Loved this apartment.”

The apartment was luxurious, sitting on the roof of the building with its own little garden and seat. Creative Valley staff - Jasper and his colleagues were helpful, friendly and efficient. All the appliances worked; WIFI and TV were great. For us everything was perfect and well beyond our expectations. We would happily spend another week here. Its situation is on station plain, supermarket next door and the large indoor shopping centre also on the plain.

The location is great. The apartment was modern and well furnished. My wife loved it!! The reception was very friendly and helpful. Very convenient and will definitely book here when I visit Utrecht again
No real issues. Only comment is that we are sensitive to smells and the liquid soap supplied was very strong for us. Had to buy our own soap to use.

The woman who gave us the keys was marvelous really a nice lady. AH is 50 m walking, the shopping mall so close nearby. The view of the appartment was really great. location couldn't be better IMO. as the location is so nearby the Central train station, but i knew that as i had specially chosen for this appartment bc we travelled a lot by train. The City Utrecht is nice! especially, during summer days as you have a lot of pubs - dinner places. i would recommended sushi WAN. the sushi is excellent! i did a takeaway,
missing a plant in the appartment. ours was dead :( better kitchenware and better cleaned. it was not clean enough. the bed is fantastic, you can sleep very well also no noise and no people walking back and forth as in a hotel.

The room was beautiful and it had everything that a family would need in a house. The hosts were very helpful and carried positivity around, and special thanks to Marjolijn! I would recommend to everyone that is looking for a great stay at the very heart of Utrecht!
Only the couch area can be cleaned a little bit more detailed. Shampoo and soap was forgotten to be refilled. And these are the only small details that I can suggest to remember :)

The property was comfortable and homely. The location was fantastic and the view was great!
There was not enough cooking utensils. No spatula, ladle, etc. Also no toaster. Would've liked to have a toaster. The mattress was also very soft and worn. A firmer mattress would've been great. Couldn't tell if the heating worked or not.

Wonderful Apartment, Great Value for its Price and Location!”

The apartment looked exactly like the photos! Everything was very neat and tidy. The staff was also extremely responsive and helpful. Also, the view was absolutely wonderful, and the location was so convenient. Right next Utrecht central station, lots of restaurants, and the main shopping center! I would definitely stay again or recommend this place to my friends if they decide to visit Utrecht.
The fridge was very spacious, but unfortunately did not come with a freezer. It got a quite dry at night as well, but I think that's just the weather here in Europe. Otherwise, all perfect. :)

The bed was very comfortable and big but it would have been good to also have a roll away bed or sofa bed so as 2 travelers my daughter and I didn’t have to share.

the location is perfect and all within easy reach - supermarket; train station; shopping mall; restaurants. All easy to reach and within walking distances. The rooftop apartment is private and you get the rooftop garden to laze around.
The washing machine and dryer is complicated to use - it uses online application which you need to invest some credits. Being tourist from another continent it is a very difficult process to just wash our clothes.

Central to everything! Supermarket downstairs, huge mall across, minutes walk to central station.
1) Pls improve on the usage of the laundry! Maybe include visa as payment or token system to operate. 2) maybe install luggage lift from lobby to the main lift? We struggled a little bit because we had some elderly people with us.
