My stay here has been awesome. The front desk staff a very friendly and helpful especially Aamir who helped me with my visa issues The King room is beautifully appointed, all fittings are in good condition. The bathroom is very spacious and luxurious. The hotel is centrally located, walking distance to Top night clubs and also a hypermarket Really enjoying my stay, thank you staff at Crystal Palace

I came here with my family . Very hospitable staff. I was offered a free upgrade without even asking. There is ample parking space. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. The family rooms are isolated from the conventional shady pub and dance bat exposure. Pleasant Experience.

My experience here was Great! The room was spacious & clean. The hotel is planted in a good location, close to the mall & lulu market. They also provide shuttle transport to & from the airport. It was well worth the money.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool and gym could have been better, but are good enough. The spread for the breakfast buffet is limited, but at the prebooked price it is a steal.

We stayed at the Chrytal Palace Hotel for five nights. The hotel is good, clean and recommendable. The men and women at the reception are very friendly. The rooms nice and big and pleasant. We had visited the Chaoprya Club and the Africa Karaoke Bar on the second floor. A compliment to the staff there, who was extremely friendly. I will be happy to come back. Room service prices absolutely ok. Average 10 euros per dish. Wir hatten fünf Nächte im Chrytal Palace Hotel genächtigt. Das Hotel ist she gut, sauber und empfehlenswert. Die Herren und Damen am empfang sind sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer schön groß und angenehm. Wir hatten den Chaoprya Club und die Africa Karaoke Bar in der zweiten Etage besucht. Ein Lob an das dortige Personal, welches äußert freundlich war. Ich werde gerne wieder kommen. Roomservice Preise absolut ok. Durchschnitt 10 Euro pro Gericht.

One night stay”
Staff are friendly and helpful. I requested for a non-smoking room on a higher floor (away from the club's noise) and was granted my request. The pool is clean but a bit windy so wasn't able to swim much. The gym though has limited machines. The room is clean, bed is soft enough unlike other hotels that are on the same price range. I'll definitely come back again.

Positives: - free airport shuttle - Location excellent, easy 10 min walk to Lulu supermarket and restaurants - Taxis drive past regularly - Rooms very large with lost of storage - Fridge in room - Adequate breakfast - Wi-fi included - excellent air con - modern bathroom - very helpful staff Negatives - rooms are tired and dark - we found the beds and pillows too firm for our taste - pool area is not inviting Overall very good for budget travellers but make sure you ask for a quiet room as they have a night club on 3rd floor
