we Loved the Crowne plaza easy to find off and on Highway close to Quikstop gas station and Jack in the Box, In and Out and several other places breakfast was included and WELL worth it when return we will come back to Crowne Plaza Hotel Dallas Market Center

Check in guy was great. Location is great. Rate is ok. But .. room had some sort of noise I think from the fridge all night. Shower faucet came off loose I had to put it back in place. No towel hanger. Needed room for another night since flight got changed and has to change room. Requested agent

would not recommend or stay here again ”
Upon arriving at the hotel, the group I was with walked in and were surrounded by about 40 homeless people. Throughout our stay, we were followed by these people to our car multiple times, cat called, badgered with questions about giving things to them, and were surrounded by them as they roamed each floor of the hotel. We have no issue with the homeless, but we did not feel safe once during this stay, especially for us girls. It was uncomfortable knowing that we could not go anywhere IN the hotel without feeling in danger of our surroundings. We witnessed fights in the lobby and during the middle of the night. Before booking our stay, the hotel staff should have relayed the information to us that the hotel would be housing a group of homeless people for the weekend. In addition to this, between the 3 rooms we all stayed in we had the following issues: outlets not working, air conditioner not working, bathtub not draining, and housekeeping did not visit our room at all during the 3 days when we requested cleaning services during the stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would not pay to stay here again. Feeling so unsafe and uncomfortable in a hotel should not be acceptable.

The first room I got was in the eight floor, the bathroom door didn’t close and was rustic in there. They give me a third floor even worse the bathroom the same the bathroom curtains was dirty with makeup definitely they didn’t even change probably from the last reservation them the keuring machine was broke. Rooms Nice, Horrible Location, COVID safety not enforced ”
I was traveling for business and didn’t have a car so when I arrived I was disappointed to see how far away it was from everything. NOBODY wore masks and I felt very unsafe while I stayed there. On the plus side, rooms were spacious and clean.

False advertising ”
The hotel was not worth the money. Front desk ladies were not helpful or friendly. We stayed 4 nights and our rooms barely got cleaned and we had to keep asking for clean towels. The shuttle is hardly there and only travels in a 3 mile radius from the hotel. I was very disappointed in this stay.

So scary”
We checked the reviews before we booked and they were all good. The hotel was housing a basic homeless shelter. People roaming the halls, lobby, elevators asking for cigarettes and beer. On 2 seprate occasions the police had people face down cuffed in the lobby. The women in our party was scared to walk to each others room because people would try to follow them into their rooms. We all had issues with items in our rooms but that was nothing compared to safety. After the first night when we complained we thought it might change. IT DID NOT!!!!!

Not worth it”
The pictures look better than it truly is. They had 4 elevators and only 2 worked. Also, the elevators were not programmed properly so it would go to each floor regardless of the other elevator already picked them up. I was on the elevator for 10 minutes. The pool was over chlorinated and not usable. The fitness room was the best thing about the hotel. Housekeeping was no where to be found and did not clean our room even after being asked to.

Close to Love Field Airport but dirty sheets”
Our flight came in late that 12/19/12 evening (6-7 pm). After checking into the hotel, we immediately unloaded our luggage and looked for a place to have dinner. It was raining heavily and we had a hard time driving around and looking for a place to eat. Hours later, we went back to the hotel room, showered for bed, we were very dismayed to find that the sheets on one of the double beds were used by some one else for like more than two or three days. We called George at the front desk who offered us another room since housekeeping had gone for the day. It was 1 a.m. already. We opted not to change room. George, at the front desk agreed to give us credit for the first night. The next morning, we found that there was no hot water and we notified the front desk. The hotel technician came to check it out. When hot water finally came back on and was shut off again, there was running water behind the walls continually. The technician said that he'd check into it but the situation was not corrected when we left the hotel. We also reported to management and staff that the closet doors were not working. All these inconveniences were tallied and recorded at our room #1511 folio at Crowne Plaza.

the man at the front desk needed to be a bit more accommodating. he seemed short tempered and i wouldn't want him welcoming the guests if i owned the hotel. he seemed annoyed. he did not honor the price on the voucher even though i gave him a copy. they did not honor the reward points that i redeemed

Wrong Map location”
I received email of booking confirmation from Agoda, where hyper link of Map location is send. So, I just click the map link following the google map navigation. Very unfortunate, the location is wrong and that lead me to Holiday inn of market center. I just realized it when I tried to check in Holiday inn. So, pls pls pls update your map location.
