The Best Beachfront Option”
The best Boracay stay, so far! I have booked a superior room with Crown Regency Beach Resort to end my 2020 and start my 2021 (from December 31, 2020 to January 3, 2021). At first, I was hesitant to confirm my booking since I have read some negative feedback, but given its location and amenities with be best rate ever made me decide to book. I might regret if I didn't. Staying at Crown regency in the new normal is a breeze. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the guard on duty, with the usual protocols of alcohol for the hands. I logged in using my own pen. At the check-out counter, I was given with a refreshing welcome drink. My booking was not on the front desk record, so I opted to take my lunch first while they check, and that was totally okay since I arrived past the hour of 1:00pm and my tummy was already starving. At their restaurant fronting the beach, I ordered the most sumptuous food in the island ever- the crispy sizzling bagnet! It was my last lunch for 2020 and indeed a great wrap up! Do not miss this! After lunch, I went back to the front desk and they have finally confirmed my room. Don't expect a room upgrade though. My superior room was so huge and it was like a five star hotel room, with balcony, and a bath tub! How I wish they have a bidet, but never a problem to me. Cable TV worked so fine and there were 2 single beds , just perfect when I fit it together. There were 4 huge pillows complemented with think blankets. There was a mini-fridge, a water heater and utensils with water. The hygiene kit was a bonus! The box has 2 face masks, gloves, hand sanitizer and alcohol. Buffet breakfast was just okay, though I feel it really needs improvement but good enough as it was complete with the main course, fruit, coffee, vegetable, bread and a lot more. The waiters Tommy and Karen were super cool and very efficient. Karen gave me an omelette as requested and she was smiling all the time. Excellent Customer service! ”
Despite reopening the day of our check-in (Sept.17), the rooms were well maintained and the facilities (especially the pool and jacuzzi) were clean and available. The hotel even went ahead and checked us in at 11AM despite the policy of 3PM check-ins. The staff were courteous and went above and beyond the normal in assisting us, and even in our last night when the AC unit gave out in one of our rooms, the hotel transferred us to a new room free of charge. Food was great, chef even assisted us in re-heating our left over food from the night before. Giving Crown Regency Beach Resort 5 Stars. The place is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.. Will return again next year!

Their staff are the best! They were all very nice, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Special mention to Trixia from front desk, Mike from the restaurant, their manager and Kuya Guard. Everyone is very respectful too. We never had a bad experience during our stay at Crown Regency. Another good thing is that their food is not overpriced. We usually don't do room service in hotels but with their rates, we were able to do so at very reasonable prices. We love and enjoyed their food! The hotel was placed in a perfect spot. If you want to go to the beach, it’s just few steps away, if you only want sight-seeing, then just go to their veranda where the pool is located then you’ll be relaxed to see the beautiful beach and the coconut trees. On the other hand, the room is very spacious and clean. The staffs were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet, the foods taste really good and it’s worth the penny! Kudos to the chefs! All in all, my trip to Boracay has been very comfortable and convenient because of the hotel (Crown Regency). Good job! Will surely recommend this to my friends!

Recommended because it is located beach-front so feel na feel mo ang pagkakape sa umaga. Walking distance to most of resto and bar. Opt to choose station 3 kasi mas kokonti ang tao sa beach, you can awra all you can without a lot of hindrances. So far we enjoyed our stay and possibly book crown again on our next one.

Love the people here, specially the bar staff who tirelessly served us and satisfied our needs and requests. Even let us have our breakfast at the rooftop. Wasn't able to get his name. But everyone there, even Kuya Junjun the security guard, were all very accommodating. Thank you all for your commendable service. The location was perfect. Just in front is the beach. We loved the pool, jacuzzi and the view from the rooftop too. The rooms are nice and spacious. We just had a bit of issues with the aircon, tv and hair dryer for some of the rooms out of 3 rooms we stayed in. The breakfast could be better too but overall, we loved our stay here.

The hotel is a bit old but their staff have filled the gap. They responded to all of our request and went extra mile yo give us the comfort we need. We are frequent travellers locally and internationally and by far the staff in this hotel were the best. If you are travelling with a toddler I highly recommend this hotel. You all made our 15 days vacay fab. My daughter miss them already ;)
