Two amazing pools with a lovely work out room and 3 amazing restaurants supported by a coffee shop and full bar. Would be my first choice in Kochi.

excellent service from staff, esp at the restaurant and house keeping. Special thanks to Mr Raigon (i hope the spelling is right), at the breakfast buffet. He went out of his way to make the morning comfortable for my kiddos. Food was tasty, but the breakfast spread was just normal, nothing exciting. (We had stayed here 8 years back, and felt it was awesome that time... ) Clean and well maintained. Staff are very helpful and courteous. Thanks to the front desk staff :-} will definitely stay here again as it is value for money!

This is far better property than any hotels which are available in the town. Always my favorite since many years and they maintain the quality in the service, amenities, hygiene and the restaurants.( though the food is slightly over priced)

One of my most favorite hotel in this province. Best attentive service by the staffs. Good ambeince. Been staying here on many occasions since many years. Restaurant services can improve. Refillings of the items can be more quicker. Despite the presence of higher level staffs at the restaurant during the breakfast, but observed on many occasions the refillings are not promptly done. That could be rectified. Other than excellent service. The staffs are the back bone of this property and they made sure every request were met wirh top priority. Home away from home. Food qulirty is ultimate. But bit pricey even though it's 5star hotel.
