the hotel is grand and large. the staff is very helpful, can communicate with English the room is very clean, the cleansing worker is careful the bed is comfortable. the room is spacious, enough space to open luggage and bathroom is spacious the location is accessible by airport bus or metro, there are convenience store, cafe and bakery nearby also walkable distance from the popular Nampo shopping area Highly recommend !

It was a decent hotel with a decent view of the harbor and the bridge. The room was organized & convenient. Cleaning staff were wonderful and did their duties in an efficient manner. Location was convenient for visiting the UN Memorial Cemetery, the Busan Museum and Busan Tower. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

Good location for Busan train station, Yongdusan Park, Gukje Market (20 min walk) & Lotte Mart department store (15 min walk). We had a harbour view room. View of the bridge after dark is lovely. Breakfast included Asian & Western options. Lots of convenience stores nearby. Lots of restaurants in nearby streets too. We enjoyed strolling in the old streets of Jung-gu on Sunday morning. There are some lovely little coffee shops around there with outdoor seating.

Crown Harbor it is located in a convenient area of Busan. You have the Lotte Department Store within walking distance, and other street food or shopping street. It is very clean and the stuff it's friendly. Good value for your $!

Good stay but the great harbour view was partially blocked by another building and the building sign was really bright through the night shinning into the room. room was really spacious and was affordable though a little old, but the location is pretty good.

The hotel was good and clean except that our room has a murky and smoky odour, that smells like aircon from the 1970s. Not sure if this was specific to our room. On the other hand, staff were friendly and helpful. They could speak some English too, so that helped with the conversation.

My 2-day tourist stop in Busan was a bit of a bust due to the rain but I needed the break after non-stop 10 days on the road. I ordered yummy fried chicken from the hotel restaurant and relaxed in my room on the 24 floor with a beautiful view. It was exactly what I needed. Definitely pay extra for the Harbor view! Bonus is free parking as a guest!

Nice and helpful staff, both at the counter and the restaurant. But some infomation that they have given to us were wrong, they said we could use t~money card to the airport by bus, actually it couldnt, luckily we have cash to instead.

Overall a nice 2 night stay, hotel is located between two subway stations, both within 5-10 mins walk. It costs you about 7000 won to taxi your way to gamcheon culture village - totally worth taking a cab, saving you all the hassles of walking or taking at least two public transportation to get there! the best thing i like about this hotel is it has a well equipped gym. You can find the most commonly used equipments and machines. Hotel is clean and spacious, staff are helpful - despite the fact that she provided me the wrong information about the airport shuttle bus. The wifi didnt not work properly during my stay, also got disconnected and needed to forget the wifi and reconnecting a few times.

I stayed one night it was comfortable very clean room. Staff were very good check in was easy and quick. The hotel bed was soft but not too soft. The shower was large with good water pressure and bidet worked fine. Everything about the hotel was very good. (side note) the breakfast at buffet in the was very average to below average.
