    Budget Hotel in good location”
    Location - Just 2 min walk from King Cross St Pancras station, which you can take most of the tube lines, intercity lines and even eurostar. Many bus stops there as well. Lots of fast food and convenient stores nearby. 10 min walk to a big supermarket. Staff - Quite nice and try to help. But nothing much they can help actually. Facilities - NO LIFT!!! You need to take your suitcase up or down the narrow staircase. Breakfast is extremely basic, but no complain on that as it's included in the room fee. Room - My room was located at a creepy corner in the basement. It was very dusty when I got into the room, every thing was covered with dust. And you can imagine how clean the carpet would be. They put lots of air freshener with terrible artificial smell, I need to open the window to let the smell went away. Also they always leave the toilet cleaner with strong terrible smell inside the toilet bowl. So when I came back, the whole room would fill with the smell of the toilet cleaner as well as the air-freshener, AS WELL AS the air-freshener smell from other rooms!!! The house-keeping was poor. They moved my stuff and even put my scarf on the floor. In fact they didn't vacuum the carpet in my 4 nights of stay. I know it's a cheap budget hotel but I just think they can do better.

    No lift so moving a big luggage is the challenge .”
    We checked in three time in this hotel , the first two time the front desk staff was helpful that helping us the move the big luggage to the upper floor , The third time that we checked in again was given the room on the top floor , with narrow stair cAse with number of big luggage is not a easy job . The staff in charge was not helpful at all .

    I booked this hotel for 4 nights and try to email to change the room to be bigger for 3 times with no reply. So I decided to go to talk about this at the hotel directly and the staff is so helpful. The location is superb 👍🏻👍🏻

    A few minutes walk away from London St Pancras train station and Subway”
    Pro: 1. Perfect location, easy to find the hotel, there's an entrance to metro(Subway) right outside along the street. 2. Room comes with complimentary breakfast, simple meal to kick start the day. 3. free wifi, with good speed. 4. Room is small but very clean and well-kept. 5. Room has small kettle and cups to make hot drinks. 6. Waitress at the breakfast room are very friendly and attentive. Cons: 1. No lift, you have to carry own luggage up the stairs (about 4 storey high), therefore, please ask for low floor. 2. The air-con(for heat) in the room is not strong, therefore, you may feel very cold esp during winter season. 3. Front counter staff can be warmer to hotel guests.

    We stay at this hotel for 3 nights, it is really difficult for you to carry a heavy luggage from ground floor to top floor, and the staircase is pretty narrow. the breakfast was pretty simple.

    Narrow stairway with no lift, so opt for a low level room. Location was perfect with all basic necessities you need to get by.
