Very Accomodating”
I would like to commend all the staff of Crown Regency Suites and Residences for being so accomodating and attentive to all the guests needs. The room was also great which is a bang for the buck. Room was clean, had it's own kitchen, a clean bathroom, and a comfy bed. My Dad had a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

Great value for money; however didnt appreciate a noisy poolside function going on while we were trying to relax by the pool. They kept changing the music part way through songs, then took over for very out of key karaoke, not to mention the men constantly looking in our direction. Was woken up at midnight to the distressed squealing of pigs. I was on the top floor AND had the (noisy) aircon going, yet it still woke me up. Looked over the balcony and there was a truck unloading pigs into the rotisserie place next door. Then had to smell them cooking all day whie trying to relax by the pool.

Awesome location & best price”
We stayed 3 times on our trip because of the proximity to the airport. Great clean hotel but just a little run down. It has a great restaurant & good breakfast plus a free airport shuttle. The only problem is the the numbers they have listed are wrong which is very frustrating

Your best option for a quick stay”
Located in a residential area, across Oslob Public Market (5 min walk). Facilities are of hotel quality. It has the comfiest bed ever. A/C is good. Free breakfast is a plus. Friendly staff. Only thing that needs improvement is the drain could clog at times. It is your best option for a quick stay in Oslob

Look like old 5 stars hotel ”
Great place! Nice food. Service is perfect. But I think it’s already old. I think 5 years ago it was the greatest 5 stars hotel . Thanks for transferring us to airport and peak up breakfast

The food here is great try to expand your menu in the area of more Philippines style food and include more street food in your poolside menu . Some thing gets lost in translation when it comes to food. Overall we loved this Hotel.

After 3 nights at three different disappointing hotels we were very pleasantly surprised by the Crown Regency. A very welcome and swift check in. The room itself was spotless and very comfortable. We had a great dinner at the 50’s diner and even a bit of karaoke. The general manager introduced himself to us and spend quite a bit of time with us. Such a wonderful person! We would definitely stay there again.

Nice Hotel with Good location”
If you are traveling to Cebu or just have a stop-over, this hotel is very recommendable as it is just near the airport. The room is spacious but the facilities inside is a little bit old. My door had a problem one time and it took me almost an hour to get in as it malfunctioned. Luckily, the staff were very helpful. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there. This could be the cheapest hotel which is very near the airport as others are a bit far.

Stayed here with my partner during the end part of our month long vacation in the Philippines. We we’re looking for a descent place near Mactan Airport with gym and pool, which they actually have but we found the equipments almost unsafe to use in the gym and pool decor looking quite past their prime. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious but the view was kinda depressing: looking down at a garbage dump where people dig for plastic or other materials they could find under extreme hot weather. But then again, it’s not surprising to see poverty around the city and other cities in the area. Overall, our stay was comfortable and we made do with the few functional equipment they got in the gym. If the management would care to update the furniture and replace old equipment, this place could become one of the best places to stay in Lapu-Lapu City!

The location of the place is around 15-20 minutes away from the Airport. Facade is quite old but definitely clean and the staff is super friendly and accommodating too! Highly recommended if you want a place nearby Mactan Airport.

Easy access place, by the road. Place needs some repairs but not complaining. Friendly and warm staff. Hopefully pool will be cleaned well. Other than that, the kids had fun! Fridge is working well, a/c very cold, room has mini kitchen you can cook.

A very Good Experience”
My family and I stayed at the Crown Regency Suites at Mactan Cebu for a few days. We found EVERYTHING beyond our expectations. The staff were lovely, friendly and nothing was too much for them. I say thank you to Lawrence on the front desk and Kenya on Breakfast Bar because they made our stay extra special because of their demeanor. The rooms were big and clean and the beds were the comfiest ever!! The pool was clean and a nice place to be, the Gym, 50s bar, and terrace were all great. I would go again definitely and I would recommend you to go to. You will not be dissapointed.
