Only perfect I can say.”
You will love here. Enjoy great view, nice facilities and good food. I recommend Premier room because you will stuck in room but dont want to ho outside. There was noisy from upper room like kids jump from bed at night but only this cannot make me feel bad with this hotel. Totally Love it!!!!
Big and New Hotel”
We love Crown Pert too much. The room is very big and clean. Also Staffs is very friendly and helpful. Our baggages were delay from Airline and Receptions staffs helped us to follow baggage. especially,The captain of Front Desk (Old gentle asian man) he is very good and helpful. We will be back to Crown again next time. Every entertainment in Perth are here. Cinema and restaurants and Casino. Really good hotel.
we had all our belongings stolen while we had a swim a few meters away...the staff on the day were helpful but to this day weve heard nothing from them and have been offered nothing so dissapointing
It is Fantastic ONLY for peoples from Australia!”
As I am from Asia, maybe I me too spoils of what is really "Nicer things" and "Really real good services"! Yes the room is quite nice and the lobby looks fantastic, But the staffs needs smiles and more training of management skills, "I hope". A not very happy encounter for me, that is all I can say as an overly rude customer thinks ....................
A*** VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER”
Always happy at the crown, staff always go above and beyond, even the little things like remembering your name, asking how your day is, and always being well looked after. Rooms always perfect and service is second to none. :)
What a wonderful stay.”
This was a last minute one night stay for my husband's birthday and we were not let down at all. The hotel is stunning and so clean. The service was amazing and we were even given a complimentary bottle of bubbles to celebrate. Can I suggest maybe offering a family breakfast discount or maybe kids eat free certain days as I have 2 very fussy eaters and I just couldn't justify the cost for them not to eat anything. Other than that, we loved our stay and hopefully will be back.
Nice and clean hotel ”
The good thing about this hotel is that the hotel is very new, nice and clean with beautiful views of city and river, the decoration of the hotel is very modern, there are many restaurants around the hotel area. However, most of the restaurants around the hotel are very expensive! Hotel has a very nice and big swimming pool. The bad thing is that hotel is far from the city of Perth. So you will need to get the taxi to the city.
An amazing hotel - expected in this price range, but it does not disappoint. Very clean, awesome views of city and pools Beautiful pool area with lots of sun beds and towels. Pool temperature - just perfect!
Surprise birthday dinner for wife’s 40th”
I have organized a surprise birthday dinner for my wife’s 40th. The dinner was at Modo Mio restaurant. The service at the restaurant was amazing. All staff went beyond and above in order to make the night special for my wife. The food was awesome! I can’t remember the name of the waitress who was looking after our table (enjoy the tip), but she was amazing. Nothing was hard for her. Thank you. Cynthia at the reception was a delight to deal wit. Thanks for the room upgrade and the help with the balloons. The whole experience was great and we are definitely coming back to the Towers.
In every way, we had a wonderful stay at Crown Towers! Beautifully designed, generously appointed room with a stunning view. Eating at Epicurean was equally special - the whole Crown complex is a real asset to Perth!
Fantastic hotel, can't say any more, this hotel is stunning though not in the centre.Fabulous rooms, lovely staff, great casino, there is a food court but it's not very good, only McDonald's,subway and a wok shop, eating in pretty pricey,to get to centre of Perth the hotel provides a free bus that takes you to the train station, there you can get a train to Perth,I would highly recommend this hotel.
Money well spent”
Fantastic luxurious hotel experience. Top notch customer service as expected from a high end accommodation. Quality room furnishings, clean and modern. Great pool facility. Plenty of food options from budget to pricier side. Free multi storey parking within short walking distance. Central location being close to CBD with good public transport option.
My only complaint was the complete disregard for the requests we checked. They had a honeymoon option and a late checkout option, we were on our honeymoon so I checked both. I got an email saying they would try to accommodate our requests but no guarantees however when we arrived there was no mention of our requests and no sign that any attempt had been made on either front whatsoever, which was just a little disappointing. Also the poolside drinks took way too long to arrive, our order even got lost at one point. We loved the pools though and the facilities were great!
The place is expensive but for the facilities, location, and overall experience it is worth it! Not many places you can go to that lay out your slippers with after dinner mints on your bed or have sun-bed service by the pool with the flick of a flag! We are at the crystal club and that was expensive for what you get so I’d recommend either going to the Epicurean for breakfast and other casino restaurants for dinner. Overall, we did love it and would go again for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.
City Stay at Crown Towers Perth”
We stayed for two nights as a Christmas treat for our 3 kids. Room was lovely although we couldn’t figure out why hotels insist on such large pillows! Also, we got a few scratches from the tapware in the bathroom which is stunning but angular and sharp. We didn’t have a view of the city, which was a shame since we’d stayed for 2 nights. We were overlooking the car park and a series of apartments and buildings - was ok though as the kids loved it and the price point was worth missing out on the view. Our only issue was how expensive it was to eat at the restaurantS. Feeding a family of 5 was an expensive excercise.
Fantastic stay at Crown Towers”
We had a million dollar room view so to speak 😊. Love the view a lot overlooking the city. The swimming pool was fantastic. So please make sure you spend at least a good 2 days ore more to enjoy the pool. You can also book their beautiful cabana for a fee. The pillow and the bed was comfy. The had a late lunch at Merrywell when we arrived and like it very much there too. Hubby enjoying going to the casino as and when he like .
Great Location to view the best of Perth”
Crown Towers is situated right on the Swan River with fantastic views. From our room we could see river, WACA, City sights and the new Optus Stadium. The pool is great with not too many kids on the day we were there. There is a separate kids area. I found the service good. We had poolside snacks and cocktails as well as eating in one of the restaurants. Its close to walk through to the Casino. There are ample entertainment venues within close proximity.
Great stay and staff, only downside is paying to park your car at hotel
Beautiful pool area.
Awesome hotel if your traveling without young kids”
Everything about Crown Towers Perth was outstanding. The location, pool, rooms, etc. Wish they had more activities for little ones. We travelled here with our 3 year old and felt there wasn't much to keep him engaged other than the pool. Even the food options for kids were a little limited. The fast food option wasn't great and food quality was sub-par.
