Bad hotel
There were a lot of cockroaches in my room, locker, bath, WiFi weren’t working after claiming about room they changed us for another however this room was different of that we booked WiFi was weak and shower was cold .just breakfast was tasty that’s it .

Hotel needs an upgrade
Location is a bit far from the airport given the traffic. Plus: Sky Adventure, big rooms, Casino, 24/mart, Starbucks on the ground floor, other facilities Negative: old rooms, aircon couldn’t be adjusted, bath tub faucet not working, shower head broken, hot water takes a while, TV turning off on its own

4th & Final Stay at this dying property
My wife and I booked our 4th and final stay at this property from 1/8 - 1/22/18. To say that the hotel has seen better days would be a definitive understatement. Here are some examples that I sent to the hotel management while we were still on site: 1. Hotel refused to offer "paid" ride to property, despite being repeat clients (4X's). 2. Broken toilet seat, dirty bathroom, insects, etc. upon arrival. 3. Almost all elevators broken down each day. 4. Breakfast Buffet w/ limited variety. 5. Majority of property seems run-down, dirty and in disrepair. 6. Internet service was "spotty" or down every single day. 7. Room Service called to advise they were out of mango juice, but would not cancel order. 8. Casino no longer has automated horse racing game: Area is now seemingly deserted. 9. Most staff not friendly any more. Only the bomb-sniffing dog remembered me. :( 10. In-room hair dryer onlys works for a minute and then it dies. 11. No hot water during peak periods.

Not worth the money
Compared to the first hotel I stayed in this trip, this hotel was a considerable upgrade. But during the entire trip, including New Years Eve and New Years Day, they only had one elevator working in both towers which made an extremely long wait to go up or down in the tower. there were times you would have to wait more than one go around because the elevator was so full coming from either the ground or top floor. Also, the WiFi was non-existent even after changing rooms. Even in the bathrooms, then have the original toilets from when the hotel was built and they don't flush very well. The hot water in the shower was lukewarm no matter what time you were taking a shower. I would definitely think twice about staying in this property unless they can upgrade the facilities and the rooms.

Pros: The staff were courteous and polite. Location was good. Cons: The executive room that I booked does not look executive at all. No hot water in the shower. AC was either super warm or super cold. Had to use manual key because the card reader was inop. Had to transfer to a different elevator to reach our floor. Had to wait for 10mins to get on an elevator ( only 1 elevator was working). They were understaffed. I had to wait for 1hr for the toilet paper I requested. The room was quite old with squeaky floors.

It's terrible.
That have only one elevator must carry all the guest in the hotel then we waste almost time to check-in, and the staff in this hotel can't give the help and correct information, and we can't use free wifi in the room, we have very terrible experience.

Internet/wifi in room is either not working or super slow! The elevator sucks coz u have to wait to get in to get to ur room and had to transfer twice elevartor ride that both slow! Rides on top of the regency is awesome but staff asking for a tip which is not so very nice., In my country you gave tip because they make below wages or Their service is so great and you wanna give them gratuity not because they ask for it! Room is nice and kept clean., staff in check in area and guard we’re nice! Plan before you go esp if you wanna do a ride because like us we went there 2days and got charge twice for entrance and twice for pictures!
