We enjoyed our stay, rooms are clean, good bed and pillows. Balcony is nice, rocking chairs were a nice bonus. Nice outdoor pool with good hrs. Hotel has free tubs to float in river which is your view from the balcony. Staff, really nice and accommodating. Breakfast was really good, eggs ,sauage, home fries along with cold and hot ceral, fruit, pan cakes, coffee, and juice. They also have towels for pool. Would definitely stay here again . Also pretty centrally location to everything to.

When looking for a stay in Pigeon Forge, we wanted to stay close to Dollywood in a place that was not the typical basic chain hotel. From check in to check out, we were happy with our stay. The room was clean and spacious, the creek view from the balcony was charming with the sounds of nature to wake up to, the staff was friendly and helpful, and it was nice to go down and have complimentary breakfast in the mornings. Another big plus was that you can get on the trolly for a pretty quick ride to the transit station and then Dollywood or other places of interest to save parking fees and fuel for a $3/day pass per person. That was also a charming experience. We definitely recommend Creekstone Inn and will absolutely be back.

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, this place was fabulous. We added an extra night because we enjoyed it so much. Our room was clean- not even dust on the baseboards. The shower & tub were exceptionally clean. Huge relief for our family because we’re clean freaks. Other reviews talk about the bathroom being small but it was not an issue for us even with a toddler who follows you everywhere 😂 We stayed across the river from the main hotel but we preferred it once we seen how our view was better than theirs. The geese, ducks, birds & ground hog wandering around below our balcony made our day every day! They were so fun to watch & feed. Their noises didn’t bother us at night as we had a fan, but I’d keep that in mind if you’re a light sleeper. The breakfast was great with a large selection and clean lobby/eating area. We’re counting down until we return! This will be our go to any time we stay in Pigeon Forge!! Just book it!

This is a good budget option for the Pigeon Forge area. The room was large and clean and not too far off the strip. My main gripe with the room was the location. The larger deluxe rooms are located across the river in a separate building that is not convenient to being able to take advantage of the breakfast or pool area. We had to drive each morning we wanted breakfast or to use the pool. The room itself did have a little wear and tear with some chipped/scuffed paint on walls and trim. Our A/C unit worked well in cooling but the condensation drained under the door and into the room making the carpet wet. I reported the issue to the front desk and it looked like a repair was attempted but that night water had leaked into the room again. I did not notice any other A/C units leaking as I walked by just ours. Overall, if you are on a budget this is a good stay and is clean, just be aware of the multiple buildings/location aspect of this Inn.

Our trip was great! The room was clean, the view of the water was absolutely beautiful ❤️. Every morning you wake up to cute little ducks waiting to see you and be fed. Kids would love it. A plus is free breakfast every morning! Not many places do that anymore. I would definitely stay again. It was a cute, quiet, comfortable stay for us.
