      員工服務親切，唯一可議之處是"汽車旅館" ，居然停車位不足. ”

      新年假期間價格漲了很多，但各項服務及設施都很好，住宿感受沒有太大的期望落差。 如果有更的多停車空間，CP 值會大大提高。 因為汽車旅館強調的就是停車上的便利及私密性，如果為了停車傷腦筋及麻煩前台看車尋位，那就很奇怪。

      煙味太重,燈光較暗”

      房間內燈光可以再亮一點,目前偏暗 房間煙味很重,雖然曾經幫我們換了一個房間,但後來仍然有煙味飄入,房間門外走道上更是濃濃煙味 因為是家庭房,都是帶小孩去住的客人為主才對,所以遇到這種狀況覺得比較遺憾 除了燈光偏暗以外,以價格來說房間硬體設備還可以.

      親愛的貴賓您好 感謝您此次的入住，我們已將房間燈光問題呈報給主管，很抱歉讓您有不好的住宿經驗。 因公共場所皆為禁菸,還是有許多客人會在房間內抽菸,房間內並無設監視器,房客在房間的行為我們無法得知及控制,只能客人退房時加以空氣淨化! 再次至上萬分的歉意，我們陸續會再提升房間內的空氣淨化設備! 還是非常感謝您的光臨與反饋 祝您有愉快的一天。

      優點： 1.衛浴設備OK，有超大的浴缸泡澡，還有SPA水柱 2.備有免費飲品、零食餅乾 缺點： 1.因為是無車庫套房，所以無固定車位（服務人員一直強調），所以館內車位滿了就要停到外頭街上 2.櫃臺服務兩極，早班的比較OK，晚班不行；因Check in時，小孩還在車上睡覺，想說我自行Check in即可，想不到櫃臺說要全部下車一起Check in，因為要一併選訂隔天的早餐（結果隔天素食早餐還做成葷食XD），所以必須全部下車Check in....

      房間溫暖舒適”

      四位大人一位五歲兒童入住商務四人房，櫃檯客服都很親切，一進門就會先幫你安排車位，然後到櫃檯選擇明日的早餐。 這次入住剛好寒流來，外面風很大非常冷，房間都有開暖氣非常舒服，四人房坪數也很大沒有煙味，還有浴缸可泡熱水澡，唯一美中不足的是床稍硬不太好睡以外，其他的體驗都算不錯，推薦！
