Once we arrived at Crown Metropol Perth we were not disappointed from front desk which was an easy check in to check out. Hotel room was very spacious (King View) and very clean. There are numerous restaurants in the hotel as well as the casino and restaurants within the casino. Pool is outstanding , you just have to go early as all lounge chairs get snapped up. There are Fig Lounge, Gazebo, Orbe lounge which can be hired on a half day morning or afternoon. Keep in mind carparking is not included in the hotel if you have a car to park there are four options $50 a day for Vallet , $25 a day if you park your car youurself , free open air carpark across the road or multi storey carpark which is part of the casino which also free. All in all I would definitely stay at Crown Metropol Perth again.
Excellent - and affordable if using Agoda to book”
I was extremely pleased with my stay at the Crown Metropol Perth. It was important to me that I had an 11.00a.m. checkout as I was meeting my son off a flight from Europe at midnight. The hotel booking via Agoda was simple and, more importantly, the price was affordable. This is a five star hotel and I was staggered I could stay here for what I would pay for four star establishments or even less. I will definitely be using Agoda to book this hotel again. While I did not use many of the hotel's multiple amenities, it is clear that anyone could have an absolute wow of a time here.
Amazing experience ”
Loved the Crown Metropol perth. The bath area was exceptionally nice as it had sliding windows / doors that opened to the room and we could enjoy a bath while watching a movie. The bed was no doubt comfortable and the room temperature was just nice. There was also a lot of dining choices which made the hotel a destination rather than just an accommodation.
Luxury Perth Staycation”
What a magnificent hotel precinct. Everything you want is at your doorstep. The Crown complex is complete in every manner. The room we stayed in for 5 nights at the Metropol was classy - plenty of space, beautiful fixtures and appointments - you knew you were in a 5 star hotel. It was our 20th wedding anniversary & we arrived from Melbourne very early & when we checked in at 8am our room was ready. We went out to explore the city & when we returned there was a complementary bottle of champagne & chocolates with a card from Concierge congratulating us on our anniversary. As mentioned, everything is at your fingertips staying at the Crown complex. Apart from beautiful swimming pools & many restaurants & bars to choose from, Optus Stadium is a 10 min walk away & across the pedestrian bridge is the WACA ground & city. Even the racecourse is nearby. By the way, I haven't mentioned the Casino & that's because this resort complex is a destination by itself & the casino is a bonus.
My partner & I had a ball at the Crown Metropol Perth! The rooms are spacious & luxurious, the staff are friendly & professional, & the services were all fantastic! Although a little pricey, I would definitely book there again as a treat.
Fantastic Hotel Would Love to Stay Here Again”
We enjoyed our 5 night stay at the Metropol. We flew over to Perth for the football and stayed at the Crown as it was walking distance to Optus oval. We ate in Silks and the Atrium and loved both restaurants. Our boys loved the indoor pool and spa and also ventured out and swam in the outdoor pool (which is not heated). Our room was large and the staff were very helpful. Hope to come back and stay there again.
From the moment we walked our experience was exceptional. Staff were incredibly polite/kind/helpful. We were able to check in early and were given a upgrade to enjoy breakfast at the Atrium, we were aso sent a bottle of champagne and chocolates to our room complimentary as we were on our honeymoon which was lovely. We stayed in a Luxe King room and it was clean and spacious. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the Crown complex to enjoy. Pool area was large and enjoyable to use, plenty of day beds etc to lounge on! Food/drinks at pool restaurant good price. Easy to get into Perth, free shuttle from building to train station and less than 10mins on train to get to Perth CBD, can also walk 5 mins through car park to trainstation also (if you wanted). Highly recommend, we had an incredible stay.
Would recommend Crown Metropol Perth But not go through Agoda. As they charge me US dollars and live in Perth Western Australia.....would have cancelled but was going the for a friends Birthday..
Fantastic Room! ...but really expensive”
We had 2 fantastic nights at the Crown Metropol. Excellent service. Amazing pool area, though most facilities were "closed due to winter" when it was actually a hot & sunny Autumn day. The food and drinks were the best! The room was great and finally a big hot tub we could both fit in and spread out. Our only negative experience however was the cost - it was HUGE. DEFINITELY Perth prices apply here, make sure you wont mind spending thousands if you would like to thoroughly enjoy this hotel.
Good choice for a relaxing vacation”
I stayed at this hotel as one of my main itinerary in Perth was a pop concert at Crown Perth Theatre. This turned out to be a good choice as the room was big and comfortable, the river-side park just in front of the hotel offered beautiful scenery for strolling and jogging, and the complex has loads of dining/entertainment options. The only downside is the absence of a convenience store in the vicinity - which not surprisingly caused some inconvenience. Apart from that everything was perfect.
The wife and I treated ourselves to a weekend away at the Crown and could not fault anything over the weekend we stayed. The service was fantastic. We were able to check in straight away and upon mentioning it was an anniversary the staff sent up a bottle of sparkling and chocolates which was a great surprise. The price of the room whilst on the expensive side was spotlessly clean and a great size compared to other hotels in Perth. The options for food and entertainment in the complex could not be faulted either with a raft of choices to cater for pretty much any budget. We will most definitely be staying again.
Lovely 1st class hotel. Woeful ,lengthy check in.”
Having arrived at 1.20pm I did expect a delay in accessing our room. Sitting around for 1&1/2 hrs and having to continually check on the rooms availability was not the ideal way to start a short break.Parking ,despite new car parks being available is still an issue. Apart from this the Crown Metropol offers everything one could want in a resort hotel.( Maybe a 9 hole golf course!!)
Pros : food n spacious room size, comfy bed, excellent hotel reception and concierge staff, great breakfast, crown shuttle, burswood station, spacious casino and sports bar, nice surroundings etc etc etc Cons : insufficient room supplies. Toothbrush and toohpaste were not provided upon checkin. Gotta request. Facial tissue only in bathroom. Tv channels limited.
Beautiful Hotel, Beautiful Stay!”
The Crown Metropol is a stunning hotel! From the beautiful glass lifts to the big rooms, you will not be disappointed. The staff here are lovely and I would recommend Crown Metropol to anyone! Love, love, love! Will be back!!
The Crown Perth(Metropol)provides a level of service and luxury second to none. Beautiful surrounds, pool, food, service and staff all go to make a very enjoyable stay that would be eagerly repeated.

Great stay at the burswood”
Fantastic stay at the Crown Metropol. Great modern rooms, fantastic amenities, nice restsurants and bars and casino. Highly recommended if staying in Perth. Dining at Nobu is a must also.
Enjoyable overnight stay”
We had a really enjoyable overnight stay at Crown Metropol Perth, starting on the Saturday afternoon, and finishing with a show in the Crown Theatre on the Sunday night. Loved the choice of bars and restaurants. Not too far to go for anything.
Jenny from Australia”
Went to Perth for a show and my birthday our stay at Crown Metropol was great lovely room, beautiful view and food to die for.
New Year stay ”
Very relaxing but Crown Perth needs more staff on at New Year slow service Plus the High tea you need to order two days ahead advertised in lobby ... odd for 5 star hotel Need more shops and better lower cost restaurants like Melbourne Crown Spa great Pool amazing with Private area nice
