Great property ”
It was a great stay. Hotel provided us with fantastic sea view rooms. Room was very spacious with coffee machine and a balcony from which we could sit and look at the sea. Beach was clean with crystal clear water. Breakfast was great and we were vegetarians and some items were specially cooked for us. Staff at reception and restaurant very courteous. Within walking distance to win world. We booked a scooty first day from hotel itself but next day we just walked around to Casino and Win world where there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. All in all our stay was fantastic.

Amazing stay in Phu Quoc”
We had a lovely 5 night stay at the Crowne Plaza. The hote is quite new and facilities are spot on. Being right in front of the beach was also fab. Hotel was not full so it was easy to secure reclining chairs either at the pool or beach. Staff was super helpful and we got support to arrange our transfer from Ha Tien to Phnom Penh. Breakfast was amazing, same as dinner options. Hotel is located 10 min walk away from Grand World, which was convenient. Grand World is not amazing but good to see for one night or 2. The hotel is one hour away from the airport - didn't realise the island was so big.

Great vacation ”
Very much enjoying our stay here at Crown Plaza phu quoc. Shuttle service to and from airport makes it easy for travellers to avoid the hassle from airport taxis. They also provide scheduled shuttle buses to Grandworld for guests. Facilities are great. Will come back again.

good value besides new year time”
The hotel is situated near the Grand world. It's a not in the "downtown" phu quoc, but that's why it gives u a peaceful vacation vibe. The hotel is pretty new, room is big, food is decent. The gym equipment is pretty complete and new. The food is decent but after 5 days, it lacks variety. They have two restaurants and in room dining. But all 3 are the exact same menu. One thing I didn't like is when I go eat at the beachclub restaurant, they always ask for my IHG membership number in order to give me the 20% discount. I added the membership number when I checked in, I shouldn't be asked for my number everytime I eat there. Overall, a decent beach hotel.

Good for peoples prefer private beach and quiet location. Hotel shuttle is available to pick up and drop off from and to airport. They also provide ride to Grand world area. Good selection for breakfast.Staffs are very helpful.

Very nice and helpful staffs”
I, my wife and our children stayed here for 6 nights. The hotel is near Grand World Market (can go there on foot) and also Vinwonder. We had an excellent time in this hotel, clean room, nice beach, excellent facilities, good breakfast and also very helpful staffs. In conclusion, we recommend this hotel to everyone, especially for family with young children.

Great equipments but the employee training need more sufficient and active. Room cleaning often late and forget to refill towels or toilet papers. Dining restaurant seem need more servants, especially in rush hour, waiting time for meals over 40 mins and no serve any water or asking any needs. Otherwise, the pool is fabulous and fond of a lot. The room space and furniture are quite comfortable with a big balcony to see the beautiful sceneries. The location is near the Grand World, Vinsafari and Vinwonders theme parks., the most top rated touring places in island. The encounter members are very nice and helpful for room service requests.

Great place, very friendly staffs, good foods”
I really like this place. First expression was the extremely friendly staffs, hotel itself is quite new. You can enjoy in the pool or walk around the beach. However the beach wasn’t as clean as I expected. Location is 30 kms away from centre city. Hotel has the shuttle bus which is really convenient. Overall what would bring me back this hotel next time would definitely because of the staffs. Thank you for the great time.

A brand new hotel located in the north of the island. Check-in/out were smoothly processed, my friend wanted to order room service when we just arrived (because we didn't have proper lunch before that) and front desk staffs did their best to bring us a menu which was usually not available in the front desk, really appreciated. Unlike comments I had read before our departure that the staffs were new and not well-trained, but we had a total different experience, they were very helpful, attentive and friendly. We booked a 2 bedroom suit and it was amazing. We got a welcome bottle of wine and cookies. The room and bathroom are spacious and nicely designed, beds are comfy. Breakfasts were very good, loved the pastry corner with many nice choices The beach were calm and beautiful. Highly recommend for families, groups, couples

Very good place to children”
This place is very far from airport but there is free shttle. It is very clean and breakfast is delicious. And staff is very kind. Specally kids program is very good. My childerns is satisfied with staff and program. I will visit again.

Nice hotel with beautiful swimming pools and gardens. Nicely designed hotel and the swimming pools and tropical gardens are amazing. Hotel rooms are spacious with quality design features. Staffs are very friendly. Location is little off from Grand World through construction site but still highly recommend this hotel 9.5/10

A quiet place with a beautiful beach”
Newly built, quiet, and clean with friendly staffs. Great shuttle bus to/from airport as an amenity. Nice breakfast, though lunch serving is not worth the price. A bit annoying on the required deposit for each room, day stay. Mini fridge is empty, should be filled with plenty of drink variety especially with a required deposit.
