Great hotel”
Excellent location, clean room, and great price. Did have a bit of issue with check in, as it took about five minutes to locate my reservation. Nevertheless, once that was resolved, my stay at the Crowne Plaza was a very pleasant one.

Great location , lovely clean hotel. Close to all the tourist spots. the staff were awesome. I had booked the wrong night and the company l was booked through said bad pluck but when l got to the hotel they fixed it for me. I was very appreciative. Would definitely stay there again.

Not a bad a hotel , in a good location for sight seeing. The room was large and had everything l needed. Didn't really see much of the rest of the hotel but it's sufficient for sight seeing.

I heard the hotel is old and dirty. But It's already all renovated. So room is very clean, comfortable and wide. The food served was satisfactory and very close to all tourist points in Dallas. I strongly recommend this hotel with good cost effectiveness

right in the heart of downtown Dallas. everything is nearby. Dealey Plaza is within walking distance. Comfy rooms even if the hotel is aliitle old. The only negative comment i could give is at times it smells smoke.

The room was pretty nice and very clean. The staff was all friendly and helpful as well. The parking garage has really low clearance and was especially dirty though. Be sure to check if your vehicle is tall. Location is good if you’re visiting downtown.

Located in the heart of downtown Dallas, walking distance to most attractions downtown, 10 mins drive to Bishop Arts District. We got newly renovated room, so it was good. Unfortunately no wardrobe or safe deposit box. Comfy king size bed. Toilet was ok, just abit hard to adjust the water temp in the shower. Parking is not free, $18 for overnight parking per night.

Didn’t know much about Dallas before we arrived and apparently there is an uptown and downtown centre. Uptown is where most action is where downtown is quieter. In terms of rooms, they are not big but quite comfortable and the bed linens were plush and cosy. We had a really nice stay.

Bad area! Hotel is ok”
The worst area to stay. Didn't realise downtown was so bad. Found out it's close to southtown which is why. We have travelled a lot with our kids through south America and Dallas downtown was a dodgy area. Hotel was ok, a bit dirty - carpet needs a clean. Staff at the front desk were pleasant. Self service laundry was great.

We saw that the ratings for this hotel was 4 and a a half stars so, we booked it. Upon arriving at the Hotel's parking, we were greeted by profanities etched on the walls of the parking. Like no one is guarding the parking lot. The elevators look like they were used by slums. We arrived maybe an hour early and would like to know if we can check-in early or just check-in and wait at the lobby. We were surprised that there was a surcharge for checking in early. That's just 60mins. Anyway, we waited for the 15:00 check-in, and when we arrived at our room, it was really old but adequate. The restroom/bathroom was really simple. the only main concern when staying was the WiFi. There are no Access points on my whole floor. The entirety of the 10th floor has no internet. Then, when I called the lobby, they directed me to their ISP. I will never ever stay here again.

Good Hotel well located ”
Good hotel excellently located on Elm Street for access to Dealy Plaza and JFK memorial and museum. Not too much nightlife in downtown Dallas but we were there for the JFK 50th Anniversary and great location for that. Comfortable hotel not massive rooms and not overly luxurious but had everything we needed. Rooms not very soundproof - teenagers next door quite and across the hall quite loud. Staff very helpful. Nice bar and OK restaurant. All in all if I wanted to visit downtown Dallas I would recommend it as average in terms of luxury and excellent in terms of location and staff

this hotel is within easy walking distance of deeley plaza (jfk assassination location), nieman marcus and other great shopping and the convention centre. while the hotel itself has an excellent restaurant it is surrounded by restaurants offering all sorts of cuisine. they offer a free shuttle bus service within the downtown area.

CLOSE TO EVERYTHING IN DOWNTOWN”
I stayed for 1 night with friends as we were in Dallas for a concert. The hotel was ages away from AT&T Stadium, but close to everything in downtown dallas, a few decent places to eat nearby, close to jfk memorial

Disappointed...”
Good Marks: (1) 11:15 on 24th June: When I arrived at Hotel about at 11AM, a female staff said to me, “ Check-in time is 3PM, but I think it will prepare a room for you till noon. We keep your baggage here till check-in time”. I am very glad for her help. Bad Marks: (1) 12:30 on 24th June: When I checked in at about 12:30, a male staff explained nothing about request that Insert of room card into reader in an elevator is required to go to my room. When I was going back and forth at the 9th floor, a male staff (repairman?) showed how to go to over 10th floor. (2) When a female staff telephoned to me at night to ask how I was feeling for this hotel, I replied to her that I did not understand where the hotel direction (restaurant, business center etc.) was. But She explained nothing and broke the connection. (3) 25th June: No one came to clean up my room. (4) 2pm on 26th June: When I came back to my room from outside, I found my room not cleaned up yet. When I met a female staff in front of elevator at the 17th floor, I asked her to clean up my room. When I came back to my room, cleanup was over. But, ice server and coffee maker were still remained used. (5) I used a microwave range in my room. But as its power cable is too short to connect to outlet, I must put it down to the floor to connect. (6) 28th June: There was no bathmat. (7) I am afraid that PCs in your business center on the ground floor remained unconnected with Internet. When I sometimes go to the Bay Area, I always use Crowne Plaza, Union Square, SFO. Because the services have been good. But, I am disappointed with Crowne Plaza, Dallas Downtown. I expect the improvement of your services in the near future. Thanks,
