It was great and awesome a night to remember for days on. I spent plenty of timejust wLking around and seeing the differsnt features of the plaza and it wasnt my first time being there or second. Check in wAs quick and easy after booking with agoda. The elevatoris very convenient and runs quick and swift. The rooms are nicewith a great stunning veiw. Nice selection of shower material.

in general was good , the room was big and comfy ,but the sofa bed was broken and we needed to change room .the folding bed was not comfertable for my toughter. near bus restaurants and near city center easy to go around the town by bus,lite rail,and taxi.

Close to Central Station”
The advantage of this hotel is the proximity to the central bus station. The hotel is now undergoing renovations so the lobby was a construction site. The rooms themselves are very run down and in desperate need of refurbishment.

Hard to beat the price, in Jerusalem, but you get what you pay for”
My room was ugly - the bathroom resembled that in very cheap hotels I've stayed in, and there were rough pieces of black cloth serving as curtains over the balcony - and there was no iron or ironing board in the room . I needed one desperately, since I had to leave immediately for a wedding, but it took two calls to get one, and then the staff person gave it to me in a sulky manner. Breakfast was good, and the pool is fine. The location is close to the bus station, but otherwise uninteresting.

Received a cold reception that complimented the atmosphere. Property presented clean and a little dated with signs of maintenance required. Buffet price was bargained. Only helpful friendly person was one of the shop owners.

Overall, it's good except the long queue at reception: they had IT issues and no one could fix it. We were surprised the staff had no idea of Cathay Pacific when we requested some assistance from them.

1. Réceptionist not polite. 2. Room not ready for three people. Had to remind three times to have the bed done and more towels. 3. Construction made a lot of noise started at 7 a.m. for the two mornings we spent time there. INACCEPTABLE and i hope my comments will appear on Agoda.

Lindo hotel, buena pileta, completito gimnasio, bien ubicado, lástima que el personal es decepcionante, entramos a la habitación y los dos tachos de basura estaban llenos a tope, salimos y pedimos que los limpien, cuando volvimos seguían así, al día siguiente salimos a las 10 de la mañana, volvimos a las 16:00 a descansar un rato y la habitación no había sido ordenada...

El hotel es muy comodo, la limpieza de la habitacion es muy buena, tiene muy buena ubicacion para trasladarse es espectacular ya que tenes miles de formas de llegar al centro de jerusalem, ta muy cerca de todo y tiene muy buenos lugares a su alrededor, igual al ser jerusalem una ciudad pequena su cercania a los centros mas importantes es de cuadras muy chicas, la atencion de la gente del mostrador tambien es para recalcarla , el check in es veloz y el chek out tambien, el precio es super economico y por suerte encontre disponibilidad en una cadena tan importante como es la CROWN. Muchas Gracias por todo y espero que pueda volver a estar en CROWN hoteles Jerusalem.

Internationaal hotel, geen internationale service”
Mijn keuze ging naar Crowne Plaza, vermits het een internationaal hotelketen is. Ontvangst was korrect en vriendelijk. Kamers zijn ruim, maar aan vernieuwing toe. Ik had gelezen dat het hotel kosher is, geen probleem daar mee. Onze aankomst was een week voor Pass over, soort van vastentijd tijdens welke Joden geen brood eten en het hotel moet dan voorbereid worden. Dit hield ook in dat er een week voor de vastentijd voor het ontbijt geen brood meer geserveerd wordt. Van een internationale keten verwacht ik dan dat zij voor beide soorten van gasten een oplossing voorzien. 2 ontbijt zalen was hier een eenvoudige oplossing geweest en zowel mensen die Kosher willen en andere gasten krijgen dan de verdiende service. Prijzen van het hotel zijn internationaal, service mag het dan ook zijn. Dus in de toekomst eerst beter informeren naar lokale feestdagen, wat niet altijd eenvoudig is, gezien alle verschillende gebruiken en gewoonten.

아침메뉴, 호텔내의 시설, 직원들의 태도 등은 좋았으며, 호텔의 위치도 중아버스 터미널 부근 이라서 대중교통 및 택시 이용에 편리했습니다. old city 와는 다소 거리가 있어서 택시 등을 이용해야 됨.

החדר היה מלוכלך. השירותים מלוכלכים שאריות סיגריה במרפסת חדר ללא עישון בחדר האוכל ביקשנו חלב ולקח 20 דקות עד שקיבלנו בבוקר מוקדם שאבו את השטיח במסדרון ומוט השואב דפק בחוזקה על דלת החדר כמה וכמה פעמים. שהייה לא נעימה
