“this hotel isn't getting enough recognition ”
i felt that this hotel didn't get enough recognition, so here goes. everything was waaaaay over my expectations for the money i paid. i got the reservation within a week so probably there was a promotional deal. first impression when i reached the hotel lobby was that the design was modern, posh, and clean. front desk staff was also professional and friendly. we reached before the check in time so we registered and stored our luggages before heading out for lunch. registration and storing our luggages was hassle free. i felt that the staff was really warm and welcoming. lobby was also spacious with a seating area to rest if you want to, and thank god for the nice air conditioning. of course it's not the best hotel with the best facilities, but i have had instances where i paid more and gotten a worst experience than this, so that's that. after lunch, we headed back to check in and it was around 1.20pm plus. check in time was 2pm, but our room was ready so technically, we got an early check in. we also got a free upgrade from a king + single room to a double queen room. the design and concept of the corridor and hallway of the entire level was artistic, clean, and modern. there is also a nice seating area, a vending machine, as well as a water dispenser which is really convenient. room design was clean, and more spacious than my expectation. ample space to put your belongings, and multiple power slots for your charging need. there is a huge 65 inch smart tv, and netflix is watchable. i requested for a high floor, quiet room, and throughout the entire 2 nights stays, i would say it was pretty quiet, not much noise from other rooms or guests. the first 2 hours after i checked in, i called to the front desk 3 times for something, and every single time, they were professional, and someone attended to me within 10 mins. the only complaints i have would be the bathroom doesn't have any shower curtain, or like a glass panel to prevent water from splashing all over the bathroom when taking a shower. but luckily there is a ventilator in the bathroom, so it dries quickly. and also the location is not ideal, and it's really difficult to get to the other side of the road with traffic coming from both direction. overall, i would highly recommend this hotel, as it's 9/10 for me.
