quite new and nicely renovated, nice kids amenities (children shower gel and shampoo, kid size room slippers) add a nice touch.
