Crossroads Hostel made me feel comfortable with their sala and the overall ambiance. Staff are also accommodating and warm with their guests. Free coffee 24/7 is a top-notch star for me. Wifi is also good. Food availability (lunc, snacks and dinner) and 24/7 assistance (virtual or physical) can also be a room for improvement. Thank you for letting me stay as if it was my home!

GREAT PLACE TO STAY. Very Clean. Very Great staffs”

It was my first time to stay in a Hostel. I was hesitant at first but during my 3 nights stay everything is really commendable. First and foremost, the staffs were kind and very accommodating. The dude in the front desk (I forgot the name.lol) thanks sir for a exceptional customer service and to Manang (the not so old one) thanks for making sure the room and the toilet clean everytime. I may run out of words if I am going to state all the positive things I experience with them. Thanks again. Crossroads will always be my number one place to stay when I go to manila. The next time I go there I will give them baguio products as mean of saying thank you.

Best place to stay near Ortigas! It's my 3rd visit and the staff is always very cheerful and helpful. The owner is also there, friendly and professional. They have free lite breakfast and clean amenities. Internet is also stable and reliable.

Really satisfied with my stay here. Sana lang mas naging approachable and friendly si Ate Elsa. I don't know if nagsungit sya saken dahil past 8 na ko nakarating sa hostel wherein dapat siguro nakauwi na sya or what. All good naman sa accommodation. Super safe and neat. Na off lang ako the way makipag usap si Ate Elsa. Hopefully mapansin ng admin.

A week at Crossroads”

Decided to spend a week in NCR to celebrate my birthday and did not regret booking this hostel. The place is clean and quiet, and the staff are very helpful. The food in their cafe also tastes really good at very affordable prices. The hostel is situated in the heart of the city and is very close to lots of different bars, malls, and restaurants if you wanted to explore. Will book again.
